Abstract

Brand image memiliki tiga variabel pendukung yaitu citra pembuat (corporate image), citra produk (product image) dancitra pemakai (user image), corporate image merupakan sekumpulan asosiasi yang dipersepsikan konsumen terhadap perusahaan yang membuat suatu produk atau jasa dimana indikatornya meliputi nama besar perusahaan, layanan perusahaan dan jaringan perusahaan. Product image yaitu sekumpulan asosiasi yang dipersepsikan konsumen terhadap suatu produk. Sedangkan user image merupakan sekumpulan asosiasi yang dipersepsikan konsumen kuat, praktis dan ekonomis, percaya diri dan nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh corporate image, product image dan user image terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai thitung untuk variabel corporate image (X1) sebesar 2,968, nilai thitung untuk variabel product image (X2) sebesar 3,665, nilai thitung untuk variabel user image (X3) sebesar 3,523, ketiga angka tersebut jika dibandingkan dengan ttabel (1,990) maka thitung>ttabel. Berdasarkan hasil uji t tersebut berarti terdapat pengaruh positif corporate image, product image, dan user image terhadap keputusan pembelian. Uji F menunjukkan Fhitung sebesar 29,254 > Ftabel sebesar 2,72 pada df = 76 bahwa berarti terdapat pengaruh secara simultan yang signifikan corporate image, product image, dan user image terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk tetap menjaga pelayanan ketersediaan, dan meningkatkan jaringan penjualan yang luas, tetap menjaga image bahwa Semen Gresik merupakan semen yang rekatnya kuat, dan tetap menjaga agar konsumen merasa percaya diri dan nyaman menggunakan Semen Gresik.

Abstract

Kecerdasan Emosional adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk memotivasi diri sendiri, bertahan menghadapi frustasi dan mengendalikan dorongan hati agar beban stress tidak melumpuhkan kemampuan berfikir, berempati dan berdoa. Dan kita perlu keseimbangan emosi bukan menekan emosi karena setiap perasaan mempunyai nilai dan makna. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui secara lebih jelas tentang sejauh mana hubungan atas pengaruh komponen kecerdasan emosional yang terdiri dari kemampuan mengenali, mengelola dan mengekspresikan emosi, mengenal emosi orang lain dan membina hubungan dengan orang lain di lingkungan kerja di PT. BPR Nusamba Brondong. Berdasarkan data yang penulis dapatkan dari perusahaan , maka didapat hasil bahwa komponen kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BPR Nusamba Brondong Lamongan sangat kuat. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh komponen kecerdasan emosional dimana diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 301 sampai dengan 341 pada rentang skala 325-399 dalam penilaian sangat kuat. Dan dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan sangat tinggi dimana diperoleh rata sebesar 243 sampai dengan 334 yang artinya kinerja karyawan yang terdiri pencapaian target, cara kerja, hasil kerja, kedisiplinan karyawan, hubungan antar karyawan dan loyalitas sangat tinggi.Sehingga kedepannya akan timbul inisiatif yang dapat memunculkan dan terciptalah ide-ide kreativitas dalam bekerja. Sehingga bisa mengembangkan BPR Nusamba Brondong lebih maju lagi dan lebih berkembang yang tentunya bisa diterima dan bisa bermanfaat dikalangan masyarakat umum.

Abstract

The study was conducted to examine the effect of variable cash ratio, Retun On Assets (ROA), and the Growth Dividend Payout Ratio against the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008-2010. The population in this study some 11 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008-2010. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling criteria: (1) The mining companies that provide financial statements in the period 2008-2010, based on the recapitulation of the company's performance as published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange through www.idx.co.id. (2) The mining company that is continuously distributed dividends in the period 2008-2010, based on the payout ratio as published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange through www.idx.co.id. (3) The mining company that produces profitability in the period 2008-2010, based on the recapitulation of the company's performance as published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange through www.idx.co.id. Data obtained from the publication of the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008-2010. Obtained the sample of 11 companies. Analysis technique used is multiple regression by the least squares equations and hypothesis testing using the t-statistic for testing the partial regression coefficients and F-statistics to test the effect together with the confidence level of 5%. The results showed that the Cash Ratio (CR) significantly influence the House of Representatives. While the Return On Asset (ROA) and Growth no significant effect on the House. We suggest to investors in Indonesia Stock Exchange in order to give more attention to information released by the company in making their investment decisions. Variable Cash Ratio in this study is the most influential variable on the House indicated the significance of the value of 0.028, Return On Asset (ROA) to the value of significance is 0.169, and Growth with a significance value is 0.841.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to analyze the direct effect between dead endorser towards the brand personality and purchase intention, as well indirectly effect of dead endorser towards purchase intentions through brand personality. This research used samples as much 100 respondents who were in Kebomas-Gresik area and ever see ads of KukuBima Ener-G!. The analytical method used was path analysis. The analysis showed that the dead endorser has direct effect on brand personality, dead endorser has no direct effect on purchase intention, brand personality directly affects the purchase intention, and dead endorser has indirect effect on purchase intention through brand personality.

Abstract

Business growth now depends not only on product quality, but also look in terms of quality of service, through the CRM companies can determine the extent of use of CRM in the business world. The purpose of this study to find out is to find out whether the CRM and customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty either simultaneously or partially. Some of the variable as an indicator of CRM and customer satisfaction in this study include management, relationships, affect customer loyalty in Gresik Violetta. The analysis tools is to use multiple linear regression with SPSS trial hypothesis using t test and f test, both at a significant level of 5%. Calculation results show that both variables are included in the analysis together have a significant effect on customer loyalty in Gresik Violetta. This conclusion is based on results that show the value of F count for more than 46.006 3.09 F tables of two variables, it appeared that CRM has a significant influence calculated t value of 4.57 with a significance level of 0.00%. Based on the results of the analysis of customer loyalty in a very dominant Violetta Gresik of CRM, CRM of these two variables should be further enhanced so that consumers understand more CRM and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to test the influence of faculty performance on student learning motivation of Management, Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Gresik. By using a sample of 83 respondents. Testing is done by using multiple regression analysis. The results of multiple regression showed that the performance of lecturers includes pedagogical, professional competence, personal competence and social competence significantly associated with students' learning motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors that influence the purchase decision based on Android Smartphone Students study at Muhammadiyah University of Gresik . Abstract

Good brand equity can be made one of consideration of consumer in purchasing a product. In taking care of its the product Semen Gresik always takes care of and maintains planted brand equity either in its the consumer marrow, so that acceptable Semen Gresik carefully by public. This research aim to know brand equity influence, quality of product, and the price of to consumer loyality Semen Gresik. This research type is associative. this Penelitinan done in town Gresik to cover District Manyar, District Kebomas, and District Gresik. Sample is taken with technique non probability sampling is obtained responder to amount to 100. Data collecting applies questionaire, here in after data with doubled linear regression test.Result of research shows value tcount for brand equity variable ( X1) 3,228, value tcount for variable quality of product ( X2) 2,638, value tcount for price variable ( X3) 3,175, third the number if it is compared to ttabel ( 1,984) hence tcount >ttabel. Based on t test result means there is positive influence of brand equity, quality of product, and the price of to consumer loyality. Test F shows Fcount 17, 897 > Ftabel 2,70 at df=96. Means there is influence in simultan which significant brand equity, quality of product, and the price of to consumer loyality. Based on result of research is expected [by] PT Cement of Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. permanent of maintain product brand equity Semen Gresik through the media, increases quality of product and determine selling price doesn't too height and doesn't boost up price that consumer loyality still awake.

Abstract

If customer complaints positively responded to and will be served can bring benefits to the company. In excellent service is the handling of customer complaints is paramount. This study aims to determine the handling of customer complaints on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.This research is a survey with path analysis approach. The study was conducted in PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. with a population of corporate agency business customers of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in the province of East Java as many as 125 companies. Samples were taken with the technique of proportional random sample of respondents earned by 95 companies. Data taken with the questionnaire, further analysis of the data using path analysis.The results showed t count for variable handling of complaints by 2,295> t table (1.987) means that there is an influence significantly the handling of complaints terhadapa customer satisfaction. Then t count for the handling of complaints by 3.490, t count of 3,010 for customer satisfaction both> t table (1.987), mean variables complaint handling and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Whereas the effect on customer loyalty penangann complaint through customer satisfaction by 0.093, meaning that any increase in the handling of customer complaints through customer satisfaction by 1 point it will increase customer loyalty by 0.093 points.Based on the results of the study are expected PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk to improve its services by creating the same type of products but the specs match the needs of its customer segmentation and customer complaints to improve services in order to improve customer satisfaction so far maintained loyalty. For customers expected to use Gresik cement products as per the specifications and designation and submit complaints directly to the officer of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk appropriate existing mechanisms.
