Post Dural Puncture Headache (PDPH) is the most common complication that occurs in spinal anesthesia techniques resulting from a tear in the dura mater which causes a leak in the Cerebrospinal Liquor (LCS). This study aims to describe the incidence of complications of headache in post-spinal anesthesia patients. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional study design. The population and sample of this study were all post-sectio caesarea patients with spinal anesthesia in the last 1 month of January 2022, namely 46 people using the total sampling technique. Data is taken directly from the subject as a source of information under study, namely the results of observations. The results showed that the majority of PDPH incidents were 18 respondents (39.1%) aged 30-39 years, most of them experienced PDPH with a mild pain scale of 12 respondents (37.5%), most of the respondents who experienced PDPH had BMI with the normal category as many as 16 respondents (34.8%), the majority of respondents who experienced PDPH with a quinckie needle size of 26 were 18 respondents (39.1%). This study concluded that most of the respondents who experienced PDPH were aged 30-39 years with normal BMI and a quinckie needle size of 26 at Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli General Hospital, Pidie Aceh District.

The peribulbar has a slower anesthetic effect and requires a larger volume than the retrobulbar. Large volumes can increase the pressure on the eye, so that the opening of the vitrectomy operation can cause rapid changes in pressure which can increase the risk of choroidal detachment. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of intra-ocular pressure in vitrectomy patients with peribulbar block at PMN Cicendo Eye Hospital, Bandung. This study used a descriptive research method with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples in the study was 100 respondents, taken by accidental sampling technique. The instrument used was tonopen I Care, then the measurement results were documented and data processing was carried out using the SPSS 26 application. The results obtained showed an increase in IOP in the 5th minute by 18% with a maximum increase of 8 mmHg and a 72% decrease with an average decrease of 3.52 mmHg. Then in the 10th minute, there was a decrease in IOP of 91% with an average decrease of 5.94%, but there was still a maximum IOP increase of 4 mmHg. The decrease in IOP began to occur at 5 minutes and then most of it decreased at 10 minutes even though there was still a 2% increase at 10 minutes this could occur due to other comorbidities of the eye such as glaucoma

Non-pharmacological therapy that can be done to reduce pain in post sectio caesarea patients can be done with diaphragmatic breathing exercise. This study aims to determine the effect of diaphragmatic breathing exercise on reducing pain in post sectio caesarea patients with spinal anesthesia at Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli Hospital. This research method is a Quasi Experiment with a pretest – posttest approach with a control group. The number of samples in this study were 40 sectio caesarea patients who were divided into 2 groups, namely 20 experimental groups and 20 control groups. The instrument used in this study to measure the pain scale is the Phase Pain Scale (FPS). The collected data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Wilcoxon Test. The results showed that the average pain scale in the intervention group before being given the diaphragmatic breathing exercise technique was 5 (SD 1.29777 and confidence interval (2-6)) and after being given the diaphragmatic breathing exercise technique the average pain scale decreased to 3. 1 (SD 1.11921 and confidence interval (1-5)). There is an effect of diaphragmatic breathing exercise on pain reduction in post-cesarean section patients with spinal anesthesia with a p-value of 0.0001 (P<0.05). This study concluded that there was an effect of diaphragmatic breathing exercise on pain reduction in post-cesarean section patients with spinal anesthesia at Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli Hospital.

Hypotension is one of the side effects of spinal anesthesia. Giving a sitting position for three minutes after spinal injection is one of the actions taken to reduce the incidence of hypotension. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of giving a sitting position 3 minutes after induction of spinal anesthesia on the prevention of hypotension in sectio caesarea patients at Tgk. Abdullah Syafi'i Beureuneun, Pidie District, Aceh Province. This research method is a Quasi Experiment with a Posttest-Only Control Design approach. The number of samples in this study were 80 sectio caesarea patients who were divided into 2 groups, namely 40 experimental groups and 40 control groups. The instrument used in this study was an observation sheet on the incidence of hypotension in patients with sectio caesarea. Data analysis was performed univariately and bivariately using the Mann-Whitney test. The results showed that the characteristics of respondents based on age found the majority aged 20-35 years as many as 74 respondents (92.5%), based on the number of children or parity the majority were multipara (2-5) as many as 66 respondents (82.5%) and based on the education of the majority SMA as many as 59 respondents (73.3%). There is an effect of sitting position 3 minutes after induction of spinal anesthesia on the prevention of hypotension in sectio caesarea patients with a p-value of 0.000 (P<0.05). This study concluded that there was an effect of sitting position 3 minutes after induction of spinal anesthesia on the prevention of hypotension in sectio caesarea patients at Tgk. Hemodynamic changes are a risk that can occur in the use of spinal anesthesia in sectio caesarea operations. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of spinal anesthesia on hemodynamics in sectio caesarea patients at Cut Meutia Hospital, North Aceh. This research method uses observational analytic with cross sectional with pretest & posttest only group. The sampling technique was carried out by means of a total sampling of 70 respondents. The research instrument that will be used in this study is the patient observation sheet. Data analysis was performed univariately and bivariately using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there were differences in hemodynamics (blood pressure) before and after spinal anesthesia in sectio caesarea patients with a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05). There were differences in hemodynamics (pulse) before and after spinal anesthesia in sectio caesarea patients with a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05). This study concluded that there was an effect of spinal anesthesia on hemodynamics in sectio caesarea patients at Cut Meutia Hospital, North Aceh
