Abstract

The development of an increasingly advanced era requires every profit organization or company to always compete tightly with several aspects that are owned internally, for example, in the aspect of human resources, they must always adapt to technological developments, so from several phenomena that occur in a company, this research ends. raised various important issues in the company's performance in terms of human resources such as job insecurity in several companies which can have an impact on the performance and turnover intention of the human resources themselves so that there needs to be organizational commitment within the company, of course with some policies and solutions from the company management . This research was conducted by a method in accordance with the observations in the field, including by lifting the intervening variable organizational commitment that can only be used in quantitative research approach path analysis method, data were obtained from filling the questionnaire that has been distributed to the employees in PT. Madura Dharma Abadi Partners. The results of the study concluded that the job insecurity variable can have a direct effect on turnover intention and can also have an indirect effect through the organizational commitment variable with a significant level of 10%, the magnitude of the direct effect is 0.704 while the magnitude of the indirect effect must be calculated by multiplying the indirect coefficient (0.023). ) x (0.089) = 0.002047. Therefore, the results obtained are the direct effect is higher than the indirect effect

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has created conditions of uncertainty that have led to a global economic recession in 2020. E-Commerce as an option is used as a business support. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether the trust, convenience, price, and quality of information influence consumer decisions to purchase online tape products in Jember Regency. The data used are quantitative data which are classified into certain categories using tables to facilitate analysis of the SPSS version 23 program. To measure the perceptions of the respondents who have been collected, a Likert scale is used. Based on data analysis using multiple linear regression that trust has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for processed tape products, while convenience, price and quality of information have a positive and significant effect individually on purchasing decisions for processed tape products. And simultaneously trust, convenience, price and quality of information have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for tape processed products.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisisiklan Gojek dan protokol Kesehatan serta kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan konsumen.Pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner pada 100 responden melalui google form. Sumber data adalah sumber data primer dari sampel yaitu pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa ojek saat pandemi covid-19, Penelitian menggunakan SPSS 23 menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda.Dari hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan didapat nilai beta yang menunjukan masing-masing variabel menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, variabel Iklan Gojek Versi J3K adalah variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya berpengaruh dibuktikan dengan nilai beta terbesar yaitu 0.940. Variabel independent berpengaruh dominan terhadap variabel dependen secara simultan jika dilihat dari angka f hitung yang sebesar 51,141 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Sedangkan dengan melihat koefisien determinasi yaitu 0.900 yang menunjukkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini Keputusan konsumen bisa dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel yaitu iklan Versi J3K, protokol Kesehatan dan Kepercayaan Konsumen sebanyak 90% dan 10% dijabarkan dengan variabel lain diluar variabel

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. PG Rajawali II Unit Jati Tujuh Majalengka with a total sample of 64 employees. quantitative, which aims to determine the effect of two or more variables. The analysis technique used is multiple regression and hypothesis testing using t statistical tests to test the partial regression coefficients and f statistical tests to test the effect together with a level of significance of 5%. The variables in this study are Compensation (X1), Work Environment (X2), and Employee Job Satisfaction (Y). Data analysis using SPSS 21.0 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction of employees at PT. PG Rajawali II Unit Jati Tujuh, with a value of tcount ttable 6, 463 1.9989. There is a significant influence between the work environment and employee job satisfaction at PT. PG Rajawali II Unit Jati Tujuh, with a value of tcount ttable 2.109 1.9989. And there is a significant effect between compensation and work environment together on job satisfaction of employees of PT. PG Rajawali II Unit Jati Tujuh, this is obtained with a value of Fcount Ftable, which is 33,639 3.15.
