Abstract

This study is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. Object of this research is the novel Cinta di Ujung Sajadah of Asma Nadia a novel family first printing, July 2012. Data collected with the following steps: (1) read and understand the novel, (2) marking the parts that indicate the existence of women in novel, (3) identify the nature of the character corresponding to the research problem, (4) to classify sentences and paragraphs that can show a picture of women in the novel. Data were analyzed with the following steps: (1) describe a novel structure, (2) interpret the existence of women as reflected in the figures of women in the novel, (3) concluded that the data has been analyzed and interpreted, and (4) report the results of research. Based on the analysis of data it can be concluded that the existence of the female characters in the novel Cinta di Ujung Sajadah of Asma Nadia works are grouped as follows. (1) The existence of women as a person is having a hard-hearted personality, has the establishment, independent, religious, and faithful, (2) the existence of women as members of the family are affectionate, patient nature, gentle, (3) the existence of women as members of the community is a concern for other people, the environment and other people's relationships, respect for others, and gregarious.

Abstract

This article was written to compare the Minangkabau language phonology system in Villages Talawi Hilir with Villages Talawi Kolok Nan Tuo, based on: (1) vokoid and its distribution, (2) kontoid and its distribution, (3) diphthongs and its distribution, (4) deret vokoid and its distribution, (5) cluster and its distribution, as well as (6) deret kontoid and its distribution. The method used is descriptive method. Research Data in the form of the words spoken by people in Village Talawi Hilir and Village Kolok Nan Tuo with instruments 200 basic vocabulary Morris Swades and 200 basic cultural vocabulary. These Data are collected using the simak methods and cakap method. Findings this research is as follows.First, language Minangkabau in the Village Talawi Hilir and Villages Kolok Nan Tuo both have 10 vokoid.Second, language Minangkabau in the Village Talawi Hilir and Villages Kolok Nan Tuo both have 21 kontoid.Third, language Minangkabau in the Village Talawi Hilir has 9 diphthongs, while village Kolok Nan Tuo has 11 diphthong.Fourth, languageMinangkabau in the Village Talawi Hilir have 14 the vokoid, while village Kolok Nan Tuo having 16 the vokoid.Fifth, not found any cluster in both this village.Sixth, language Minangkabau in the Village Talawi Hilir and Villages Kolok Nan Tuo has 11 the kontoid.

Analysis technical committed with literature theory into novel. The result of this observation to express form of characterist, behaviour, hedonism, and impact of hedonism in novel “Kisah Pencarian Cinta Sejati Diorama Sepasang AlBanna” created by Ari Nur.

Abstract

This article was written to: (1) describe of text story about Adam prophet at text Story of Prophets version Azhari Al-Khalidi Rahmatullah; (2) describe the translation of story about Adam prophet at text Story of Prophets version Azhari Al-Khalidi Rahmatullah; (3) describe change language of story about Adam prophet at text Story of Prophets version Azhari Al-Khalidi Rahmatullah. The objeck of this study were story about Adam prophet at text Story of Prophets version Azhari Al-Khalidi Rahmatullah. The text was data processing by four step, is roundup of data, describe of the text, translation, and change language. The finding of the study is avalaible of text about Adam prophet at text Story of Prophets version Azhari Al-Khalidi Rahmatullah in Latin script and Indonesian language and more words that indicate old language charactheristic.

Abstract

The aims of this article: (1) presents the results transliteration Text Kitab Menerangkan Perkembangan Agama Islam di Minangkabau Semenjak Dahulu dari Syekh Burhanuddin sampai ke Zaman Kita Sekarang and (2) presents the results of interpretation Text Kitab Menerangkan Perkembangan Agama Islam di Minangkabau Semenjak Dahulu dari Syekh Burhanuddin sampai ke Zaman Kita Sekarang. Object this article is the text of the manuscript Kitab Menerangkan Perkembangan Agama Islam di Minangkabau Semenjak Dahulu dari Syekh Burhanuddin sampai ke Zaman Kita Sekarang. The method used in this article tailored to the stage of research. At this stage of the data collection methods used literature study and field study methods. At this stage of the description text used descriptive method. At this stage of transliteration used transliteration method. At this stage of the language rather than the language used method. The results of this study is to present a text that can be read by the public on the development of contemporary Islam by Shaikh Burhanuddin brought to Minangkabau from the past and present. In this manuscript, there is a vocabulary that shows variance Malay and Minangkabau language in the presentation of the text is maintained. It is intended that the purity of the language contained in the manuscript is maintained.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is (a) to describe the story of episode novel Cintaku Untuk Si Mata Indah written by Sri Rokhati, (b) to describe the story of episode Habibie & Ainun movie director by Faozan Rizal, (c) to describe the similarity and differences the story of episode novel Cintaku Untuk Si Mata Indah with Habibie & Ainun movie. The data of this study is the story of episode novel Cintaku Untuk Si Mata Indah written by Sri Rokhati and Habibie & Ainun movie director by Faozan Rizal. Analysis technique is with ekranisasi theory. The finding of the study showed that the decreasing episode of the story novel Cintaku Untuk Si Mata Indah written by Sri Rokhati in Habibie & Ainun movie director by Faozan Rizal become 111 stories of episode. Additional of the story in Habibie & Ainun movie director by Faozan Rizal become 60 stories of episode. The change of variation event, character and background the story of episode in novel Cintaku Untuk Si Mata Indah written by Sri Rokhati and Habibie & Ainun movie director by Faozan Rizal become 10 stories of episode.
