Abstract

Cadre activities undertaken in the Posyandu among other things prepare tools and materials, inviting and moving society, namely telling mothers to come to Posyandu, contact the working group (working group) Posyandu, namely submit plans for activities at the village office, filling and inform the Posyandu Information Systems. Based on interviews in District Kemangkon have never carry out counseling on how to fill Posyandu Information System, all the cadres know how to fill Posyandu Information System of self-taught midwife with posyandu. Objective: To analyze the Effect of Counseling About Posyandu Information System to the Skills of Health Cadre In District Kemangkon Purbalingga Year 2015. Type of research: research is the type of comparative analytical research with cross sectional method. Total population of 440 cadres, then sampling is done by cluster random sampling as many as 38 cadres. Instruments in this study using a checklist form integrated health information system and data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results: differences before the counseling skills of health cadres and skills of health cadres after counseling with p: 0.001 (<0.05), so there Extension Effect of Counseling About Posyandu Information System to the Skills of Health Cadre In District Kemangkon Purbalingga Year 2015. Abstract

ABSTRACT : EFECTIVITENESS OF EXCLUISVE BREAST FEEDING BABY ON THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT IN POSYANDU MWAR DISTRICT OF MERSI 2015. Factors affecting infant growth inhibition one low parental nutrition to children. Nutritional needs for infants starting from breastfeeding exclusively. Stimulation Detection and Early Intervention Growth (SDIDTK) is an activity or investigation to find any irregularities early growth and development in infants and preschool children. Purwokerto Timur is a region with a live birth rate reached 678 babies in 2013. While in 2014, the live birth rate reached 754 exclusively breastfed infants with coverage reaching 54.88%. Objective: To determine effectiveness of exclusive breastfeeding on Growth and Development of Infants in Posyandu Mawar District of Mersi Year 2015 Type of research: analytic correlational, using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test data analysis. Total population of 27 infants, then the sampling is done by purposive sampling 27 samples. Instruments in this study using questionnaires KPSP, TDD, BB / TB, LK.Results: Breastfeeding Exclusive effective on Growth (Round Head) Baby, but granting exclusive breastfeeding is less effective on growth (weight/height), Development (KPSP), development (Test Power Listen/TDD) Baby in Posyandu Mawar District of Mersi 2015.  Keywords: exclusive breastfeeding, baby, Growth and Development

Abstract

Health problem faced is health service of elderly and elderly with age 45 years old and above who get health service according to health standard either at community health centers or in integrated service post elderly group that is equal to 63,26%. This coverage still does not meet the target of 75%. Elderly Family Development and Youth Family Development is an active community organization implemented monthly, all within the reproductive age range, pre menopause and menopause. Participants are still in the reproductive and pre-elderly age range, so it still needs care and service family planning and healthy reproduction. Output target of this activity is the examination of blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid as detection of Diabetes Militus disease, koleterol, gout and monitoring with control card of examination result. Improve Communication, Information and education about reproductive health and elderly health. The results of examination with necso tool in Elderly Family Development and Youth Family Development as a whole that is high blood pressure value 57 mother (36,31%), high blood sugar counted 8 mother (5,1%), high uric acid 52 mother (33,12%) and high cholesterol counted 14 mothers (8,92%). Knowledge before information about the highest reproduction health is less knowledge as much as 22 mothers (46,81%), after done the highest information is good knowledge as many as 21 mothers (44,68%). Knowledge before information about the highest health of elderly is knowledge of less than 49 mother (44,55%), after done the highest information is good knowledge as much 48 mother (43,64%).

Abstract

Enambelas persen balita Indonesia mengalami gangguan perkembangan, baik perkembangan motorik halus dan kasar, gangguan pendengaran, kecerdasan kurang dan keterlambatan.Cakupan deteksi dini tumbuh kembang anak balita tingkat Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada tahun2012 sebesar 35,66%, hal ini Jauh di bawah target yang ditetapkan yaitu 90%.Untukmembuktikan efektifitas SDIDTK terhadap peningkatan angka penemuan dini gangguantumbuh kembang pada anak usia balita.Model penelitian yang digunakan Quasi-eksperiment,dengan rancangan penelitian ini adalahNon-Equivalent control group design Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling sebanyak 96 balita.Untukmengetahui perbedaan angka penemuan dini gangguan tumbuh kembang pada   anak  balita setelah  intervensi  digunakan  uji  statistik  beda   proporsi McNermar dan Chi-square.Ada perbedaan yang signifikan angka penemuan gangguan pertumbuhan pada anak usia balita yang diukur dengan menggunakan SDIDTK dengan anak usia balita yang diukur dengan menggunakan KMS p: 0,014. ada perbedaan yang signifikan angka penemuan gangguan perkembangan pada anak usia balita yang diukur dengan menggunakan SDIDTK dengan anakusia balita yang diukur dengan menggunakan KMS p: 0,004.SDIDTK efektif terhadap peningkatan  penemuan  angka penemuan dini gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anakusia balita.KATA KUNCI :SDIDTK,Gangguan Tumbuh Kembang, Balita

Abstract

Competency-based education emphasizes the ability to be possessed by the graduates,Implications of competency-based education is the development of syllabi and competency-basedassessment system. Education curriculum Midwifery Studies Program D III STIKES HarapanBangsa Purwokerto consists of an academic curriculum that covers 60% of the core curriculumand 40% of the curriculum of the institution. The core curriculum reflects the Learning Outcomes(LO) and core competencies, while the institutional curriculum represents the specificity / featuredfrom courses / institutions, each of which consists of 50% and 50% of global capabilitiesinstitutional capacity. Outcomes of the educational curriculum Midwifery Studies Program aims toachieve competence D3 Studies Program. Curriculum development Midwifery Studies Program D3 STIKES Harapan Bangsa Purwokertobased on a curriculum workshop organized by the institution in two time periods: in 2010 and2011 resulted in the curriculum is competency-based curriculum, which commenced in 2012.This research is an analytic correlational. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling,sample of this research is secondary data from BAAK about Value 9 Subjects (Pregnancy,Childbirth, Postpartum, BBL, Midwifery Community, Communications, Ethics in Midwifery,Reproduction, and BEONC) and Grade Student Prodi Midwifery D3 STIKES Harapan BangsaPurwokerto academic years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015. The analysis was performed with theMann whiney, Chi Square and Kolmogorov Smirnov. The results of the study are Competency Based Curriculum (KBK) effectively against ProdiMidwifery Student Achievement Index D3 STIKES Harapan Bangsa Purwokerto with the results ofthe Mann Whitney U test p = 0.001. Abstract

Background: Maternal mortality rates according to Indonesian health demographic survey in2007 was as high as 282 / 100,000 live births, P4K is the latest program created to help thegovernment nenurunkan Maternal Mortality. In Banjarnegara district maternal mortality is 122/ 100,000 live births, in Puskesmas Madukara 2 maternal mortality rate of 12.5 / 100,000 livebirths. From a review of pre survey 33% of pregnant women lack knowledge about P4K well.Objective: To determine the knowledge overview about P4K pregnant women at health centersMadukara 2 based on age, education, employment, resources, socio-economics.Methods: This research method is descriptive based on primary data by cross sectionalapproach taken by the questionnaire to 53 pregnant women trimester I, II, and III in the roomKIA with sampling techniques accidental sample at the health center Madukara 2 SubdistrictMadukara Banjarnegara district on June 21 until July 1, 2008.Results: Overview knowledge of pregnant women about P4K by the largest age 20-35 years old(58.3%) with a fairly good knowledge, based on the largest education PT / Diploma / SI / SII(100%) with good knowledge, based on the largest job does not work (63.6%) with a fairly goodknowledge, based on the largest print media resources (100%) with a fairly good knowledge,based on the socio-largest economy equal to Rp. 622 000 (66.7%) with fairly good knowledge.Conclusion: Overview knowledge of pregnant women according to age, education, employment,resources, socio-largest economy with fairly good knowledge.Keywords: Knowledge, pregnant women, Program Planning and Delivery ComplicationsPrevention (P4K).

Abstract

The majority of breast cancer patients come to medical service at an advancedstage. Because most cancer cases are found in the severe stage, healing is difficult to do. Infact, detection of early-stage breast cancer is very easy, and can be done individually. Quitea few minutes, once a month, to perform breast self-examination (SADARI). But because ofthe level of knowledge of women about cancer remains low so that it can become anobstacle to efforts to prevent the occurrence of breast cancer. To find out knowledgerelations about SADARI with SADARI attitude on women in the Bantarwuni Village,Puskesmas Kembaran's working area, Banyumas District . This research is a descriptiveresearch with cross sectional correlation's study, the sample used was cluster sampling. Thesample was women aged 20-35 years in the Bantarwuni Village, the sample in this researchwas 60 respondents. Instrument of data collection using questionnaires. Data analysisusing Bivariate analysis with statistical test used was chi square. From the results, most ofthe knowledge of knowing about SADARI was less by 28 respondents (47%), and most ofthe negative attitude of knowing it was a total of 36 respondents (60%). There is knowledgerelations about SADARI with SADARI attitude on women in the Bantarwuni Village,Puskesmas Kembaran's working area, Banyumas Distric twith þ-value (0.001) <α (0,05).There is knowledge relations about SADARI with SADARI attitude on women in theBantarwuni Village, Puskesmas Kembaran's working area, Banyumas District. Abstract

Background: Breast Care should be performed during pregnancy is the gestation after eightmonths (third trimester) and not after the delivery. In Puskesmas Banjarmangu, as many asfour mothers never breast care. This is because pregnant women lack information aboutbreast care, but it is also due to the low economic level. Objective: To determine theknowledge overview primigravida third trimester of breast care for breastfeedingpreparation in Puskesmas Banjarmangu Banjarnegara district in 2010. Methods: Thisresearch method is quantitative descriptive based on primary data taken using aquestionnaire with a sample size of 32 respondents. Results: Overview of the third trimesterprimigravida knowledge of breast care for breastfeeding preparation in PuskesmasBanjarmangu Banjarnegara regency in 2010 the majority of respondents (40.6%) have asufficient level of knowledge about breast care. Most respondents had high school and 69.2%of them have enough knowledge. Most of the respondents to obtain information from healthworkers and 50% of them have enough knowledge. Most respondents had a job as much as47.2% of whom IRT good knowledge. Conclusion: Most of the mothers in the third trimesterprimigravid Puskesmas Banjarmangu Banjarnegara district has sufficient knowledge. Abstract

Menopause is a process of transition from a productive period heading slowly to the non-productive time due to reduced estrogen and progesterone. When a person enters thepre-menopausal age, physical and psychological changes occur. Due to lack of knowledgeof women about menopause, the majority of women experience anxiety due to the physicalchanges that occur during menopause. The village is the highest village first Gembongannumber of women aged 40-44 years as many as 114 people. Based on a preliminary surveyof the 10 mothers aged 40-44 years as many as 4 out of menopause but the mother said asmany as six people do not know. This research is quantitative descriptive study, with crosssectional, population in this study were mothers of pre-menopausal (ages 40-44 years) inthe village Gembongan Sigaluh District of Banjarnegara district. until the time of the study,namely 114 ibu.Teknik study using simple random sampling technique, by the way whipped54 people. The data used are primary data in the form of a questionnaire that was tested forvalidity and reliability. Analysis of the form of the univariate analysis in the form of distrusifrequency. The results showed the mother's knowledge of pre menopause mostly haveenough knowledge that 26 respondents (48.1%), the majority of respondents who have agood knowledge of socio-economic <730.000, - as many as five respondents (71.4%), themajority of respondents knowledgeable both have a college education is as much as threerespondents (100%), the majority of respondents were knowledgeable either obtaininformation from sources of documentary information as much as 2 respondents (100%)with good knowledge. Cervicalcancer casesin hospitalsProf. Dr.MargonoSoekarjoPurwokertoIn 2011as many as273 women.To determine the relationshipofrisk factorsof cervical cancerin women withcervicalcancer incidencein hospitalsProf. Dr.MargonoSoekarjoNavanin 2011. The research method isdescriptivecorrelationwithretrospective approachusingsecondarydatawith thepopulation ofwomen suffering fromcervical canceras many as273women, usingasampling techniquequatasamplingwith a sample of100 women. The instrument usedwasachecklist. Analysis usingkendall'stautestandlinearregression. The results showedthe classification ofmostcervicalcancerhadstage III cancerby48respondents(48%), there is a relationshipbetween theage oftheincidenceof cervicalcanceristhe value ofP=0.001 (P <0.05). There was no associationbetweenparitywith the incidenceofcervicalcancer isthe value ofP=0.539(P>0.05). No associationwithcontraceptivecervicalcancerP =0.064(P>0.05). Based onmultiple linear regression analysiswith the resultsofage(p=0.001), parityfactor(p=0.740), and afactor ofcontraception(p=0.065), indicating theage factoristhe mostdominantfactoraffectingcervical cancer. From theresults of the studyshowed thatthe risk factorsof agehave the most impacton theincidence ofcervical cancerin women. Keywords: riskfactors, women cervical cancer.
