Abstract

The design of the YPPA Padang Autism SLB Company Profile aims to introduce information to autistic students and their parents. SLB Autism YPPA Padang is a place for teaching and learning (also called classical learning) and an individual learning place for autistic students in the city of Padang, West Sumatra. In addition, in this SLB there is a sensory therapy room, a culinary arts room, a music room, a skills and batik room, a sports room / playing field, a scout room, and a computer room or ICT (Information and Communication Technology). One of inadequacy in the SLB is the lack of company profile media in SLB Autism YPPA Padang, such as not having booklets, signboard, banners, billboards, brochures, and posters that have not been maximized. All these deficiencies were corrected in this design.The design method used starts from the glass box method, while the data analysis method uses SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). The next step is to analyze the product and carry out creative design. The design of the company profile is done by paying attention and displaying layout, typography and attractive colors so that information can be clearly understood.Keywords: Company Profile, Booklet, YPPA Padang Extraordinary Autistic School, Design.

Abstract

This study was created by the writer with the aim of describing the meaning and also the cultural values contained in the Aqua packaging illustration of the special label "Discover Your Indonesia".The research method used by researchers is a type of descriptive qualitative method with literature study data collection techniques where the data used is obtained from various journal and internet book sources. This study focuses on the visual analysis of illustrations, colors, and characters on objects contained in the Aqua packaging of the special label "Discover Your Indonesia" reviewed with theories relating to color illustrations and perceptions. Researchers describe the cutouts of each object on the illustration in tabular form and are identified to explain each meaning contained in the Aqua packaging illustration of the special label "Find Your Indonesia"The results of this study explain that every illustration that is on the Aqua label special label "Discover Indonesia" has a positive meaning with the contents of the message delivered to apply Indonesian culture in everyday life.Keywords: Illustration, Visual Overview, Aqua

Abstract

Randang Lokan Cani Win is a business that operates in the field of food from the type of lokan, having its address in the area of Jorong Padang Halaban, Nagari Sasak, Sasak Ranah Pasisie District, West Pasaman Regency. Founded on August 14, 2017 until now.The selection of Rkan Loan Cani Win Promotion in Social Media as this final project aims to produce an effective and efficient promotional design in accordance with the advantages of social media promotion that is able to reach broad targets. In addition, with this promotion, it will later be able to show the Loan Cani Win Randang Randang so that it can optimize in knowing the Loan Cani Win Randang. SWOT is a method used in collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Then proceed with the method of data analysis using SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, opportunities, threats). Then conclude the data analysis and take a creative approach (the main and supporting media). The design of the Randang Lokan Cani Win Promotion in Social Media the author displays verbal and visual messages for the audience who see this promotion.The design of this promotion is expected to create a good positioning. In addition, it is expected to be able to attract the attention of the target audience, especially people who come to the city of West Pasaman, considering that social media-based promotional media is a media that is very likely and has a great influence in increasing promotion coupled with supporting media such as T-shirts, Xbanner, Stickers, Packaging, Wall Clock,, Flag Chain and Name Cards.Keywords: Design, Randang Lokan Cani Win, Social Media.

Abstract

The purpose of this design is to make Gulo-Gulo Tareh Nina's packaging attractive and able to convey information to a new target audience and be able to compete in a wider market. This design uses visual communication design theory, packaging, layout, typography and color. Data collection starts with observation, interview and documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis method used is SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). This design produces the main media packaging in the form of standup pouch. Abstract

Drug abuse has an adverse effect which can lead to addiction (addiction) which results in  dependency. Drug abuse in Indonesia is increasingly happening in some circles ranging from people with low and high economics.The purpose of designing this comic is to inform children about the dangers of drugs and as a precautionary measure so as not to increase drug abuse. The chosen media is comic books because comic books have a lot of pictures so it is interesting for children.This design produced a comic book as the main media, and was also supported by several other media, namely: Poster, Sticker, Totebag, X-banner, Tshirt, Key Chain, and Backdrop as supporting the main media and as a promotional media.Keywords: Comics, Drugs.

Abstract

Designing UI Design mobile Application e-ticket PT. NPM aims to increase the promotion, quality and user transportation of the company PT. NPM. This app is expected to assist in carrying out a ticket purchase transaction which can be used by any person anywhere and anytime. The glass box method is a logical and rational thinking method used in designing the UI Design of PT. E-Ticket mobile application. NPM. This NPM Mobile app is designed with a good UI with a nice layout, so users are comfortable and the application is usable when used. The NPM Mobile app has the main content, i.e. ticket messages and supporting content i.e., deals, points, vouchers and refunds. The content is well organized and neatly grouped, so users easily know the information needed. The process of problem solving, SWOT analysis is used (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) to find the solution of the problems encountered. To get information, observe and interview the user's head. Author eligibility tests do to some samples to determine deserving and usable in the application that the author designed. In the results of the first feasibility test almost all samples say less satisfied with the appearance of the application, which related to the layout is still messy, the font size Kuran pas and navigation buttons too small. The author further repairs and performs a second feasibility test. The result of this agility test is satisfactory, the sample says very fond of the entire look of the application. So this NPM Mobile app UI is already decent and useble used. To support major media, made supporting media, motion graphic, x-banner, poster, T-shirt, Totebag, keychains and sticker.Keyword : Mobile application, bis transportation, user interface

Abstract

Tegal Sari Indah Housing was established on July 25, 2018 which is located at Perinstis 2, Tegal Sari, Duri, this housing is one of the subsidized housing units that provide type 36 housing units. The lack of promotion by Tegal Sari Indah housing owners makes this housing not well known to the community, especially the Duri community. So the author makes the design of audio-visual media, in the form of video, this video has a duration of 3 minutes, which will be uploaded on youtube, with the design of this promotion it is expected that Tegal Sari Indah housing is known and able to compete with its competitors.Keywords: Video, promotion, Tegal Sari Indah Housing.

Abstract

Nature Tourism Sarasah Padang Waterfall as a nature tourism destination and a water vehicle in the city of Padang. This tourist spot is managed by local residents and young Koto Baru, led by Andreta Waldi as manager of Sarasah Waterfall Nature Tourism since 2013. This tourist address is located in Koto Baru Village, Gadut, Limau Manis Selatan Village, Pauh District, Kota Padang, West Sumatra Province. Sarasah waterfall nature tourism has considerable potential and opportunities to be developed, so that the target audience knows the existence of Padang Sarasah waterfall tourism. The basic problem is the lack of promotion of nature tourism in Sarasah Waterfall, the lack of information to the target audience. The purpose of television advertising can provide information, communicative with an attractive display of visualization to the target audience about the existence, nature tourism and water rides in the nature tourism of Padang Sarasah Waterfall.The design method uses a glass box, where the final result of a work is drawn from a rational process. Abstract

Adabiah High School is one of the well-known private schools in the city of Padang and one of the national-level private schools. Adabiah 2 Senior High School is very spacious and beautiful with adequate facilities.The making of this video profile aims to create supporting promotional media through Visual Communication Design by showing the aesthetic values of the design on supporting media that can attract consumer interest.The main media in designing this video profile is communication media in the form of audio visual . Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to make a martial arts guidebook with language and illustrations that are easily understood by the target audience, namely children. This guidebook is also a supporting medium in the implementation of martial arts activities that are suitable for children because they are in their growth and development. The reason why this book was made is in the available pencak silat books, which are still dominated by written forms which are not very effective for children to learn pencak silat. Approach to the design of the basic pencak silat manual book design covers the design of books, pencak silat, illustrations, colors, layouts, and typography.The design method used to design the Pencak Silat Basic Movement Guidelines is a glass box method based on data obtained through observation, interviews and literature studies on books and pencak silat. Data were analyzed using the 5W1H method, which are what, who, where, why, when and how.The article output of the Pencak Silat Basic Movement Guidance Book produced a primary medium in the form of a conventional guidebook. The supporting media produced were Poster, Sticker, Pin, X-Banner, Tumbler, Totebag, T-Shirt, and E-Book.Keywords: Book, Illustration,Pencak Silat
