Abstract

The higher the number of entrepreneurs in a country, the higher the economic growth and development rate. What can be done to increase the number of entrepreneurs? Can entrepreneurship be created? This study aimed to measure the effect of Subjective Norms and Entrepreneurship Education on the Entrepreneurial Intention of students. The samples of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Mercu Buana University, Meruya Jakarta campus, and Kranggan Bekasi. This research category is the quantitative method. Researcher collected data by distributing questionnaires using the snowball technique via a google form—measurement of data using statistical model SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that: (1) SN has a direct effect on ATB and PBC. (2) SN has an indirect influence on EI through ATB and PBC. (3) EE can moderate the impact of ATB, SN, PBC on EI. (4) SN, ATB. PBC and EE have a direct influence on EI. The novelty of this study is that the combination of SN and EE can generate student EI, whereas some previous research findings indicate that SN does not significantly affect EI.Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Attitude Toward Behavior,

Abstract

The existence of working capital management is very important for a company to support all activities of a company. This is because the management of working capital required by the company will determine business continuity. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover on return on assets (ROA) in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The hypothesis tested is the independent variable, namely cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover, the dependent variable is return on assets (ROA). The sample used is secondary data from financial statements listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling was done through purposive sampling and samples that met the selection criteria. The sample used is 21 companies. Observations were made for 5 years starting from 2016 - 2020. Data Testing and Data Processing Techniques in this study used quantitative analysis. Furthermore, it will be analyzed and tested hypotheses with the help of computer programs, namely Microsoft Excel and Eviews 10. The results showed that simultaneously cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover, jointly had a significant effect on the dependent variable ROA, and partially cash turnover and inventory turnover. Inventory turnover has no significant effect on the dependent variable return on assets (ROA) while receivables turnover has a significant effect on the dependent variable return on assets (ROA).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menidentifikasikan bagaimana pengaruh motivasi belajar dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa Indonesia pada perguruan tinggi di Tiongkok. Dalam penelitian ini, responden adalah mahasiswa Indonesia pada empat universitas di kota Wuhan, Tiongkok. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa angket dan wawancara langsung dengan responden. Selain metode pengumpulan data tersebut, penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik analisis Moleong berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menidentifikasikan bahwa seluruh aspek yang diteliti menunjukkan pencapaian yang sangat baik. Dengan demikian, motivasi belajar memiliki peran penting dalam menunjang prestasi mahasiswa Indonesia yang kuliah di Tiongkok. Semakin tinggi motivasi berprestasi siswa maka akan semakin baik pula prestasi akademik siswa tersebut. Semakin rendah motivasi berprestasi siswa, maka semakin rendah pula prestasi akademik yang diperoleh. Pada akhirnya, siswa dengan motivasi tinggi akan berhasil memahami atau memperoleh prestasi akademik yang cenderung tinggi dan siswa yang motivasi berprestasinya rendah sebaliknya cenderung memperoleh prestasi belajar yang rendah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia perode 2017-2019 yang diukur dengan metode DEA. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode sampling sistematis. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode DEA di mana di dalamnya terdapat beberapa rasio keuangan yaitu  Current Ratio, Non Performing Loan, Return On Asset dan Loan-Deposit Ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2017 dan 2019 pengelolaan keuangan terbaik dicapai oleh Asuransi Bintang, Tbk diantara perusahan pesaing lainnya. Sedangkan di tahun 2018 kinerja keuangan terbaik diperoleh Asuransi Jasa Tania, Tbk. Perusahaan tersebut sukses dalam memperoleh kinerja keuangan terbaik karena menerapkan Mitigasi Risiko yang baik karena telah menerapkan manajemen risiko di perusahaan yang berpedoman kepada Peraturan Pemerintah, penerapan manajemen risiko dilakukan melalui kerangka kerja yang mengikuti tahapan proses identifikasi, pengukuran, pemantauan dan evaluasi pada setiap proses bisnis pada setiap unit kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the barriers faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) when implementing initiatives for sustainable development. For this purpose, a search equation was designed, and the 54 articles were the highest cited from the search results via the Publish or Perish tool between 2015 and December 2021. The criteria selected for article analysis were article title, article year, abstract, and keywords. The research methodology uses a three-stage systematic literature review. The results of this study are the barriers to sustainability for SMEs. The most common barriers are lack of resources, high initial capital costs to implement sustainability measures, lack of expertise, risk aversion, short-term planning, technological complexity, waste of time. This research can identify various types of barriers to sustainable SMEs.

Abstract

Hospitals are an essential part of the health sector; this makes the hospital service industry important. Facing increasingly fierce competition in health care services, every hospital requires proper and good management without reducing the quality of service. Not only applying the concept of good quality human resources, but every employee of the hospital service industry can carry out the vision and mission that is supported by management strategies that can not only improve performance but are also sustainable. Pre-survey was conducted to find out what factors can improve sustainable performance. Three hospitals type C in East Jakarta became the pre-survey research population, based on performance data it was found that the three hospitals were only able to achieve 80 percent performance, with leadership, loyalty, and initiative scores having quite low proportions. A total of 60 employees participated in the pre-survey. Pre-survey results show that employees have a low organizational commitment (3.65) and believe that they have sufficient competence (4.36) which is expected of the hospital where they work. These results indicate that sustainable performance needs to be investigated further, especially what factors can influence it. The implications for further research are explained in the discussion.

Abstract

Masih minimnya penelitian empiris mengenai hubungan antara manajemen sumber daya manusia hijau dengan kinerja berkelanjutan. Dalam artikel ini, kami mencoba meninjau dan menganalisis penelitian yang relevan, kemudian kami mengusulkan agenda penelitian untuk memandu penelitian masa depan terkait topik ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka. Sebanyak lima jurnal digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan bahasa pengantar bahasa inggris dan terindeks googlescholar. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia hijau mampu meningkatkan kinerja berkelanjutan juga mampu meningkatkan aspek-aspeknya seperti kinerja ekonomi, kinerja sosial, kinerja lingkungan. Penelitian di masa depan di harapkan dapat menggunakan variabel mediasi seperti environmental passion, komitmen organisasi karyawan, perilaku ramah lingkungan karyawan,  pemberdaya budaya organisasi hijau, perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi lingkungan, inovasi hijau, perilaku pro-lingkungan terkait tugas, perilaku pro-lingkungan proaktif, perilaku ramah lingkungan, modal intelektual hijau, perilaku pro-lingkungan. Selain itu dapat menggunakan metode kualitatif, campuran serta kuantitatif secara longitudinal.

Abstract

Dalam industri perhotelan, karyawan frontliner hotel selalu berhubungan dengan pelanggan sebagai bagian dari pekerjaan mereka. Namun, pelanggan dan atasan tidak selalu mendukung karyawan frontliner hotel. Hal ini sering mengakibatkan emosi negatif, seperti marah, takut, dan cemas, yang kemudian memengaruhi kondisi psikologis karyawan frontliner hotel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah insivilitas pelanggan dan insivilitas supervisor yang bertindak sebagai moderator mengakibatkan gangguan pada kondisi psikologis karyawan frontliner hotel melalui emosi negatif (marah, takut, dan cemas). Data penelitian diambil menggunakan survei kuisioner dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan 273 responden dari karyawan frontliner hotel di Indonesia, Malaysia dan Singapura. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode process bootstrap moderated mediation. Hasil analisis penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa insivilitas pelanggan dan insivilitas supervisor dapat mengakibatkan terganggunya kondisi psikologis karyawan frontliner hotel melalui emosi negatif (marah, takut, cemas). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mempengaruhi kebijakan manajemen dan memberikan wawasan terkait pengaruh insivilitas pelanggan dengan efek moderasi insivilitas atasan pada kondisi psikologis karyawan frontliner hotel. Kata kunci: Moderator, Mediator, Psikologis, Pelanggan, Supervisor, Karyawan frontliner hotel

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of people's lives and the world in a short time. The medical work environment dealing directly with patients is very stressful, especially for nurses who have to be in the inpatient room for 24 hours continuously. The purpose of this study was the extent to which hospital organizational agility could increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment of nurses working in inpatient room COVID-19 patients. This research method is a quantitative research method with data processing tools using the SmartPLS version 3.0. The research data was obtained from an online questionnaire using google form with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a convenience sampling technique (accidental sampling). The respondents of this study were 110 nurses who served in the Covid-19 inpatient service section at the Sentra Medika Group Hospital domiciled in West Java province which was appointed as a Covid-19 referral hospital by the Governor of West Java. The results showed that the direct effect coefficient of organizational agility on organizational commitment was 0.207, job satisfaction on organizational commitment was 0.484, and the indirect effect coefficient of organizational agility on organizational commitment through job satisfaction was 0.234. Thus, it can be concluded that organizational agility has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Communication within an organization/company can have a major impact on the performance and viability of the company, this affects things like innovation, safety and operational improvement. Likewise with work discipline, every organization requires work discipline because it is important for company operations to follow the rules that have been set. The main purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence between communication and work discipline on employee performance at Anigre Kitchen. The research method used is qualitative research, using a saturated sample of 17 Anigre kitchen employees. Data were obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The results of the study partially show that communication and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While the results simultaneously show that the variables of communication and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee performance. The R square value of employee performance is influenced by independent variables, namely communication and work discipline, obtained from the results of the determination test, while the rest is explained by variables outside the study. It is recommended for companies to improve communication and work discipline so that employee performance can continue to improve and be maintained for the company's sustainability. For further research, it is recommended to use a larger sample size and choose hotels from various local and international brands to see wider results
