Growth and development has increased rapidly at an early age, from 0 to 5 years. This period is often referred to as the phase of the "Golden Age". Golden age is a very important time to pay attention to child development carefully in order to be detected as early as possible in case of abnormality. Impaired growth at the beginning of the baby's life was caused by malnutrition as a baby, giving complementary feeding too early or too late (MOH, 2005) to determine the relationship of giving early complementary feeding with growth and development in children under 3 years of age. The study design used in this study is the Survey Analytics, using a "Cross-sectional" where research is used to examine the relationship giving early complementary feeding on the growth and development of toddlers by using the approach of observation research (collecting data) is done once and within the same (time point approach). The population in this study were all children under the age of 3 years working inSawah Lebar Clinic, amounting to 90 people. The sample used in this study is the total sampling, sampling method is a door to door.The result showed that the majority of mothers giving complementary feeding early, almost all children have abnormal growth, more than most children have abnormal development, there is a correlation between the provision of complementary feeding with Growth Early child under 3 years of age and there is a relationship between giving the MP-ASI Early child Development under the age of 3 years. Suggestion: For health workers specially for Midwives to give education about the importance of monitoring the growth and development of toddlers because this period is often referred to as the phase of "Golden Age".

This study aims to determined the effected of wet cupping therapy on blood pressure in hypertensive patients. The study used a quasi-experimental method with one group pre-test and post-test without a control group. The study subjects total 30 respondents consisting of patients with hypertension. All subjects are given wet cupping treatment twice with an interval of 2 weeks. Blood pressure measurements made before and after wet cupping. The results of analysis used a t-dependent, decrease in average systolic blood pressure was 13 333 ± 12 042 wet cupping mmHg and diastolic 4667 ± 3294 mmHg. At week 2 a decrease in average systolic blood pressure mmHg while the 8667 ± 8308 6667 ± 5525 mmHg diastolic. Decrease in average systolic and diastolic blood pressure there were significant differences (p <0.05) in the first wet cupping and second wet cupping. This shows that wet cupping therapy affects blood pressure in hypertension patients.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of therapeutic communication to the patient's level of anxiety prior to regional anesthesia. The type of research is the pre-experimental design using one-group pretest-posttest. Sampling techniques accidental sampling of 30 samples. Data analysis was performed using Univariate and Bivariate analysis with paired t-test test on a5%. The results showed that there were differences in the mean levels of anxiety before and after therapeutic communication and there is a significant decrease in the mean levels of anxiety before and after therapeutic communication. In patients before surgery with regional anesthesia in the operating room RSUD.Dr.M.Yunus Bengkulu (P = 0.000).

The results showedthe meannumber ofhouse flies(Musca domestica)werecaughtonthe flytrapwithattractantorganic waste152tail, fishtail240, and331tailtempeh. ANOVAtestresultsshow the value ofp=0.000<0.05 means thatthere is asignificant differencebetween thenumber of fliescaught in three attractants, andbased onthe results ofLSDis known that fermented soybean cake is themosteffectiveattractantstrapscompared with organic wasteandrotting fish attractant.

Research purposes to determine the effect of relaxation breathing to changes in post-cesarean pain. This study uses a quasi-experimental in one group (one group pretest posttest design). The independent variable is the dependent variable breathing and relaxation is pain post caesarean section. The population numbered 157 people with a total sample of 46 people. The research was conducted in the Obstetric Hospital Dr.M.Yunus C1 Bengkulu on 5 December 2012-15 January 2013. Data were analyzed by Paired t-test dependent. Statistical test results showed an average pain level was 6.02 before the intervention and after intervention the average pain intensity was 3.98. Bivariate results obtained p value = 0.000 with the mean difference was 2.04, indicating a decline in the average post-Caesarean section pain after breathing relaxation techniques.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of therapy group socialization activities (syntax) of the client's mental disorder of social interaction. This research is a kind of research is pre experimentation with the design of "one group pre-test post-test". Population size used was 41 clients with impaired social interactions, samples taken proporsiv sampling as many as 30 clients with social interaction disorder treatment. The data was collected directly to the treatment group. Data analysis was performed bivariate tests unuvariat and paired T-test α of 5% (one tail). The results showed that the average in get social interaction prior to the therapy group socialization activities 0.3 while the average social interaction therapy clients after done action group socialization activities 3.6. There perbadaan average social interaction before and after therapy and activity groups no significant increase between the average social interaction group activity after therapy than before therapy in the client group activity with impaired social interaction is undergoing treatment in a mental hospital Soeprapto Bengkulu (P value = 0.000).

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of electro coagulation in reducing the content of COD and TSS in hospital wastewater of dr M. Yunus Bengkulu. This type of research is the study of pre experimental pretest posttest design without control group, the sample in this study were 36 samples. Primary data was analyzed by Annova test and followed by LSD test. The results showed that there was a decrease of 58.55% content of COD and TSS content of 63.20%, LSD test results demonstrate the value of p = 0.000, which means there is a real difference in reducing the content of the wastewater TSS Hospital dr. M.Yunus Bengkulu.

The arm of this research is to know the effect of giving soursop’s leaf to decrease low back pain in pregnant mother in BPM Bengkulu. This research using experimental quition method toward third semester of pregnant mother who comes to BPM, as a sample were 32 mother consist ot 16 respondens which given 5 leaves and 16 respondent give 7 leaves which was crumpled and the water stroked in the pain spot. Then all of respondent observed with pain scale before and after three time interventions observation result is analysed by univariat and bivariat with t- test. The result of the research showing the pain score before intervention is 5.22, after first intervention is 3.12, and 2.06 for second intervention and on third intervention is 0.72. the result of bivariat on 5 and 7 soursop’s leaves is p : 0,000 < 0,05 which mean’s there’s on affect in giving soursop’s leaf to decrease low back pain to third semester pregnant mother in BPM Bengkulu, meanwhile the difference of effektivity 5 and 7 sousop’s leaves is p : 0,046 < 0,05 with mean difference is 0.75. shows there isn’t difference effectivity of total leaves to decrease low back pain in third semester pregnant mother in BPM Bengkulu City.

The body weight will return weight of body after delivering birth. One of way that is most safe to reduce body weight after delivering birth is suckle, sufficiency of intake energy, consumption of fibrous food and mother routine activity after delivering birth. Difference Lactation during six week post partum to change of mother body weight. Research planning applied is cohort prospective with number of samples 70 breast-feeding motherses fulfilling criterion inklusi. Sampling with technique purposive sampling. Data is analysed in univariate, bivariate with T-Test and Multivariate with linear regression. After analysed, there were no difference of signifikan average of the body weight between mothers having low activity with mother doing high activity with value p > 0,05. There is difference of average of the body weight mother at week ke-6 with frequency suckles > 6 times/day with breast-feeding mothers < 6 times/day. Average Of the body weight ( 57,4667 g) at suckling mother > 6 times/day during 6 week compared to breast-feeding mothers < 6 times/day ( 53,7791 g). Dominance factor is intake energy and intake fibre both having difference that signifikan with value p < 0,05.Mother suckling during 6 week with frequency suckles > 6 times/day experiences improvement of body weight compared to mother suckling with frequency < 6 times/day.

The purpose of this study to determine the risk factors that have a relation to the rate of pesticide poisoning on the seller / entrepreneur / dealers (distributors). This study is a survey with a cross-sectional approach. Subjects were all salespeople pesticides in Bengkulu city by 52 people (total sampling). The dependent variable is the rate of pesticide poisoning, while the independent variable is the length of service, knowledge, attitudes, practices and use of protective equipment. Statistical analysis using Chi Square followed Logistic Regression with SPSS significance level (p <0.05). Based on the results of blood cholinesterase activity of 52 subjects, the majority were poisoned as many as 41 people (78.85%), and normal as many as 11 people (21.15%). Chi Square statistical test results show, there are several risk factors associated namely, knowledge (p = 0.000), attitude (p = 0.019), practice (p = 0.040), and the use of personal protective equipment (p = 0.001), whereas the test results Multifariate statistics using Logistic Regression, of bebarapa related factors turned out to be only 2 (two) were significantly associated, namely knowledge (p = 0.006 to OR = 25.896) and the use of personal protective equipment (p = 0.018 to OR = 9.873).
