Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the policy of school literacy movement in excellent primary school Aisyiyah Taman Harapan Curup. This research with the theory implementation Eward III namely: communication, resources, commitment, and bureaucracy structure and will describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementation the policy of school literacy movement. This research is a descriptive qualitative research which was carried out in a excellent primary school Aisyiyah Taman Harapan Curup in April-Juli 2018. The research subject were vice principal, head of library, and the fourth grade homeroom teacher. Technique collecting data is interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this research are as follows: (1) The policy implementation supported by: (a) implementing agencies communicate through meeting of school element such as management, parents, and teacher. (b) The resources that support this activity such as the potential of teacher funds from parent of the students as soon as goverment and sponsor. (c) commitment from implementing agencies. (d) Bureaucracy structure from part of school. (2) supporting factors in the form of the availability of means to socialize policies, book grant from parents, time and funds, teacher have a passion for learning, while the inhibiting factor teacher must be still reminded related to the policy Standard Operational Procedure and the program that still need to be done each other busy of ustadzah and ustadz which usually  make the literacy process in the library and making wall magazine whic sudden because of limited human resources too. Parent often ignore incoming message via whatsapp need for program development so that it is not monotonous and students become bored.Keyword: School Literacy Movement, SDUA THC.

Abstract

Analyzed from Dells Hymmes's ethnographic communication theory. This research uses descriptive qualitative methodology. Consists of eight speech acts: a. arrangement b. participant c. ends d. act e. key f. instrument g. norm h. Genre. Basically, all research data are taken from the program "Not Four Eyes" in Jakarta Trans 7. The data comes from Tukul Arwana's speech acts. Data analysis was performed in series as follows: Codification, data editor, data presentation and inference. The results showed that the variation of Tukul Arwana language has special characteristics (Indiocretic), which means it has directive, expressive, contextual, contact, Meta linguistic, and poetic functions. The use of slanted material for students is the ability of class XI students to respond to television programs.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms of illocutionary speech acts in the animated film Upin & Ipin in the series "Seronoknya Wisata Air". In addition, this study also describes the form of character education contained in the animated film. Furthermore, this study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data source in this study obtained conversations in the animated film Upin & Ipin obtained from Television. Data collection techniques in this study used the note taking technique, by noting every conversation that contains illocutionary speech acts. The data validity technique in this research is in the form of theory triangulation, data analysis using interactive analysis. The results of the study show that in the animated film Upin & Ipin the series of "Water Tourism" contains illocutionary acts. For example assertive, directive and expressive. In this study, researchers also found the value of character education contained in the Upin & Ipin animated film "Seronoknya Wisata Air", for example disciplinary value, creative value, value of achievement and friendly values. Keywords: Illocutionary Speech Acts, Upin & Ipin Animated Film, Character Education

Abstract

Mobile Legend is a game that is widely played by various groups from young to old. In communication, this game has provided a forum for communication in the form of chat or voice. But there are many found misuse of this communication space. Like players who often throw harsh words in the form of taunts / verbal swearings. The curses made by these fellow mobile legend players are of various types. The existence of this research is intended to find out how many types of verbal swearings are often spoken by mobile legend players in Indonesia. This study uses descriptive qualitative method, namely by collecting, analyzing and identifying verbal swear data. From this study found various types of verbal swearing which are classified into seven based on (1) animals, (2) professions, (3) limbs, (4) traits, (5) circumstances, (6) verbs, and (7) words object. The cursing cast by the player resulted in a decrease in the player's confidence in playing the Mobile Legend game well and caused the anger of the player who was hurled by hurtful swearings.

Abstract

Didi Kempot or the father of a national heartbreak may already be familiar to the ears of the people of Indonesia, even abroad, especially Suriname and Belanda. The emergence of Didi Kempot revived music campursari which had long been vacuum and was once again accepted by the public from all walks of life. This distinctive mixed singer with mellow nuances is now being loved by the public, especially young people. This study aims to describe the form of ambyar phenomenon in the lyrics of the song Didi Kempot with the public. This research is a qualitative descriptive type, using content analysis as a data analysis technique. Data collection is carried out by conducting documentation studies. Data validity test is done by using triangulation of research results showing that Didi Kempot's lyrics represent the feelings of ambyar young people in having a love relationship such as being cheated, broken promises, disappointed, and harbored a longing. The background of this ambyar phenomenon is due to a lack of concern or commitment in establishing relationships, economic factors, establishing long-distance relationships, remembering memories with ex, etc. Keywords: song lyrics, ambyar, literature and society.
