Abstract

This Papper disscusses the making E-Service Library application for library management in SMA N 4 Solok city. This study describe how the application of  E-Service Library service library management in SMA N 4 Solok city. Data collected through observation and ditect interview  to the SMA N 4 Solok city library.Web based applications for library management are expected become a tools for digital library services in order not to missed the application of technology in the field academic in Senior High School. Application design of E-Service Library for library management SMA N 4 Solok City used  three Software supporting applications such as Xampp version 3.2.2, Google chrome or mozilla firefox and Dreamweaver. So, the making E-Service Library application for library management in school made to make things easier librarian facilitate in carrying out its main work that serves the user.Keyword: application, E-Service, management library.

Abstract

In this paper discuss about car rental directory in web based Padang city. This study aims to describe how the manufacture of car rental directory in Padang city based webmenggunakan PHP (Hyperlink Prepreccsor) based web aplication. This app is used as a tool to create car rental directory in web based Padang city. The method used is descriptive method with data collection technique through observation or direct observation to field, interview and literature study. From the observation and interviews conducted in the city of Padang then collected some data as a material to design a website that serves as a medium of information and promotion of car rental in the city of Padang. Based on the discussion of car rental information in the city of Padang, it can be concluded that the planning of this website is dynamic by using the application Framework codeIgnite (CI), which is a software designed specifically in the website design to install local website server as a liaison and support create a website using wamp server.Keyword: car rental directory web, Padang

Abstract

This paper aimsto describe how indexes poetry at Rumah Puisi Taufik Ismail Padang Panjang. Data collected by direct observation in Rumah Puisi Taufik Ismail Padang Panjang. Based on the results of the discussion index creation poems in the Poetry House Taufik Ismail Padang Panjang this can be inferred through several stages as follows: (1) The initial observations of the document: to observe the documents to be indexed and made details on the document; (2) determine the main subject is in the manufacture of a required index determination to the main subject in this paper that became the main subject in the manufacture of this index is an index poems in the Rumah Puisi Taufik Ismail Padang Panjang; (3) create a description of the index; (4) in the indexing terms that must be included in accordance with the data obtained without changing it; (5) indexing language that is clear and precise; (6) make a title index; (7) and typing on the index as well as examination of the indices that have been typed to avoid errors.Keyword: indexes poetry, Rumah Puisi Taufik Ismail Padang Panjang.

Abstract

Writing this paper aims to describe: 1) Archive storage facilities, 2) Archive storage system, 3) obstacles and efforts in archive storage system in Koto XI Sub-Bereau Head Office of South Pesisir. The method used is descriptive method. Data collected through abservation and interview. The observation was done directly at Koto XI Sub-Bereau Head Office of South Pesisir.Based on the result of these studies can be summarized as follows. First, the archive storage facility in the Offcie of the Sub-District  Head Koto XI South Coast using archival storage boxes and filing cabinets. Secondly, the archive storage system at the South Coast Koto XI Sub-Dictrict Head Office uses an alphabetical storage system and uses chronological and systematic problems and storage systems or dates. Third, the obstacles and efforts encountered in the implementation of achival storage is less precise storage space, lack of professionals and archivists archive professionals in the Office of the Koto XI Sub-District Head South Coast Pusan.Keyword : archive, filling system, means of archiving, Filing system.

Abstract

This paper discusses about construction of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) of Circulation Service at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang’s library. This paper aims to describe the preparation and construction of Operational Procedure (SOP) of Circulation Service at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang’s library. The researcher used description method. Then, the technique of data collection is observation and interview.Based on the research it can be concluded that Firs’t, the preparation to construct the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) of Circulation Service at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang’s library includes (1) finding out needs; (2) evaluating and assessing needs; (3) determining needs;(4) determining alternative step. Second, the construction of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) of Circulation Service at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang’s library includes (1) collecting information bydiscussing and doing interview with the headmaster of staff of the library; (2) making the basic draft, trying out the instrument and asking approval to the headmaster of the library, trying out the existing instrument with SOP’s draft that has been discussed; (3) making and attaching SOP’s document proponent; (4) attaching the designer of SOP and the validator and; (5) attaching the constructional date, revision and the validation.Keyword: library, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), services.

Abstract

This paper discusses the Making of Website Based Search Information Media at Padang City Police. With the existence of web-based media can be a means of liaison between Polresta with Polsek in city / regency. So that the provision of services and information from the police to the public will be faster. The method used is descriptive method. Data was collected through direct observation at Polresta Padang. After making observations, the next step is to design key points that will be included on the paper and the page will be displayed on the website design. After that, design a database table that will be linked to the website design. Based on the research results can be concluded steps of making media search information about crime based website in Polresta Padang as follows: (1) Creating database; (2) Make connections; (3) Create a web page consisting of web display design, create login form, Create User Input, Displays User data. Therefore, it is suggested to members of Police Precinct Padang to use web as media to search information Polresta Padang. The Web is an information search medium whose coverage is very wide and accessible 24 hours, and the information contained therein can be updated quickly and does not require a high cost.Keyword: information, website
