Abstract

The evolutionary process that occurred from the khulafahurrasydin period was then taken over by the tabi'in. then the emergence of generations in the field of science in accordance with their expertise. Education that occurred in the tabi'in era underwent very significant changes. Referring to the field of science in accordance with the subject matter of each field of the tabi'in who learned and studied a lot by friends. Initiating very broad knowledge with various descriptions of subject matter to be taught to students and the next generation, subject matter taught to students includes religious knowledge such as the Qur'an, Hadith, Fiqh, Tafsir, Morals, Arabic and general sciences such as History , Literature, Arts and Natural Sciences. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal antara owner dan karyawan dan kendala yang dihadapi owner terhadap karyawan dalam komunikasi interpersonal di Optik Yauri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendektan studi kasus di Optik Yauri Medan Marelan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal dalam analisis Islamic studies di Optik Yauri dengan studi kasus di Medan Marelan, ada beberapa komunikasi interpersonal yang mengalami tahap interaksi dan relasi tertentu yang tingkatan akrabnya dimulai dari tingkat akrab hingga tingkat perpisahan, hal ini akan berulang kembali terus menerus sepanjang ada rasa kecocokan atau kimistri diantara mereka. Adapun kendala komunikasi yang sering terjadi di Optik Yauri, yaitu pada saat pekerjaan berlangsung terdapat beberapa karyawan yang tidak fokus terhadap arahan yang dijelaskan oleh owner, namun mereka (karyawan) saling berkomunikasi (komunikasi antarpribadi) menggunakan bahasa sehari-hari.

Abstract

In this era, we must become more clever and critical in analyzing things. Especially we as Muslims, we have to be smarter than others, and be responsible for what we get. For this reason, in this article the author will convey about several methods that can be used in seeking science, especially in the development of study Islam The methods of bayani, burhani and 'irfani are methods that we can use in seeking science, especially in Islamic studies. Thesethree methods have their respective functions, but in the study of Islamic educational philosophy, the bayani and  burhani methods are more often applied because this method uses the collapse of logic and can be proven to be true through natural laws, while the 'irfani method is rare because the science obtained from this method cannot be proven to be true  scientifically, but in the emotional state in feelings and hearts (dzauq) this method is most appropriate and feels most fitting and touching
