Abstract

AbstractThe application of communication SBAR is one effort in improving security hospital patients .Based on the report institute of medicine to err is human building a safer health system in 2012 around 3- 6 % scene not expected ( ktd ) the last extend long day rawatan or inflict disability in hospital patients .Research aims to understand factors that deals with the application of communication SBAR at the time overan government offices in inpatient rooms RSAM Bukittinggi. The kind of research this is descriptive analytic with the approach cross sectional study.Population this research is nurse as the team head of the in inpatient rooms RSAM Bukittinggi.The sample collection using a technique total of sampling as many as 36 people.Date collection use sheets of kuisioner and a observation the implementation of the SBAR.Date analysis covering analysis unviariat and analysis bivariat use chi-square test. Based on the results of research know that 83,3 % of respondents knowledge high, 61,1 % with response negative attitude, 50 % with the motivation low and rp 66.7 % of respondents not to apply communication SBAR appropriate with the SOP.There was a correlation the attitude ( p = 0,003, or = 11.4 ), motivation ( p = 0,013, or = 10 and there was no connection knowledge ( p = 1,000 ) by the application of communication SBARin overan agency. Concluded that attitude and motivation nurse associated with the implementation of the communication SBAR in overan agency  so expected to the team head of the nursing to can always motivate self and the team members nursing to they do care nursing appropriate with the SOP including in the implementation of the communication SBAR at the time overan agency.Keywords         : Knowledge , Attitude , Motivation , Communication SBAR

Abstract

AbstractIn 2010, WHO launched lung global emergency in Indonesia  that reached 1.5 million people. SPM target to find new cases of TB BTA (+) is 100%, while in Health Department of Tanah Datar Regency in 2013 was 47%.This study aims to identify input, process, and output in process of Implementing TB BTA (+) finding cases scope in Tanah Datar Regency in 2013.This study was conducted by qualitative method.  Data were gathered by deep interview, observation, and document analyses. Data were validated by triangulation. Data analyses were done by making transcript and continued with data reduction, presentation, and conclusion.According to the result of this study, it showed that input in process of Implementing TB BTA (+) finding cases scope is not optimal so it influenced process and output. The conclusion of TB BTA (+) finding cases implementation in Tanah Datar regency in 2013 is not appropriate with DEPKES 2008 minimal service standard. It is suggest that management do socialization and full training for person in charge of   TB program in each health service center.KeyWord: TB BTA (+) managementAbstrakTahun 2010 WHO mencanangkan kedaruratan global Paru di Indonesia  yaitu mencapai 1,5 juta orang. Target  SPM  penemuan kasus baru TB BTA (+) adalah 100% sementara kondisi di dinas kesehatan kabupaten Tanah Datar pencapaian tahun 2012 adalah 47%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masukan, proses, keluaran dalam proses pelaksanaan cakupan penemuan kasus baru BTA (+) di dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Tanah Datar tahun 2013.Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Validasi data dilakukan dengan triangulasi. Analisa data dilakukan dengan membuat transkrip data dilanjutkan dengan reduksi data, penyajian dan membuat kesimpulan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa masukan dalam proses pelaksanaan cakupan temuan kasus TB BTA (+) masih belum optimal sehingga mempengaruhi proses dan keluaran. Kesimpulan pelaksanaan temuan kasus TB BTA (+) di kabupaten Tanah Datar Tahun 2013 belum sesuai standar pelayanan minimal DEPKES 2008. Disarankan kepada pihak manajemen untuk melaksanakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan menyeluruh terhadap tenaga penanggung jawab program TB di masing-masing tempat pelayanan kesehatan. Kata kunci: Manajemen TB BTA(+)

Abstract

Berdasarkan survei Riset Kesehatan Dasar Depkes 2014, kematian bayi baru lahir (neonatus) merupakan penyumbang kematian terbesar pada tingginya angka kematian bayi (AKB).Target kunjungan neonatal pada tahun 2015 adalah 90%, sedangkan berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan di Puskesmas Lubuk Kilangan Padang didapatkan pencapaian target tersebut pada tahun 2015 belum tercapai maksimal.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kunjungan neonatus di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lubuk Kilangan Padang tahun 2016.Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu yang mempunyai bayi berumur lebih dari 28 hari  di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lubuk Kilangan Padang yang melakukan kunjungan neonatus yaitu 56 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Total Sampling.Data diperoleh dengan metode pengisian kuesioner.Analisa data menggunakan uji statistic chi square.Hasil penelitian didapatkan 57,1% responden yang memiliki pengetahuan yang rendah, 55,4 % responden yang memiliki sikap negatif, 67,9% responden yang tidak bekerja, 55,4% responden yang kunjungan neonatusnya tidak tercapai. Hasil uji statistic menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (p = 0,009), sikap (p = 0,004), pekerjaan (0,000) dengan kunjungan neonatus.Disimpulkan lebih separuh ibu yang melakukan kunjungan neonatus tidak tercapai yang disebabkan karena pengetahuan yang rendah, sikap yang negatif, dan ibu tidak bekerja. Diharapkan pada pihak petugas Puskesmas agar diupayakan peningkatan kerjasama yang baik dengan pihak PKK, Kader Posyandu dalam rangka pemberian informasi tentang pentingnya kunjungan neonatus, dan petugas Puskesmas menyarankan pada ibu hamil dapat melakukan kunjungan Neonatus.  Kata Kunci         : Pengetahuan, Sikap, Pekerjaan, Kunjungan Neonatus

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengekplorasi pengalaman mahasiswa ners yang bukan alumni dari S1 Keperawatan Fort De Kock untuk melanjutkan program profesi ners di STIKes Fort De Kock Bukittinggi Tahun 2016. Menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di STIKes Fort De Kock Bukittinggi pada bulan Desember-Januari 2015. jumlah partisipannya  sebanyak 5 orang dengan pengambilan partisipan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Hasil wawancara dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode colaizzi. Hasil wawancara didapatkan tema yaitu 1) Termotivasi  melanjutkan profesi ners di FDK, 2) pengaruh dukungan sosial, 3) sumber informasinya menarik. Fenomena mahasiswa luar untuk melanjutkan pendidikan program profesi diSTIKes Fort De Kock saat ini sangat diminati karena mereka  memilih Fort De Kock  yang sudah memiliki akreditasi yang cukup bagus yaitu B, mereka memilih fort de kock jaga dipengaruhi oleh dukungan keluarga dan teman. Diharapkan program profesi ners di STIKes Fort De Kock bisa lebih baik lagi dan menjadi program profesi ners terbaik di Sumatra Barat.  Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Program Profesi Ners  ABSTRACT This study attempts to the exploration experience of ners students who are not taking bachelor degree of nursing kock to continue their practical in profession ners in in Health Science of fort de Kock Bukittinggi by the year of 2016. This study was used the qualitative approach phenomenology. This research held on Health Science of  fort de kock bukittinggi on December 2015 through January 2016. The number of partisipant in this study was  five people who accaptenced as a participants, taken by using  purposive sampling. The results of interviews were analysed by using colaizzi  method. The results of the interviews obtained the theme such as 1 ) motivated continue profession ners in Fort De Kock Health Science, 2 ) the influence of  social support, 3 ) the sources of the information interesting.  The phenomenon of students out to go education a ners program in fort de kock Health Science currently a very popular as they choose a fort de kock Health Science are having a pretty good accreditation b, they choose a fort de kock Health Science watch influenced by  family and friends support. This study are expected to the ners profession program  in Health Science  fort de kock. It will be even better and become programmed profession ners best in West Sumatera. Eevery year many students nursing who wish to continue profession ners in Fort De Kock Health Science . Keywords: Motivation , The Profession Ners

Abstract

ABSTRACTTreatment of HIV/AIDS can be given by medical and supported by behavioral changes. This study aims to determine the factors that influence behavior change in patients with HIV/AIDS. Design of the research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional study. This research was conducted in a clinic HIV/AIDS of a hospital in Bukittinggi West Sumatera. The population of this study is that patients with HIV / AIDS who actively visiting the clinic HIV / AIDS amounted to 98 people. he sample taken by purposive sampling as many as 82 people with the criteria of patients willing to be sampled. The data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis (Chi-Square Test). The result showed most respondents have a high knowledge (61%), high motivation (57.3%), good family support (51.2%), counseling is high (59.8%) and behavioral changes in a positive direction (52 , 4%). Statistical analysis showed the relationship between knowledge (p = 0.005; OR = 7), motivation (p = 0.005; OR = 9.84), family support (p = 0.005; OR = 6.57) and counseling HIV / AIDS ( p = 0.005; OR = 7.81) with the change in the behavior of patients with HIV / AIDS. It can be concluded there is a relation between knowledge, motivation, counseling and family support behavior change HIV / AIDS patients. Expected at the hospital and the respondent is always active giving and receiving counseling in order to reduce the incidence of HIV / AIDS and is expected to families receiving family members of HIV / AIDS.
