Abstract

An anxiety patient in a physical disorder gets nursing care using Stuart's model of stress adaptation approach. This theory model helps nurses in performing nursing care using nursing process approach including assessment, diagnosis, plan, implementation, and evaluation. Anxiety ranging from mild to panic levels has a high prevalence if not addressed can decrease productivity that threatens quality of life. This condition can certainly increase the prevalence of emotional disorders. Illustrations of Cases Patients with physical disorders including hypertension, diabetes mellitus, gout, gastritis, and arthritis have the highest psychosocial problems are anxiety, of which 30 are in adulthood, female sex, married status, have basic education background, and do not work Need to get thought-stopping therapy and progressive musculair relaxation to reduce symptoms and improve the ability to overcome anxiety. The choice of these two therapies is because all patients have wrong thoughts that affect all body systems. This report was first conducted on the community of RW 11 and 13 Kelurahan Ciparigi. Conclusions of thought stopping and progressive musculair relaxation have a positive impact on the patient's physical disorder and the development of mental nursing specialists in establishing optional therapy to reduce symptoms and improve ability, these two therapies are effective for patients with physical disorders with gout and arthritis. Abstract

The problem of dental caries is a problem that often occurs in school-age children. Dental caries is a disease of the dental tissue, namely e-mail, dentine and cementum, which is caused by bacterial plaque metabolic activity. In 2011, it was estimated that 90% of school-age children throughout the world suffer from caries. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors associated with the incidence of dental caries in grade 1 elementary school children at Oebufu Kupang Inpres Elementary School. This type of research is analytic descriptive observation with a cross sectional study design. Samples taken using random sampling techniques. This research was conducted on grade 1 students at the Oebufu Inpres Elementary School with a total sample of 99 children. The statistical test used the chi square test. The results showed that there was no correlation between the frequency of tooth brushing and the incidence of dental caries (p = 0.935). The results also showed that there was a relationship between tooth brushing techniques (p = 0.011), dental cervical health (p = 0,000) with the incidence of dental caries. From the results of the study, it was suggested to the teachers to encourage parents and children to pay more attention to the frequency of brushing their teeth, brush their teeth and check their teeth for health <3 months regularly to avoid dental caries. Abstract

Hypertension is a condition when blood pressure in blood vessels increases chronically. According to the AHA (American Heart Association) in 2011, in America, 59% of people with hypertension were only 34% under control. Riskesdas data (2013) of 15 million hypertensive sufferers, 50% of hypertension has not been controlled. The results of riskesdas (2013) in NTT the prevalence of hypertension is 7.2% and is below the national rate of 9.4%. Kota Kupang health service (2016) the number of hypertensive patients in Kupang City Sikumana Health Center was 85 people. Alcohol consumption is a risk factor that can cause hypertension. This study aims to determine the relationship between the history of consuming alcohol and hypertension in the Sikumana Health Center in Kupang City. The design in this study is analytic internationally with case control research design. The sample in this study amounted to 118 people, divided into 2 by the control group of 59 people and the case group of 59 people, using purposive samplingtechnique. Instrument research uses questionnaires and uses a blood pressure measuring device. This study was analyzed using spearman rho. The results showed that there was no relationship between alcohol consumption and hypertension, with significant values of spearman rho p = 0.130 (p> 0.05). Researchers suggest that health care staff in Kupang City Sikumana Health Center often provide information or counseling about hypertension and the causes of hypertension. Abstract

Autism is a developmental disorder that affects on verbal and non verbal communication disorders and social interactions. Parents have a very dominant role in healing efforts for children with special needs such as autism. The role of parents needed by children with autism during speech therapy. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of parent’s role in speech therapy on speech ability of children with autism in SDK Sta. Maria Asumpta And Autism Service Center Naimita, kota Kupang. This research uses analytic correlational research design with cross sectional approach in SDK Sta. Maria Asumpta And Autism Service Centre Naimata, Kota Kupang. The sample is selected by using total sampling technique and divided into 2 places, there are 10 respondents in SDK Sta. Maria Asumpta and 25 respondents in Autism Service Centre Naimita, kota Kupang. Data is collected by using questionnaire and observation sheet then done by using Spearman Rho test. The result of this research, from 35 respondents show p-value =0,002, So at the level of significance 5% (a=0.05), then p<0.05. The conclusion of this research is there is influence of parent’s role in speech therapy on speech ability of children with autism in SDK Sta. Maria Asumpta And Autism Service Center Naimita, kota Kupang. Based on the results of this study suggested that parents to improve the implementation of speech therapy in children with autism so that speech ability of children with autism be better.
