Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding net income in predicting future cash flows by examining each variable. Through this research, the concept of net income can be known in predicting future cash flows. The object of research is the PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbkcompany listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2018 which always suffered losses, did not conduct margers during the observation period, and registered successively during the observation period. The method used in object selection in this study is purposive sampling. The analysis model used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis model performed with the help of SPSS version 20 for windows computer program. The independent variable in this study is Net Income while the Dependent Variable is Cash Flow. The type of data used is secondary data.The results of this study prove that net income has a negative and significant effect in predicting future cash flows at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan juga mengetahui seberapa besar niat beli masyarakat terhadap harga yang ditentukan oleh penjual online, lalu untuk mengetahui juga seberapa besar niat beli masyarakat terhadap kualitas produk dan harga yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bandar Lampung dengan populasi berjumlah 50 orang konsumen yang pernah belanja di toko online. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perangkat smartPLS 3.0 untuk analisis datanya. Hasil penelitian ialah: (1) Harga berpengaruh positif dan sugnifikan terhadap niat beli. (2). Kualitas Produk berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap niat beli. kata kunci : kualitas produk, harga, keputusan pembelian, niat beli

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the extent of the influence of work motivation on the performance of employees of the Horticultural Food Plantations and Sungai Penuh City Plantation. the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction of employees of the Horticultural Food Crops and Plantation Plants in Sungai Penuh City. the extent of the influence of the work environment on the job satisfaction of employees of the Horticultural Food and Plantation Plants City of Sungai Penuh. the extent of the influence of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Horticultural Food and Plantation Plants City of Sungai Penuh.The population in this study were all employees at the Horticultural Food Crops and City of Sungai Penuh Plantations, totaling 41 people. Furthermore, it was found that all populations were sampled as many as 41 respondents with saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis tool used is path analysis at an alpha level of 0.05. The result of analysis found that job satisfaction was not found as mediation variable between motivation and performance employee, job satisfaction was not found as mediation variable between work environment and performance employee.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini akan diuji hubungan masing-masing variabel dengan dividen kas perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2018-2019. Penelitian ini meggunakan motode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis data sekunder. Teknik dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan diperoleh secara tidak langsung atau diambil dari laporan keuangan perusahaan melalui www.idx.co.id berjumlah 38 sampel (19 x 2 )dari 134 populasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yakni berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan. Untuk pengujiannya peneliti menggunakan metode regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa laba tunai, laba ditahan, profitabilitas, dan arus kas operasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dividen kas pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2019. Hal ini dapat dilihat laba tunai nilai t hitung2,683 > 2,045 dan tingkat signifikan 0,012 < 0,05, laba ditahan diperoleh nilai t hitung 2,737 > 2,045 dan tingkat signifikan 0,009 < 0,05, profitabilitas nilai t hitung 3,173 > 2,045 dan tingkat signifikan 0,004 < 0,05, dan arus kas operasional nilai t hitung 2,973 > 2,045 dan tingkat signifikan 0,006 < 0,05

Abstract

This study aims to determine, test and analyze the effect of the independent variables Price and Product Quality on the dependent variable of Asus laptop purchasing decisions on students. The method used in the research is a questionnaire. The population in this study were students totaling 45 respondents. Statistical tests were carried out using PLS-based Structurel Equation Modeling. The validity test uses the loading factor value while the reliability test uses Cronbach's alpha, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values. All proposed hypotheses are supported and significant. The conclusion of this study is that the effect of price and product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Asus laptops.
