The analysis of the processing business profitability kalokalo in the wajo village, Murhum subdistrict in the city of bau-bau (in the case of processing kalokalo zurqi) guide by Taane La ola as a first mentor and Munirwan Zani as second mentors. This study aims to identify processing business profitability kalokalo zurqi in the wajo village, Murhum subdistrict in the city of bau-bau. This study conducted in November 2016 until August 2017. Population in this research is the head of members and members of the zurqi business group are 5Â people. Because the population is small, then the determination of the research sample is done by using the census system., so the number of research sample is 5 people. The result of the research shows that the profitability product kalokalo sugar taste in November 2016 of 52,73%, the original taste of kalokalo products can generate profits of 49,39%.

The purpose of this research is to know the factors related to the application of technology on paddy field farming in Puosu Jaya Village Konda Subdistrict of South Konawe Regency. The population in this study were rice farmers who are in the Village Puosu Jaya Subdistrict Konda consisting of 16 people and sampling done by purposivesampling. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and interviews.The variables observed in this study are independent variables witch include : age, education nuber of family dependens, farming experience, farming area, and intensity of agricultural extension followers. The dependent variable isthe application level of paddy farming technology. Thr results of this studyindicate that there is a relaptionship between age, education level, arable landarea, the number of family dependens and intensity of agricultural extention with the application of paddy farming technology. It can be seen by product moments correlation test with value (age = 0,0093, education = 0,758, farming experience = 0,802, total family member = 0,542, land area = 0,532, agricultural extention intensity = 0,595). Until it can be concluded that the relationship between the level of application of paddy farming technology related significantly whith age, educations level, farming land area, the number of dependents of family, and the participation of famers in agricultural extension activities. Famers are active in counseling activities and who have large land area tend to be higher in the application of technology of paddy farming.

This research were aimed to (1) know the production of pepper production in Lalonggapu Village, Landono Sub-district of South Konawe Regency, (2) know the factors that influence the productivity of pepper farming in Lalonggapu Village, Landono Sub-district of South Konawe, (3) analyze level technical efficiency the use of production factors on pepper farming in Lalonggapu Village, Landono Sub-district, South Konawe Regency. The population in this study is all pepper farmers in Lalonggapu Village, LandonoSub-district, of South Konawe District. The sample in this study were 44 respondents who were determined by census method. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis, regression analysis with Cobb-Douglass production function equation and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The results of this study indicate that the average of pepper production from 44 respondents in Lalonggapu Village, LandonoSub-district of South Konawe District is 509 kg/ha with the highest yield of 1100 kg/ha and the lowest production yield is 150 kg/ha. Production factors that affect productivity of pepper farming in LalonggapuVillage, LandonoSub-district of South Konawe District are land area, fertilizer and labor, while the production factors that do not have an effect on productivity of pepper farming inÂ LalonggapuVillage, LandonoSub-district of South Konawe Districtare seed, pesticide and pepper species. Measurement of technical efficiency shows that pepper farming in Lalonggapu Village, Landono Sub-district of South Konawe District has not been able to achieve the overall efficiency level of technical efficiency. This indicated that there are still opportunities for pepper farmers to increase their production by optimizing their production factors

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the supply of non fermented cocoa beans have been in Lembah Subur Village, Dangia Sub-District, East Kolaka District. Determination of sample is done by Simple Random Sampling that is by taking 10% from total population (455 people) so that the number of sample is 46 people. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that based on the result of forecasting with least square method variable of land area have real effect to the result of cocoa sale in Lembah Subur Village. While the selling price of non fermented cocoa beans, production cost, age of cocoa plants, farmer age and experience of farming did not significantly affect the sales of non fermented cocoa beans in Lembah Subur village, Dangia sub-district, East Kolaka regency

This study aims to know: 1. The pattern of rice distribution in the village Ameroro District Uepai Regency Konawe and 2. Efficiency marketing rice in the village Ameroro District Uepai Regency Konawe. This study carried in January â€“ March 2017. Determination of the sample is done by the method snowball sampling with sample 7 respondents. The result showed that the pattern of rice distribution in the village Ameroro consists of four distribution patterns, namely: I. dealers gatherers villageÂ --> traders retailers Uepai --> consumers; II. dealers gatherers villageÂ --> traders retailers Wawotobi --> consumers; III. dealers gatherers villageÂ --> traders retailers city Kendari --> consumer; IV. Level efficiency marketing of each distribution patterns rice, namely: on the distribution patterns I for 86,56%. Distribution patterns II for 86,56%. On the distribution patterns, III of 83,92% and on the distribution patterns IV level efficiency marketing rice is 89.08%.
