Toddler age is a period that lasts quickly and will not be repeated, so it is called the golden age. The incidence of growth and development disorders is currently quite high in Indonesia. The impact of not doing growth and development checks is that they cannot detect growth and development deviations in toddlers so that there are permanent deviations. The research objective was to analyze the relationship between the role of health workers and family support in early detection of toddler song development. This type of quantitative research with analytic survey design. This study used a cross sectional approach, with the sampling used was purposive sampling technique. The results of the research on the variable role of health workers obtained a positive role as many as 49 people (55.1%), while the variable family support for respondents who supported as many as 52 people (58.4%). The statistical test results obtained by the value of p = 0.013, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the role of health workers and family support in early detection of toddler growth and development. Research on the provision of early stimulation in the first year of life is effective in increasing the mental and psychomotor development index of infants. In addition, the presence of children who experience delays during their growth and development can be caused by a lack of parental care in stimulating their growth and development. The research suggest the need for an increase in training programs in the detection of growth and development, programs routed by families and even visits to PAUD / kindergartens online or in person.

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is ranked 27th cause of death in the world in 1990 and increased 18th in 2010. The results of Riskesdas in 2013 showed the prevalence of CKD in Indonesia by 0.2% or 2 per 1000 population. A long history of hypertension and kidney stones can cause a decrease in kidney function, patients with chronic renal failure who are still working have a level of fatigue that can trigger stress. Working conditions outdoors in hot temperatures can result in dehydration. The severity of patients with chronic kidney failure can be influenced by hypertension, kidney stones and work. Objective: To analyze risk factors for the severity of chronic kidney failure that undergo hemodialysis at Ulin Regional Hospital in South Kalimantan. Method: An observational analytic study with a cross sectional study design. A sample of 65 patients using simple random sampling. The research instrument used patient medical record data. Data analysis with descriptive and statistical namely chi square and multiple logistic regression. Results: Patients who also suffered from hypertension had a greater risk for end-stage CKD (p = 0.010). Patients who also suffered from kidney stones had a greater risk for end-stage CKD (p = 0.034). Kidney failure patients who are still working have a risk of CRF (p = 0.011). Analysis using multiple logistic regression showed hypertension variables (p = 0.010; Exp.B = 7.236), kidney stones (p = 0.034; Exp.B = 5.221), and occupation (p = 0.011; Exp.B = 5.424) with a level of confidence 95%. Conclusion: There is a relationship between hypertension, kidney stones, and occupation with the severity of chronic kidney failure, with the most dominant variable hypertension among the three variables.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between nutritionally conscious families (Kadarzi) and the nutritional status of children under five in the Work Area of the Puskesmas Pelambuan, Banjarmasin. This study used an analytic method with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling with a sample size of 82 parents of children under five. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire and observation with weighing tools, the data analysis used the Spearman rank test. The location of this research was conducted in the Working Area of the Pelambuan Health Center, Banjarmasin City. Based on the results of the study, families who were aware of nutrition tended to have normal nutritional status totaling 27 (79.4%) and more than 7 (20.6%). Meanwhile, families who were not aware of nutrition tended to have malnutrition status, amounting to 31 people (64.6%) and malnutrition status 17 (35.4%). The spearman rank statistical test obtained p value 0.000 smaller than α = 0.05. There is a relationship between nutritionally conscious families (adarzi) with the nutritional status of children under five in the working area of Puskesmas Pelambuan, Banjarmasin City.
