Abstract

ABSTRACT                This study aims to answer: 1) the role of school principals in developing school culture in Muhammadiyah Sangonan Elementary School 2, 2) supporting factors and obstacles for school principals in developing school culture in SD Muhammadiyah Sangonan 2.This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers and students. Data collection techniques using triangulation techniques and sources. Data analysis techniques using interactive data models Miles and Huberman.The results of the study are as follows: 1) the role of the principal in developing school culture through 4 roles namely the role of the principal as manager, the role of the principal as leader, the role of the principal as an innovator and the role of the principal as motivator. The role of the principal as a manager includes the principal taking actions or efforts taken to develop school coursework (compiling the program), joint efforts of the teacher in developing a better school culture, mobilizing teachers to take part in implementing the developed school culture. Keywords: School Culture and the Role of Principals.

Abstract

This type of research is development research with the ADDIE model. This research begins with analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects in this study were media expert validators, material experts, learning experts, students, and teachers. The results of the development in the form of science-based e-modules are in the form of evaluations from expert validators and trials of students and teachers. The assessment of media experts received a score of 92.85 with the category "Very Worthy. Material experts received a rating of 92.85 in the "Very Worthy" category. The results of the assessment of learning experts get a value of 73.21 with the category "Eligible". the assessment of small-scale trials conducted by students gets a score of 95 with the category "Very Worthy" and the assessment of the teacher gets a score of 95 with the category "Very Worthy". The large-scale trials conducted by students got a score of 96.6 with the category "Very Worthy" and the assessment of the teacher received a score of 97.08 with the category "Very Worthy". Based on the results of the research obtained, science-based e-modules are very feasible to be used in the learning process at school.

Abstract

Development of Funnel Counting media is very necessary because there is no learning media that can help students learn about number operations. This condition has an impact on students' numeracy skills which are still low. To overcome this problem there needs to be an appropriate solution. One of them is by developing media that attract students in the form of a Calculating Funnel media. This study aims to determine the steps for developing and the feasibility of media Counting Funnels. This research is research and development (R & D) with the development model of 4D (Four-D), namely Define, Design, Development, Disseminate. The subject of this study was the first grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Bleber with a total of 18 students. The instruments of data collection are questionnaires, interview guides, tests, and documents. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of validation research media experts get a value of 93.75 (Very Good), validation of material experts get 85.41 (Very Good), validation of learning experts get 85.41 (Very Good), the results of expert validation get comments and suggestions as a reference for doing product revision. The results of a small group trial with 8 students scored 87.50 (very good). The teacher's assessment received a score of 94.11 (very good). Student responses got a value of 95.83 (very good). While the usage trial with 18 students got a value of 86.50 (very good). The teacher's response to the use trial received a score of 97.50 (very good). students' responses get a score of 97.50 (very good). Overall, from the Funnel Counting media validation test, it is feasible to use it in grade 1 elementary mathematics learning.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem of the low student learning outcomes in science learning at Muhammadiyah Elementary School Klepu, Sleman Regency. The teacher still uses a conventional learning model so that the learning atmosphere becomes rigid and ultimately makes student learning outcomes lower. Therefore the teacher seeks to use the Discovery Learning learning model to create an interesting and enjoyable learning atmosphere. This study aims to improve learning outcomes of science through the Discovery Learning learning model in fifth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Klepu Sleman Regency Academic Year 2018/2019. This type of research is classroom action research. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. This research was conducted on fifth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Klepu Sleman Regency. Data was collected using observation sheets and test questions. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that learning through the Discovery Learning learning model can improve student science learning outcomes. The average value of post-test Cycle I is 62.2 and the percentage of mastery learning is 9.5%. In the second cycle the average score of the post-test increased to 80.91 and the percentage of mastery learning was 76.2%. Based on data obtained from the study, it can be concluded that learning through the Discovery Learning learning model can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The aim of this study; 1) to find out the steps to develop MacromediaFlash 8 Professional Based on the Character of Love of the Motherland in My Cultural Diversity Subtema for 4th grade students; 2) To find out the feasibility of MacromediaFlash 8 Professional Based on Land Love; 3) To find out student responses and teacher assessments of the quality of MacromdiaFlash 8 Professional that was developed. This study is a development research using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects were class IV C students in a small group trial of 10 students and class IV B students in a large group trial. Techniques for collecting expert data collection (media experts, learning experts, material experts), on product trials using teacher assessment questionnaires and student responses as suggestions and input for the feasibility of MacromediaFlash 8 Professional Based on Love Characters Homeland that researchers developed. The results of the study showed that the assessment of media experts received a 77.7 score in the category "Eligible". Assessment of learning experts received a score of 86.5 with the category "Very Worthy". The assessment of material experts scored 81.6 with the "Very Worthy" category. In evaluating product trials (small groups) scored 91.85 in the "Very Worthy" category. In the assessment of usage trials (large groups) scored 91.60 in the "Very Worthy" category. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) ditinjau dari Tahap Pengembangan di SD Unggulan Aisyiyah Bantul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, beberapa guru kelas, dan beberapa peserta didik secara acak. Objek penelitian adalah segala hal terkait program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) tahap pengembangan di SD Unggulan Aisyiyah Bantul. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Implementasi program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) pada tahap pengembangan sudah berjalan baik, adapun terdapat tahapan (1) Perencanaan, yaitu sekolah membuat Tim Literasi Sekolah untuk menyusun Rencana Kerja Tahunan berkaitan dengan literasi (2) Pelaksanaan, meliputi pembuatan pojok baca, pemilihan buku bacaan, pembiasaan membaca dan menulis, pemanfaatan perpustakaan, penghargaan peserta didik, menciptakan lingkungan kaya teks, lomba literasi, dan perlibatan publik, (3) Evaluasi, meliputi ketercapaian, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta keberlanjutan program literasi.
