Abstract

Penelitian dengan pendekatan causal research ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan hubungan sebab akibat antar variabel dan membandingkan pengaruh beberapa variabel terhadap suatu variabel sehingga dapat diketahui variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap suatu variabel. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 54 orang Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kantor Kecamatan Kotaanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Regresi Ganda. Hasil penelitian dapat simpulkan terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara variabel kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of cognitive, affective and conative Banjarmasin people in responding to the government's prohibition policy on the use of plastic as a shopping bag based on demographics (gender, age, income, occupation and education level) and psychographics (lifestyle and social level) and whether there is a significance differences in people's cognitive, affective dan conative. This study is a survey research using questionnaires as an instrument. Population and sample used in this study are the Banjarmasin’s public and taken as many as 150 respondents using method. non-purposivesamplingAnalysis techniques were used: (1) qualitative descriptive analysis - quantitative and comparative analysis of the average;  (2) The chi-square test to see differences in the behavior of people based on demographic and psychographic and (3) Kruskal Wallis  test to see the effects of demographic and psychographic on the level of cognitive, affective and conative Banjarmasin people. This study found that: (1) The level of Banjarmasin’s public cognitive, affective and conative in responding to the prohibition use of plastic as shopping bags are majority in the neutral category; (2) The cognitive aspect is highest tend to be owned by a group of women, aged 41-50 years, government employee, income between Rp 5 million - Rp 9,9  Million, S-2 educated, High life style and lower-  upperclass social level.(4) The highest affective aspects tend to be owned by a group of women, aged 41-50 years, goverment employee, income between Rp 5 Million - Rp9.9 Million,S-2 educated, middle lifestyle and upper-middle social level class. (5) the highest connative aspects tend to be provided by a group of women, aged 41-50 years, student / college student, Income between Rp 5 Million - Rp 9.9 Million, S-3 education, high life style and social level of the lower-upper class. (6) In the cognitive and affective, there are no sigificants differences in the average for the whole group demographic and psychographic (7) In the affective, the significant average difference was only found in demographic groups based on job and income while the mean significant difference psychographic groups price found only on psychographic groups based on a social level. (8) The level of cognitive respondent only influenced by the life-style of psychographic variables, afective level is only affected by the psychographic-social level and the level of connative only influenced by demographic variables-education and psychographic variables-social level.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of internet technology in the world, online games also experiencing rapid development, for example: Dota 2 which belongs to free-to-play is free to play and game players can purchase or sell virtual items of real money that have been converted into digital money. Virtual items in online games are the main source of income in the online gaming industry. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of satisfaction with games, character identification, funtional value, emotional value, social value, epistemic value and conditional value on the purchase intention of Dota 2 virtual goods. This study used Multiple Regression Analysis using online surveys on 175 respondents. The results showed that the variables of satisfaction with games, social value, epistemic value and conditional value had an effect purchase intention, while the variable variables of character identification, funtional value and emotional value did not affect the purchase intention of Dota 2 virtual goods.

Abstract

One of the marketing success of businesses depend on company’s ability to continuously enhance their branding strategy in order to improve sales and keep customer loyal to the company’s products. The study aimed to analyze the relationship of brand awareness, brand image, and perceived quality on brand loyalty Oppo smartphone in Madiun. The data collection method using questionnaire ditributed to 114 respondents user Oppo smartphone in Madiun with judgement sampling technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, classification assumption test, and multiple linier regression analysis using SPSS 16.0. The independent variables used in this study are brand awareness, brand image, and perceived quality, while the dependen variable is brand loyalty. The result showed that brand awareness, brand image, and perceived quality was significant influenced with brand loyalty of Oppo smartphone in Madiun.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to asses and analyzes the influence of the motivation, commitment and reward staff on work effective. This study adapted the quantitatif study methode or explanatory research study, and the population and sample in this study was doctor, nurses and midwifery were worked on the inpatient ward in Dili National Hospital Guido Valadares Dili Timor-Leste about 71 persons, data collection technique used the questioner and than use the multiple linear regression analysis and to show the f test and t test. Regarding with the result of the multi regression analysis find out formulation bellow: Y = -5,142 + 0,115 X1 +0,425 X2 + 0,576 X3 + 3,644. From formulation result above can discused that have influences independent variable and dependent variable. And other regarding with the F test and t test showed that level of significant F test is 0,000. Regarding with this result to be summary that Motivation, commitment and reward variable simultant give influences to working effectively health care in Dili National hospital. In other side t test, find that have partial each independent variable are motivation, commitment and reward  have significant influence to work effective are motivation is 0,047 < , (5%), commitment is 0,425 <, (5%) and reward is 0,000 <, (5%) with the t table = 2,000. And next regarding with calculation find out reward variable have most dominant influence to work effective compared with the motivation and commitment variable.

Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan di Witel Jember, Sampel penelitian diambil secara sensus berjumlah 117 orang. Teknik analisis data penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Adapun hasil penelitian ini antara lain: (1) Variabel Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. (2) Variabel Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. (3) Variabel Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja. (4) Variabel Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. (5) Variabel Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja. (6) Variabel Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja melalui Komitmen Organisasi. (7) Variabel Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja melalui Komitmen Organisasi. (8) Untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan melalui Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi kerja, maka cara yang paling efektif adalah dibangun melalui komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

Locus of control is succes happen is come from an individual or an individual outside. Organization commitment is someone who is loyalty to organization to reach organization direction. Performance is a result or succes level an individual agree with character and duty him. Job satisfaction is attitude official employee to result occupation is did and job assessment official employee to job situation as positive or negative assessment. The result of the research are: 1) Locus of control have positive influence and significant to official employee performance; 2) Organization commitment have positive influence and significant to official employee performance; 3) Locus of control have positive influence and significant to job satisfaction; 4) Organization commitment have positive influence and significant to job satisfaction; 5) Job satisfaction have positive influence and significant to official employee performance; 6) Locus of control have positive indirect influence and not significant to official employee performance by means of job satisfaction; 7) Organization commitment have positive indirect influence and significant to official employee performance by means of job satisfaction.
