Abstract

Educational psychology learning means studying the psychological aspects of students so that the teacher has basic rules for applying effective learning techniques that are applied to certain student characteristics. Learning skills also involve communicated strategies in learning, regardless of whether students understand them well or not. In the educational process, a teacher is expected to face challenges in evaluating the different characteristics of each student. In educational psychology, the teacher will understand the differences in student personalities in learning and how to deal with these personality differences, so that by studying good educational psychology, the teacher can know the differences in student character and not be confused in dealing with them. In educational psychology, there is a lot of discussion about problems related to human development. Therefore, teachers can not only teach thematic subjects in the classroom, but also provide direction or guidance to students who need academic problems. In addition to providing solutions for students who have academic problems, teachers can also build social bonds with students so as to create a positive atmosphere in learning activities.

Abstract

Interestingly, the development of science needs, related to the ESP is most reliant on improvement every time. In the other hand, all grassroots, whether learners, teachers, educators or decision-makers; must work together to ensure the feasible continuation of the ESP education system. Moreover, science never sleeps at the heart of the empiric world; this process also takes place in the domain of the ESP. The complexity of the science realm that is intended to be (if, how, when, how, when, and what) the goal of improving the ESP in a sustainable process. Consequently, the debate on research and development must potentially lead to educational and non-educational concerns. In the field of education, it is definitely closely connected to all guiding processes in the growth of ESP research. Furthermore, the expected phase of the research and progress in the field of education must occur simultaneously unless the curriculum, which serves as the foundation for the educational process, intends to work consistently and in a measurable manner; if it is also tailored to the needs of global development. The expected needs are verbal and non-verbal communication abilities, including speaking, writing, listening and reading skills. This skill is dependent on realistic knowledge about the use of English for specific purposes. Whereas in the non-educational sphere, ESP plays a significant impacts on human development and mobilization, both intentionally and unintentionally, through individuals-in pairs-or groups: which definitely has the purpose. Essentially, however, the design process of the ESP study must be consistent with global needs in order to meet the objective of using standardized and comprehensive English in line with the position of the occasions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the values of Pancasila as a national character development strategy in the era of globalization, whether they have been implemented properly or not. The research method that I use in this research uses non-interactive qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that character building has been carried out by all means, but until now it has not been implemented optimally. This can be seen from the large economic, political and social disparities, unjust rule of law, corruption, collusion and nepotism that spread to all sectors. Seeing the dire situation and condition of the nation's character, our government took the initiative to prioritize the character building of the Indonesian nation. This can be seen from the national development mission itself which consists of eight missions and character education is the first mission in realizing the vision of national development.
