Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Green Innovation memediasi hubungan antara Green Supply Chain Management dengan Sustainable Firm Performance. Peneliti akan menyajikan data hasil penelitian yang diperoleh melalui metode kuantitatif dengan membagikan penelitian kuisioner tentang pengaruh green innovation dalam memediasi hubungan green supply chain management dan sustainable firm performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UMKM Batik di Kota Klaten, dengan subjek penelitian yang terdiri dari seluruh pemilik dan pengelola UMKM tersebut yang telah berdiri selama satu tahun atau lebih. Jumlah kuisioner yang dibagikan adalah 86 buah kuisioner. Metode kuantitatif yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan model PLS-SEM. Semua dimensi GSCM, Green Innovation dan SFP ditemukan. Sehingga hasil tersebut menunjukkan Pengaruh Green Innovation dalam memediasi Green Supply Chain Management Terhadap Sustainable Firm Performance. Sehingga hasil yang menyebutkan bahwa Pengaruh Green Innovation dalam memediasi Green Supply Chain Management Terhadap Sustainable Firm Performance diterima. Hasil yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa: (1) Implementasi GSCM dapat meningkatkan nilai Sustainable Firm Performance. (2) Implementasi GSCM dan praktek Green Innovation memiliki pengaruh positif yang kuat terhadap Sustainable Firm Performance; dan (3) Perusahaan harus mengadopsi GSCM yang inovatif dan terus berusaha untuk bersaing untuk bertahan dalam persaingan pasar yang sangat ketat.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors influencing customers to book a place to stay through Online Travel Agent (OTA). This research was conducted on 382 respondents selected by convenience sampling with the criteria of having booked a place to stay through OTA in the last two years and being at least 18 years old. This research uses quantitative methods by filling out questionnaires distributed online. Data were analyzed using SEM AMOS. The results showed that brand image and perceived ease of use (PEU) have a significant positive direct effect on the decision to choose an OTA to book a place to stay, brand image and PEU has a significant positive indirect effect on e-WOM, e-WOM has a significant negative effect on the decision to choose OTA to book a place to stay and perceived risk does not significantly influence the decision to choose OTA to book a place to stay. The managerial implications can be carried out by company management in collaboration with OTA to increase the intention of repurchasing customers through comments (e-WOM), maintaining the privacy of customers' data to avoid leakage, improving transaction systems safety, and conducting evaluations related to quality and service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji empat rasio keuangan (rasio profitabilitas, rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio aktivitas) pada perusahaan garmen dan tekstil yang mengalami financial distress sebelum dan sesudah Covid-19. Pengukuran rasio profitabilitas menggunakan return on assets, pengukuran rasio likuiditas menggunakan current ratio, pengukuran rasio solvabilitas menggunakan debt to assets ratio dan pengukuran rasio aktivitas menggunakan rasio perputaran total aset. Perusahaan yang masuk kategori financial distress diketahui dengan menggunakan metode prediksi kebangkrutan Altman Z-Score dimana perusahaan dengan nilai dibawah 1,81 dinyatakan perusahaan sedang mengalami financial distress dan perusahaan dengan nilai 2,99 berarti perusahaan tidak mengalami financial distress . Laporan keuangan ini dibagi menjadi enam tahun dimana tiga tahun pertama sebelum COVID-19 (2016-2018) dan tiga tahun setelah menggunakan COVID-19 (2019-2021). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan garmen dan tekstil di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016 – 2021. Pemilihan sampel berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis uji t sampel berpasangan. Perangkat lunak dalam penelitian ini menggunakan STATA. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) rasio profitabilitas dan rasio likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress; 2) rasio solvabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress; 3) rasio aktivitas berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress; 4) dengan menggunakan analisis uji t sampel berpasangan, Covid-19 berpengaruh terhadap financial distress.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology forces conventional banks or commercial banks to adopt digital technology in their business. Bank BTPN is one of the banks in Indonesia that has implemented digital technology in its services. Bank BTPN launched a digital banking product called Jenius. Jenius is a digital banking platform equipped with a VISA card that can help BTPN bank customers carry out financial activities via smartphones so that customers have control over their money and financial arrangements. This research was conducted to analyze behavioral intentions in using the Jenius digital banking platform services using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. The indicator variables used are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, brand image, co-creation, and attitude toward using. The results of this study are that brand image and attitude toward using have a significant direct effect on behavior intention to use, and attitude toward using are influenced by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and co-creation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work-family conflict, workload and transformational leadership on student burnout at Mercu Buana University Jakarta. The background of the research is that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many people have to be patient to stay at home and work from home or Work from Home (WFH), the extended large-scale social restriction (PSBB) policy and the homecoming ban have resulted in companies extending WFH for their employees. In this study, the authors took 33,496 students from Mercu Buana University Jakarta and the number of samples to be taken using slovin calculations was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study by conducting a survey directly on the object of research, namely the University of Mercu Buana Jakarta. The data analysis method used in this research is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model. The data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 PLS program. PLS (Partial Least Square) is an alternative model of covariance-based SEM. PLS can be used to confirm the theory; besides that, it can be used to explain whether or not there is a relationship between latent variables. The desired results develop concepts and models that are more integrated and can find unequivocal and consistent results and contradictions. This study found that work-family conflict and workload had a positive and significant effect on burnout. Meanwhile, transformational leadership was found to have a negative and significant impact on burnout. The results of this study can contribute to practical and academic fields.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan peran Etos kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Trans Berjaya Khatulistiwa Cimahi yang berjumlah 52 orang. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan analisis jalur dengan metode SEM menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Etos kerja memediasi gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Etos kerja memdiasi komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian perusahaan harus lebih memperhatikan, menjaga serta memperbaiki gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan etos kerja dalam perusahaan agar lebih harmonis dan efektif, sehingga kinerja karyawan akan meningkat dan tujuan perusahaan akan tercapai dengan optimal.

Abstract

This study analyzes factors influencing relationship commitment in collaboration with IPB University. A case study in IPB University, this study used survey methods with a questionnaire to 100 respondents. The results identified that satisfaction, communication, and shared value significantly influence trust, while shared value, relationship benefits, and trust significantly influence commitment. Therefore, IPB University shall focus on promoting all six variables to improve collaboration services and trust-building to increase relationship commitment. Shared value can be improved by adding more non-profit-oriented community service programs, while satisfaction can be improved by intensifying collaboration coordination at IPB University, mostly through the Directorate of Collaboration and Alumni Affairs. Enhancing communication can be done through website and social media optimization and information update for collaboration partners, and enhancing relationships can be done by improving human resources and new applicable agriculture technologies.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a global pandemic that affects all sectors including the tourism sector. Almost all tourist destinations are affected. This study aims to determine and examine the impact of the image of the Baduy Tribe tourist destination on tourist visits after the Covid-19 Pandemic. The research method uses a qualitative-descriptive method. The subjects used are tourists who have visited the village of the Baduy Tribe. The analysis technique used is explanatory. The results of the study show that the image of the Baduy Tribe tourist destination has an impact on tourist visits after the Covid-19 Pandemic. It is recommended that efforts be made to attract tourists for return visits to the Baduy Tribe.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, Lingkungan kerja fisik Dan Budaya organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan kerja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Semesta Jaya Abadi CIKARANG. Pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yaitu 61 responden yang diambil dari seluruhnya pada populasi. Adapun metode dalam pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dan jawaban dari responden di beri skor dengan menggunakan skala linkert. Analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah multiple regression analisis dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik. Adapun analisis regresi linier berganda dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis statistik SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja, Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja, dan Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja

Abstract

This study conducted a literature review of existing research in Indonesia on tourist visits to mangrove forests as eco-tourism. Based on the 20 (twenty) studies that the author has reviewed, there are 19 (nineteen) previous studies that have studied the supply side far more. The feasibility of developing mangrove eco-tourism based on the supply side, namely; tourist attraction objects, accessibility to objects, socio-economic conditions of the community, modes of transportation and accommodation, supervision management, supporting facilities and infrastructure, availability of clean water within the object area, relations between tourists and people around the area, value of carrying capacity, and security of the area . There is still a little research from the demand side that researchers do through the google scholar search system and sort from the top to the bottom of the 20 selected journals. Only one study uses the theoretical basis of Ajzen and Fishbein (1980) as a theoretical model of responsible environmental behavior or a model of their responsible environmental behavior based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) (Ajzen, 2020). Researchers on the demand side or requests from visitors' desires are still lacking in research that should be encouraged to be able to increase self identity or social influence making environmental consciousness, pro-environmental behavior, and environmental belief a mediating or moderating variable so as to produce a significant or positive analysis on behavior for the decision to visit the mangrove forest eco-tourism is more sustainable.
