Abstract

Timetables problems arise because of some work done simultaneously, while its resources are limited, a scheduling problem can occur in scheduling sporting events, programs converensi, scheduling in educational institutions, the scheduling of railways, as well as the scheduling of the colleges that have complexity a very big problem that arises because the number of students, faculty and lecture meetings that should be done at the same time very much but constrained in the limited space and time. This resulted in a clash in the classroom, faculty, and students. Completion of this problem requires techniques and computational methods for optimum results. This study proposes a method for the genetic algorithm timetable system at the university. a case study conducted at the faculty of computer science, University of Al Asyariah Mandar. System testing has been done by combining hard and soft constraint constraint resulted in scheduling courses are created automatically and solutions that do not conflict with the schedule of preparation time schedule relatively faster. Scheduling information system can developet with web-based applications and other optimization methods.

Abstract

Kulu village head's office is a government agency which serves airport administration and inventory for the village people associated with the elements of geographical, social, economic, political, and cultural as well as interconnected with other areas.Technological developments in Village Head Office Kulu been computerized but has not had an application program that can assist employees in carrying out and run the job.Development and technological progress is urgently needed now in Kulu Village Head Office to support and improve the quality in providing services to the public.Steps being taken in this research is data collection is done based on field studies, namely through observational studies, a review is carried directly to the administrative section and the inventory in the village hall kulu. Development of systems using object-oriented analysis with the waterfall method, followed by the design which includes process design, database design, and user interface.Implementation of the design is the result of encoding by using a programming language that has been set.The result is Application Administration and Inventory Population System at Village Head Office Kulu Using Borland Delphi 7.0.This application was developed using information technology-based computer applications with MySQL database

Abstract

Evaluation of e-learning is important to know the level of success of e-learning website. The results of the evaluation can be further improved on. The purpose of this research is to design information systems evaluation of e-learning by using Servqual dimensions and Fuzzy Kano Model. The method used in this research is to identify the criteria that affect the quality of service based on the dimensions of Servqual by using Fuzzy Kano, by providing functional and dysfunctional questions to respondents. Fuzzy method is used to reduce the subjectivity of respondents, which then classified each attribute in Kano categories namely: category must-be, one-dimensional, attractive, and indifferent. Results of the study was the evaluation of information systems that generate e-learning and student satisfaction category of needs mapping attributes in e-learning. A case study conducted on the website kulon.undana.ac.id showed that students were quite satisfied with the service on the dimensions Assurance (0.54), Empathy (0.53), Responsiveness (0.53), and Website Content (0.56 ) with the mapping category is Attractive. Students are not happy with the services that exist in the dimension Reliability (0.48) and the position of the category is Indifferent.

Abstract

The volume of work which is constantly increasing demands huge resources it is intended to support the work that is effective, efficient and sustainable. Media Mandar Malaqbiq as an media print institution that manages a variety of activities with costumers who must face many obstacles in completing activities that are effective and efficient. Advances in technology are increasing can be used as a solution to this problem. This study will offer the use of information technology in the form of system that can support the process of accounting, financial transaction data processing, journaling, processing ledger, worksheet, and balance. The system is expected to help ease the tasks of employees who process a variety of data.

Abstract

Timetables system, genetic algorithm, timetable at universityClassifier created from a set of data. Bayesian classifier is a statistical classifier for predicting the probability of a particular class membership. This research will try to perform data classification for prediction of new student graduation, Naive Bayes algorithm method used for naïve Bayes classification performance high enough ability to predict future opportunities based on experience or data in the past. Imlementation WEKA algorithms in applications that will explore the characteristics of the dataset with superficial attributes Pass options. Evaluation results show classified data correctly (correct classified instances) in accordance with the grouping of choice graduated first choice, second choice and do not pass by the algorithm as much as 93.6288% or as much as 338 data and classified data, but does not match the class predicted (incorrect classified instances ) which should be a group of two or Pass options but are included in the group First choice as many as 6.3712% or as much as 23 data. Value Percentage accuracy demonstrated the effectiveness dataset Admissions applied to the methods Naïve Bayes Classification, which reached 94%
