Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explain the process of making the trap pests in the maintenance of the archive against the head and members of the Office Unit Manager (UPK) Activity Sub Koto XI Tarusan. The creation of this pest trap aimed at keeping the archives from damage caused by insects.The method used is descriptive method. Data collected through direct research, based on the facts that happened on the field Unit Office Manager (UPK) Activity Sub Koto XI Tarusan. Observations were made during 10 days.Based on the results of the study it was concluded that to prevent insects breeding there is no longer carried out fumigation, simply by mounting the trap pests in archives. The materials and tools used in pembutan this pest trap is a simple tool and material. This is because there are a lot of advantages derived from the making of this pest traps, traps the pest has no effect against damage to archives, and does not require special treatment because once created enough placed on shelves hung way archives that have been given a nail, a distance which is not far from the surface of the floor then the insects will go by itself.Keyword: Manufacture Of Trap Pests.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) making Solok tourist object directory in West Sumatera amounted to 203 tourist objects and that author can get about 21 tourist objects consisting of some districtsthat located in Solok, this matter is caused by the limited time, a long distant location and cost a lot of money, (2) the way in generating the directory is collecting data, record data, focus on ideas, create a book framework, determine subject, classification or grouping and directory preparation, (3) the constraints in making location plan. The efforts of writing to overcome obstacles in making directories is making the best possible location plan so that the users ofinformation are simplified to find the tourist object they want to visit.Keywords: Tourist object, directory

Abstract

The writing of this paper discusses about the condition of audio visual collections in the library and Archives Department of the city of Padang Panjang and annotated bibliography creation of audio visual collections in the library and Archives Department of the city of Padang Panjang. This paper aims to describe the condition of audio visual collections in the library and Archives Department of the city of Padang Panjang and annotated bibliography creation of audio visual collections in the library and Archives Department of the city of Padang Panjang to better facilitate in rediscovering the needed information at any time. Data analysis using descriptive method used. Data collected through direct observation or research in the service of the library and Archives of the city of Padang Panjang. From the data analysis through observation and direct research, collected as many as 65 films. Based on penganalisisan data, it can be concluded that the stages in the manufacture of audio visual collection of annotated bibliography as follows: (a) the determination of the title bibliography; (b) the collection of library materials or information retrieva; (c) the selection of references; (e) the making of a keyword; (f) the preparation of an annotated bibliography on the index, audio visual collection contains index author index; (g) a typing manuscripts bibliography; (h) the inspection of the final manuscript.Keywords: bibliografi, audio visual
