Abstract

AbstracJigsaw is a method of cooperative learning designed to increase the sense of responsibility, the student toward his own learning and also the learning of others. Basically the essence of cooperation is the activity aimed at the form of kerjakompok between friends in which there are differences of opinion and can unite the opinion into one. The jigsaw method is a highly colaborative method because in this method students are required to work together in groups so that this method can help teachers' performance in building good cooperation characteristics among members.Abstrak Jigsaw merupakan merupakan metode dari pembelajaran kooperatif yang didesain untuk meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab, siswa terhadap pembelajarannya sendiri dan juga pembelajaran orang lain. Pada dasarnya hakikat dari kerjasama adalah aktivitas yang ditujukan dalam bentuk kerjakelompok antar teman yang mana didalamnya terdapat perbedaan pendapat dan dapat menyatukan pendapat tersebut menjadi satu. Metode jigsaw merupaka metode yang sangat coloborative karena dalam metode ini  siswa di haruskan bekerjasama dalam kelompok sehingga dengan metode ini dapat membantu kinerja guru dalam membangun karakteristik kerjasama yang baik antar anggota.

Abstract

Penurunan moral merupakan isu yang paling penting untuk diperbincangkan, berbagai macam pengaruh yang dapat menurunkan perkembangan moral seseorang terlebih pada usia remaja yang merupakan masa yang terjadinya perubahan yang sangat pesat yang mudah terpengaruh oleh lingkungannya.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku prososial dan religiusitas dengan moral pada remaja. Subjek penelitian adalah 100 siswa SMP. Data  dikumpulkan melalui angket yang terdiri dari perilaku prososial, religiusitas, dan moral. Hasil analisis menunjukan hubungan positif antara perilaku prososial, religiusitas, dan moral yang artinya semakin tinggi perilaku prososial dan religousitas maka semakin bagus pula moral yang dimiliki remaja.Kata kunci : moral, perilaku prososial, religiusitas

Abstract

Sekolah inklusi merupakan sebuah program yang dikembangkan oleh pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk memberi kesempatan bagi siswa yang memiliki disabilitas agar dapat menempuh pendidikan di sekolah reguler bersama dengan siswa normal pada umumnya. Dalam sekolah inklusi sistem belajar yang diterapkan adalah dengan menggabungkan siswa reguler (normal) dengan siswa difabel di kelas yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tipe kepribadian ekstrover-introvert dengan penerimaan sosial pada siswa reguler terhadap siswa difabel di sekolah inklusi SMKN 27 Jakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi reguler di SMKN 27 Jakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 105 orang. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposivesampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi pearson-product moment. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penelitian ini  didominasi oleh responden yang memiliki tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dengan persentase 60,95%. Sementara pada variabel penerimaan sosial, responden memiliki penerimaan sosial yang cenderung rendah. Hal ini dibuktikan dari total persentase pada kategori sangat rendah (23,81%) dan kategori rendah (24,76%) sehingga keduannya menjadi 48,57%. Hasil uji korelasi, menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara tipe kepribadian ekstrovert-introvert dengan penerimaan sosial pada siswa reguler terhadap siswa difabel di sekolah inklusi SMK N 27 Jakarta (p > 0.05). Kata kunci: ekstrovert-introvert, penerimaan sosial, sekolah inklusi

Abstract

The responsibility of learning is a students ' awareness about their duties that must be implemented in order to meet the learning needs, while learning responsibility include tasks with a trustworthy, Independent and able to take responsibility over their duties to achieve an optimal award. The phenomenon that researchers has found to show some students have a low learning responsibility. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of reality counseling to enhance the students ' responsibility. This study uses a pre-experimental design with the kind of One Group Pre-test and post-test. Subjects in this study were 5 students. This research instrument using a scale liable student learning and counseling guidelines reality. The data analysis technique used is Wilcoxon's Signed Rank Test . Counseling reality effectively to improve student learning responsibility. The results of post-test students in completing the learning responsibility scale after treatment is greater than or increased from the pre-test (17.05 pre-tests and post-test is 22.85 ). Wilcoxon tests results showed the Sig . (2-tailed ) was 0.042 <0.05 its means the reality counseling effective to improve student learning responsibility

Abstract

The phenomenon of multigenerational labor provides new challenges in the world of career. The difference of values and objectives of each generation can influence individual’s career choice thus career counselor need an approach to be able to help clients identifying their work values. Social Cognitive Career Theory (Lent, Brown, & Hackett, 1994) is a fairly recent approach because it provides a perspective based on specific self-efficacy beliefs of each generation. Due to period differences, the values adopted between one generation with another generation have been resulted in different personal accomplishments and thus different career choices. Individual from the Traditional Generations will tend to choose careers which provide firm loyalty as his personal accomplishment, whether individual from The Baby Boomers will tend to choose careers which provide prestiges, facilities, and positions. The X Generation lay their personal accomplishments on freedom and balance between career and family. The Y Generation which known as digital natives tend to choose careers which give them freedom and creativity to work by utilizing high technology. Similiar to their former, the Z Generation not only tend to choose careers which give them freedom and creativity but also expect feedback from the experienced people.

Abstract

There has been a lot of competence arranged professionalism counselor with the purpose to establish the existence of a counselor. However, it should be understood that the competence of counselor professionalism in its application is influenced by various things such as the personality of the counselor, the values and the belief norms held by the counselor in carrying out the counseling process. Each of the scopes has its own color in its application, however it must be admitted that the professional competence of the counselor in practice despite having a fixed standard but if each individual counselor applies is still unique. Especially for counselors with counseling approach of Islam the principle application of professional competence of counselor  based on source of Al Qur'an. In that case,  in the Qur'an surah Al 'Ashr although illustrated three verses but in fact when examined further is an insightful footing for Muslim counselors applying professionalism.There has been a lot of competence arranged professionalism counselor with the purpose to establish the existence of a counselor.
