Al Munir Journal of Islamic Communication and Broadcasting is open access and peer review of journals published by the Communication and Islamic Broadcasting Study Program of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences, Imam Bonjol Padang State Islamic University (UIN). This journal covers actual issues in Islamic communication studies, including the development of contemporary da'wah by utilizing media, Islamic information systems, rhetoric, literature, and government policies regarding broadcasting and information regulation. The purpose of this journal is to promote sharing of knowledge and understanding of communication issues. Then receive contributions from experts, researchers, practitioners and policy makers throughout the world. This journal is published periodically twice a year, precisely in January - June and July - December.

Abstract

Nowadays, tourism has been growing all over the world including Indonesia and it has contributed to the country's foreign exchange. Rationally, the tourism developing sector showed a very rapid progress. This development was characterized by an increase in the number of tourists and tourist arrivals were expected to continue increasing frequency. Various efforts made by the government to develop the tourism sector by involving all relevant elements including through communication. Activities carried out by the government through the communication was an attempt to influence others, the process was called the persuasive communication. It was meant in order the tourist destinations of the various could be known through media of information that would be credible, as well will motivate travelers to determine how to assess multiple objects to consider and decide when to buy something or choose a tourist destination in Tourist Destination Areas (TDA). Persuasive communication in tourism activities will be effective if the practitioner was able to influence aspects of psychological, sociological and cultural aspects of society.

Abstract

Existence of competent Da’i and credible is very important in the process of dakwah. In achieving the goal of dakwah, it is necessary to build the competence and credibility of the Da’i. Ideally every Da’i should have the competence and credibility. Credibility of the Da’i is preaching trust and confidence to dakwah object, either before or after being preaching. While the Da’i competence is related to the knowledge, abilities, skills, and attitudes in performing their duties Dai’s preaching. The birth of a Da’i's credibility based on its competence Da’is. Thus, the credibility of the Da’i can be built and acquired through education, knowledge and authority of Da’i themselves. As for the steps to build Da’i’s credibility is the Da’i who has the authority of expertise through education and experience. Then, in dakwah the Da’i can refer preaching materials cite sources who have the authority and competence. So, Da’i do dakwah with rational approach and logical argument. In addition, the Da’i also must has good attitudes.

Abstract

Public relation is a broad field that involves relationships with various stakeholders, especially the relationship between organization and its publics. The roles of public relation in technology information era are significant to establish reciprocal relationship and planned communication between organization and its public. Public relation is a function of strategic management that communicates to engender understanding dan acceptance of its external and internal public. Public relation activities will be determining the repositioning of organization, restoring image and reputation to build new credibility. Public relations capability in issues and public opinion management are required by organization to overcome the crisis that might occur in the organization. Public relation plays role in explanation or defense on unfavorable view of the organization from its public by providing data, facts and information.

Abstract

The installation of radio frequency identification RFID became appeal to the mass media to be reported. The mass media that lift the news were Kompas.com and Republika.co.id. Each mass media had its own framing proclaimed it to the public. This study used framing analysis models Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. In this study, the researchers found there was no difference in the news framing done by Kompas.com and Republika.co.id.in news RFID installation. Kompas.com tended to preach a balance of information patterns, whereas Republika.co.id was bolder and more critical in presenting the news. Besides, Kompas.com looked to give a positive image to the installation of an RFID program, while the Republika.co.id wanted to show the facts that occurred in the field of RFID implementation had many obstacles and complaints.

Abstract

The nature of human beings are religious (homoreligious) and human nature are spiritual beings who are always working to stay in a healthy mental, in order to live happily and unseen. It has the potential of perfect spiritual intelligence to achieve "spiritual wellness", that is true happiness of life as a form of divine gift. For that counseling services as a form of interpersonal relationship should hold on religious values in helping, directing, and guiding individuals to develop spiritual intelligence to achieve a meaningful life and happiness intact and unified. Because of religious values are fundamental, absolute and universal.

Abstract

Al Quran is the book of instructions and guidance for human beings on this earth. Allah does not let the man without a revelation because people will not be able to know the nature of existence as a human being on this earth. Quran is a miracle of the Prophet Muhammad that is ma'nawiyah. Quran is guidance and a cure for humans. Quran is a miracle in pronunciation fluency, uslub (the way of deliver) and tarkib (words and sentences order). Arabic is a nation that showed high appreciation in the express poetry, oral or written. Rhythm, verse rhythms of Arabic poetry and has given to the psychological impact of the Arab nation. language of aesthetics and beauty of the Quran containing matchless language. Quran has given the real evidence of change in a generation that lived with ignorance and darkness which then turned into the best generation ever existed on this earth. Therefore, all of those are due to interactions with the Quran.

Abstract

Kesepakatan tentang sebuah karya fiksi adalah fiktif, sudah menjadi tonggak pemisah antara karya fiksi dan karya lainnya. Kesepakatan inilah pembeda dari karya ilmiah. Ketika ilmiah menghidangkan data faktual sebagai pendukung argumentasi, karya fiksi juga membutuh argumen pendukung tetapi dengan data fiktif. Tidak benar-benar ada.Apa sebenarnya karya fiksi? Beberapa ahli menyebutkan, karya sastra fiksi adalah cerita rekaan, yang diemban pelaku-pelaku tertentu dalam bentuk tokoh. Selain ada pelaku sebagai tokoh, ada latar sebagai setting, tahapan dan rangkaian cerita tertentu yang bertolak dari hasil imajinasi pengarangnya sehingga menjalin suatu cerita. Tahapan cerita yang ada dalam karya fiksi disebut juga alur yang dihasilkan dari daya imajinasi. Novel, roman, drama, puisi, adalah hasil kreatif dari penulis fiksi.Namun apakah memang bisa dipertanggungjawabkan bahwa karya fiksi benar-benar dari sebuah rekaan imajinasi? Apakah tidak ada sedikitpun fakta-fakta yang diselip menjadi data-data sebagai batu bata dari setiap imajinasi yang dibangun? Agak sulit mempertanggungjawabkan, jika semua fiksi adalah hasil rekaan. Karena selalu ada celah melihat lebih dalam, sebuah karya selalu ada data fakta dari realitas yang dipungut menjadi fakta fiktif.

Abstract

It can not be deny that technological advances affect how much a company may be better known by the public. Just in seconds information can be quickly accepted by the public only by using communication technologies such as mobile phones at their disposal. Because it is a public relations practitioner who became a central position in a company in terms of dissemination of information on demand creative and innovative master the technological progress. The ability to respond quickly to all the information that is accompanied with using mastery of technology tools are essential. This study focuses on the role of Public Relations in Bank BNI Syariah in the use of Internet media, especially in the use of the company's website as a tool to facilitate the relationship between the company and the community, especially customers in order to disseminate information about the aspects which are owned by their company, ranging from company profiles, history of the company, product information, even to the career information in Bank BNI Syariah.
