Abstract

Abstract: The development of coffee in Indonesia continues to experience significant progress. This is due to the increasing consumption of coffee among the Indonesian people. So that the growth of coffee shops has increased rapidly and experienced intense competition. Intense competition makes coffee shop entrepreneurs compete to offer their best service to attract customers. The absence of five-dimensional customer service excellence is one of the deficiencies that Humble Espresso coffee shop. Therefore, the goal of this training activitiy program is to improve is to increase service quality knowledge and improve barista performance in order to provide fast and professional service to customers. The activity method used is observation, training, and evaluative. The results of the activities achieved were an increase in service quality knowledge and an increase in barista service performance based on the results of the previous questionnaire distribution of 60% and an increase of 80% after training and positive customer perceptions on Google reviews.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication within the group becomes an important factor in achieving group goals. From the results of the needs analysis, it was known that interpersonal communication faced by service partner groups was rooted in assertive communication skills. For this reason, assertive communication training was chosen in service activities to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of service partner groups. This community service partner was the “Arsa Community”, with 10 participants. The training was designed as psychoeducation using lecturing methods, giving modules, and online discussions. Data were collected using questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that quantitatively, psychoeducation could significantly improve the knowledge, attitudes, and assertive communication skills of service partners. Furthermore, qualitatively it was known that Arsa Community’s members understood much more about the importance of interpersonal communication skills after attending this psychoeducation. The results of this community service were discussed to achieve a more comprehensive perspective in doing as well as choosing several media in community service.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi sangat banyak disumbang oleh sektor mikro salah satunya Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). UMKM memiliki peran nyata terhadap kontribusi pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 60% mendorong perekonomian dan 97% dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja (Warta Ekonomi, 2016). Masa pandemi tahun 2020 – 2021 ini berdampak negatif pada perekonomian dan dunia usaha, termasuk UMKM. UMKM merupakan alternatif solusi mengatasi permasalahan ketengakerjaan karena terbatasnya kesempatan kerja yang tersedia. Namun demikian, dengan adanya pandemi tidak sedikit UMKM yang mengalami kemunduran usaha dikarenakan adanya pembatasan aktivitas masyarakat oleh pemerintah. Namun di sisi lain, terdapat UMKM yang justru mengalami peningkatan omzet usaha. Hal tersebut dikarenakan UMKM dapat beradaptasi dan berinovasi dengan menggunakan platform digital untuk menjangkau konsumen. Dengan demikian, peningkatan literasi digital bagi pelaku usaha rintisan (start-up) dan UMKM diperlukan agar dapat meningkatkan kembali usahanya. Kata Kunci: literasi, ekonomi digital, post pandemic

Abstract

This community service activity targets local institutions as agents of change in the community. It is hoped that local institutions can socialize and even move the community to be critical of the problems often faced by pre- and post-partum mothers. The methods used in this community service are socialization, discussion, question and answer, sharing experiences which are carried out through three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The result of the community service implementation is the critical awareness of the participants as seen from the ability of participants to be able to identify problems in their environment related to pre- and post-partum maternal health problems such as identifying forms of bullying. Participants were also able to identify factors causing health problems faced by pre- and postpartum mothers such as early marriage to how cultural hegemony or myths developed in society.

Abstract

Abstrak : Asesmen nasional terdiri atas tiga instrumen yakni Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM), survei karakter, dan observasi lingkungan belajar. Dua kompetensi dasar yang diukur pada AKM adalah literasi membaca dan literasi matematis (numerasi) yang bertujuan melatih keterampilan berpikir logis-sistematis siswa. Wijaya (2016) menemukan bahwa siswa SMP di salah satu kota di Indonesia tidak bisa mendapatkan tiga karakteristik dari literasi matematika ketika mengerjakan soal PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment). Sementara itu, terdapat penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa siswa SMA juga mengalami kekurangan pada beberapa indicator literasi , diantaranya adalah indikator pemahaman (Sari dan Wijaya, 2017). Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah guru matematika SMP di Kota Blitar yang tergabung dalam MGMP Matematika SMP Kota Blitar. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa guna menghadapi AKM. Mekanisme pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan mengadopsi langkah-langkah action research yang terdiri dari 4 (empat) tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Pada tahap tindakan, pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan menjadi dua kegiatan yang dilakukan secara luring dan daring. Pelatihan pertama memberikan materi tentang literasi dan numerasi secara luring. Kegiatan daring dilakukan secara asinkron. Kegiatan asinkron berupa aktivitas peserta untuk mengerjakan tugas secara mandiri yang diberikan oleh pemateri ketika kegiatan luring.
