Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) type 2 is a metabolic disorder of the endocrine system, particularly an imbalance glycemic. The type 2 diabetes occurs when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin to maintain normal levels of glucose in the blood or when the body is unable to use the insulin that is produced. The type 2 diabetes disease management through the implementation of the four pillars of diabetes treatment including education, sports, medicine dietary adjustments or dietary nutrients. This study aims to analysis the diet and exercise as an effort to controll blood sugar level. The study design used is the means of analytical investigation with case-control design. The study population was all patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus disease in hospitals Ulin Banjarmasin. A large sample of 34 respondents, including 17 cases and 17 controls. The sampling was conducted by sampling purpose.. Diet data and respondents statements were obtained from interviews with exercise and food recall interlocutor for food intake. Bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. Based on the statistical test it showed no relationship diet to control sugar levels in the blood (p = 0.001), with OR 29, and there is a relationship of exercise on the control of blood sugar levels (p = 0.000), with OR 35. From the results it can be concluded that there is a relationship significant that respondents diet blood sugar is not controlled it will be 29 times greater than those who did not diet and exercise blood sugar respondents will be checked more than 35 times higher than those who did not exercise. Diet and exercise can help to control blood sugar levels and help the most effective treatment.

Abstract

Sweet bread is a food which is made from fermented wheat flour mixture and baked. Purple sweet potato has not been widely used as flour added to the sweet bread with a protein content of 2.62%, which can be recommended for the PMT-Recovery on nutritional problems KEP. The more purple sweet potato flour is added to the mixture the wheat flour less , this means that less gluten with an important role in the development volume and organoleptic sweetbreads. This study aims to analyze the influence of the proportion of wheat flour and purple sweet potato flour on the protein content, the volume and the development of organoleptic sweet bread. This study was an experimental study with RAL and three times the replication report (100%: 0%, 97.5%, 2.5%, 95%, 5%, 92.5: 7.5%, 90%: 10%). This study was conducted on 25 qualified speakers somehow STIKES Husada Borneo Banjarbaru. Receiving data for data analysis of protein levels using ANOVA, and to test the organoleptic quality (color, aroma, texture and taste) use traditional Friedman data analysis. The results showed that the average value of the highest protein content of the test on P0 (3.24%) and the lowest in the P4 (2.92%), the average value of the test volume higher P0 (35.58) and the lowest in P4 (25.42%) and the maximum development at P0 (36.5%) and the lowest in Q4 (24.7%) significantly influenced the sweet bread product as p <α = 0.05. Sweetbreads organoleptic quality tests that include the color with the highest average in P3 (3.28%) and the lowest in the P4 (2.92%), flavor with the highest average value P0 (3.24% ) and the lowest on P4 (2.76%), the texture with the highest average value to P0 (3.4%) and the lowest in the P4 (2.44%), taste with the smallest average high in P3 (3.32%) and lowest in the P4 (3.04%). Poses the most preferred by the speakers is P3 proportion of flour and flour purple sweet potato that is 92.5%: 7.5%.

Abstract

According to the basic health research in 2010, childbirths assisted by midwives in poor target groups reached approximately 69.3%. While childbirth is performed by health workers in health facilities reached 55.4%. One important obstacle to access childbirths assisted by midwives in health facilities is limitations and unavailability of cost so that makes breakthrough policy to improve the childbirth helped by health workers in health facility through a policy called assurance of childbirth. The assurance of childbirth is intended to eliminate the financial barriers for pregnant women toobtain childbirthassurance, which includes pregnancy examination, childbed care including family planning after childbirth, andnewborn care. This study aims to determine description of the rate of childbirth satisfaction using BPJS services in regional public hospital of Banjarbaru 2015. Thisresearchusesdescriptive methodwith cross sectional approach. The research samplesare 50 respondents with Non-Probability Sampling techniques by accidental sampling. The results showed the satisfaction level of childbirth is 81.5% satisfied, BPJS service in regional public hospital of Banjarbaru. ,50 respondents use childbirth assurance card of BPJS. From these results it can be concluded that the description of the rate of childbirth satisfaction using BPJS in hospitals Banjarbaru BPJS 2015 generally said satisfied.

Abstract

Data of Riskesdas 2013, prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia is 37,1%. Based on a preliminary survey of Banjar health districts in 2014, Mean of prevalence anemia in pregnant women from 23 health center are 10.82%. And the highest is in the Sambung Makmur health center is 28.06%. This research aims to know the correlation of the pattern consumption of iron and consume Fe tablets compliance with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Sambung Makmur health center 2015. This research used analytic survey with cross sectional approach. This research conducted on 43 pregnant women respondents. Based on statistic test on multiple variables by using the chi-square show that iron consumption the pattern p value = 0.003 and compliance to consume Fe tablets p value = 0.001 that means there is a significant correlation between consumption patterns and compliance to consume Fe tablets with anemia. Suggested to the health centers to provide counseling about the consumption the both iron and tablets Fe to avoid the incidence of anemia in pregnant women.

Abstract

Introduction: In healthcare or hospital that became the main pillar in the smooth implementation is the medical record. To carry out the necessary work in the medical record that meets the human resource competency based on job descriptions that exist in the medical record unit. Problem in the research is a job description in the medical record unit is still not effective and execution of the job descriptions is less than optimal because the job description is designed not clearly defined and directed. Evaluation study aims to determine the job description in sub section medical records and information management system BLUD RSUD Datu Sanggul Rantau. Method: This research is descriptive method of research subjects using a computerized system analysis unit and job description. Data collection techniques in this study by interview and observation, with the presentation of the data in the form of tekstular. Result: The results showed that there was a good job descriptions job descriptions in the evaluation of qualifications, but the job descriptions can not be understood by some staff due to inaccurate medical records job description that is not spelled out in detail the main tasks so that sometimes there are those who do not understand the task should be done and execution of the job description is still not appropriate to the task at work unit medical record. Conclusion: Discussion of this research is to facilitate making job descriptions need to know what activities are supposed to exist in the medical records, and job descriptions are designed properly and must meet the qualification assessment of job descriptions for the implementation of the tasks carried out in accordance with the existing job descriptions.

Abstract

Based on the constitution no. 36 in 2009 on Health in subsection 130 and 132, that are fully immunized is the government's obligation to provide as well as infant and child rights for Indonesia to obtain it. Based on data obtained from Liang Anggang Health Center Banjarbaru in 2014, from infant immunization coverage of 306 infants cumulative targets in 2014, immunized HB0 (93.1%), BCG (83.0%), DPT 1 / HB1 (84.5%), DPT 3 / HB3 (83.2%), Polio 1 (83%), Polio 4 (83.2%) and measles (84.2%). While the target of the complete basic immunization coverage is HB0 Banjarbaru health office (80%), BCG (95%), DPT/HB1 (95%), DPT / HB3 (90%), Polio1 (95%), Polio4 (90%) and measles (90%). The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between level of education and occupation with mothers accuracy in fulfilling the basic immunization schedule in infants in the working area Liang Anggang Health Centers in 2015. This study is analytic survey research using cross sectional approach to the design of Chi square test. Sample were taken as many as 75 people using random sampling techniques. Results show the mother's education with basic education level of 30 people (40%), maternal employment status is not working as many as 45 people (60%), mother accuracy in meeting imunsasi schedule there are 53 people (70.7%). There was a corellation between maternal education to the fulfilling the basic immunization schedule in infants Liang Anggang Health Center working area 2015 by using the Chi-square test p value obtained (0,026) <α (0,05), and there was no corellation between maternal occupation with accuracy to fulfilling the basic immunization schedule in infants by using the Chi-square test p value obtained (0.379)> α (0,05). Expected to parents in order to increase knowledge about the importance of the provision of basic immunization of infants and improve compliance mother in immunization.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is the disease that is caused by dengue virus that infected through mosquito bite aedes aygypti. South Kalimantan is one of six provinces that has improvement of extraordinarily Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) phenomenon in Banjarbaru city has upgraded in every year. Based on prevalensi data report, the rate of DHF in RSUD Banjarbaru has upgraded. In 2014, noted down 54 person who are victim of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) and 1 person who is died. While, in the beginning 2015 (January-March) the victim of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is 153 person. The purpose of this research is to know the reletionship of parent’s knowledge and attitude about prevention efforts of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) phenomenon in children at RSUD Banjarbaru 2015. This research used analytic method and cross sectional approach. The population of the research is all parents whose their children have suffering of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) disease in kid room of RSUD Banjarbaru on April-June, 2015 totalled 66 person by taking the sample of 66 respondent. The instrument of this research is quesioner. The result of the research is knowed that parent’s knowledge is less 20 people (40,2%), enough 27 people (30,9%), and good 19 person (28,9%). Negative parents attitude is 45 people (68%) and positive attitude 21 people (32%). The positive rate of people who is suffering of DHF 45 people (61,9%) and negative DHF 21 people (32%). Based on chi square test there is the relationship beetwen parents knowledge and attitude about prevention efforts and dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) phenomenon of the children in RSUD Banjarbaru in 2015. By this research, the researcher hope to all family could be understand the way of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) prevention, give the attention to residence area cleanliness and doing 3M+.

Abstract

Surgery patient’s clinical data at inpatient medical record in Bhayangkara Tk. III Hoegeng Imam Santoso Banjarmasin Hospital is illegible especially at operation report and course of disease physician instruction form. Moreover, also found incompleteness of clinical data especially at discharge summary.The qualified clinical data consist by seven criteria, is legible, reliable, precise, complete, consistent, clear, and timely.The purpose of this research is to find the surgery patient’s clinical data quality on inpatient medical record. This research is descriptive research, use saturated sampling technique with surgery patient’s inpatient medical record as the population and 79 surgery patient’s inpatient medical record, with data collection methods observation, documentation study, and interview, use univariate analysis and presented in tabular and textural.The result from 79 surgery patient’s inpatient medical record shows the percentage of patient’s clinical data quality is 73,61% (good) consist legibility85,4% (very good), reliability 100% (very good), precise 100% (very good), completeness 67,5% (good), consistency 17,7% (very less), clear 89,87% (very good) and timely 89,7% (adequate).
