Abstract

The age of the child until the age of 10 years is a period of children can absorb and learn all the information obtained quickly. Children developmental disorders can be seen from the way they behave, interact and from daily communication. System analysis activities to observe certain and uncertain events, then document the needs that will be met in the new system. The system that is built is capable of performing calculations for diagnosing disorders in child development using the certainty factor method. The system displays the results of the diagnosis of child development, presentation of the level of confidence in the results of the diagnosis and can display control of the types of developmental disorders in children. Users who have been identified who can use this expert system are general users, users who can diagnose a child's developmental disorders and can see the results of the diagnosis.

Abstract

Small Micro and Medium Enterprise (IKM) is an industry that operates on a small or medium-scale. Palu city Trade and Industry department has a lot of the IKM data that are manually archived using a large folder and classified according to the year of making the permit or known as the Industrial Business License (SIUI). Aside from being archived manually, the IKM data are also archived electronically using Microsoft Excel. Employees who play a role in managing the IKM data has difficulty in term of searching and filtering process the IKM data for data distribution to the public, besides the number of IKM data is very large and continues to grow every year. IKM data is stored through excel files have a problem against computer viruses, which can make it become corrupt. Related parties from the office expect a system that can manage this IKM data safely, easy to operate (user-friendly), has a better interface (user experience) and fast in carrying out the data distribution process. Our proposed system has managed to run well and as expected in managing data and resolving what happened to the previous conventional method, which is about the distribution and also the safety of SMI data.

Abstract

Nutrition can occur in every phase of life, beginning in the womb until old age. This nutritional issue is also one of the main issues in human development. Implementation of Case Based Reasoning can help diagnose a child's nutritional status. Case-based reasoning (CBR) is a problem-solving method that uses the knowledge of past experience to solve new problems. From the results of research methods Case Based Reasoning can be used to diagnose the nutritional status of children. Where the application of Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method for case studies of children's nutritional status diagnosis has achieved accuracy of more than 90%.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to assist teachers and headmaster to selection student who is truly receiving aid poor from the government to consider determined criteria. The technique of data collection is observation, interview and literature. Using the waterfall method for software development methods. This application uses Delphi 2010 and MySQL for CASE Tools and black-box method for testing the function. Application of students selection who are aid poor can display ranking the student who receives aid poor based on the output of Weighted Product methods.

Abstract

Tadulako University is the largest tertiary institution in Central Sulawesi and every year new students are registered to Tadulako University comes from inside and outside Central Sulawesi Province. Prospective students from various regions certainly many are looking for information on the campus area, especially in the Faculty of Engineering, the University of Tadulako through existing media. Seeing this, the authors conducted a research aiming to make a digital mapping of the Tadulako University Faculty of Engineering based on the Geographic Information System (GIS) application using the website, and at the same time giving directions to the location of the room using 360-degree photos and how to utilize the Tadulako University Faculty of Engineering Mapping for determine the location on the website. The method used is to use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and the results of the study that the author found is using the HyperText Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and JavaScript and retrieve data from 360 degrees as many as 245 photo locations in each Department of Engineering at the University of Tadulako with 1-time taking photos requires 40 times the taking of 360-degree objects with a distance between one room with another so that it connects the existing mapping at the Department of Engineering, Tadulako University using the website.
