Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: (1) Examine and measure the effect of advertisements and distribution channels partially on product diversification Brem at the Society of Brem Mekarsari in Sub District Nguntoronadi. (2) Examine and measure the impact of advertising of distribution channels partially on sales volume Brem at the Society of Mekarsari in Sub District Nguntoronadi. (3) Know the product diversification in mediating the effects of advertisement and distribution channels to sales volume Brem at the Society of Mekarsari in Sub District Nguntoronadi.   The study was conducted on the Society of the District Nguntoronadi Brem in Wonogiri. The population in this study is the whole community that the District Nguntoronadi engaged in the business of making Brem made Glutinous Rice. The sample in this study were taken as many as 122 people. As an analytical tool used in the study are causal regression step.   The research found that there is a partial effect of advertising, and distribution channels towards product diversification. There is a partial effect of advertising, and distribution channels to sales volume Brem. There is a mediating effect of product diversification to the influence of advertising and the influence of distribution channels in the sales volume Brem. The influence of the mediating effect of product diversification towards partial advertising, which means advertising will increase product diversification employers, and increase product diversification will lead to an increase in sales value Brem. Likewise, the influence of the mediating effect of product diversification of the distribution channels, which means partial distribution channels will enhance product diversification employers, and increase product diversification will lead to an increase in sales value Brem.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were (1) to test the effect of work stress on organizational commitment. (2) Test the effect of LMX on organizational commitment. (3) Test the influence of POS on organizational commitment. (4) Test the effect of organizational commitment on service quality. (5) Test the mediating effect of organizational commitment on the influence of work stress, LMX, POS and service quality. This research was conducted in the Surakarta city hospitality industry. The population in this study were all front liner employees and customers from 3 hotels in Surakarta, namely Aston Hotels, Megaland Hotels, and Sunan Hotels with 145 employees. In this study researchers used 107 respondents as samples taken from 3 hotel industries in Surakarta City. The results found that Job Stress (job stress), member exchange leaders (LMX) and perceptions of organizational support (POS) of employees in the hospitality industry in Surakarta City had an influence on organizational commitment variables. Organizational commitment mediates the negative influence of Job Stress on service quality, while organizational commitment mediates the positive influence of member exchange leaders (LMX) and perceptions of organizational support on service quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were: (1) Examine and measuring the effect of tourism revenue to the original income of Surakarta. (2) Examine and measuring the effect of tourism revenue on the growth of small and medium enterprises (UKM) in the city of Surakarta. (3) Testing and measuring the influence of growth of small and medium enterprises (UKM) to the original revenue of Surakarta city area. (4) To examine the effect of mediation on the growth of small and medium enterprises (UKM) on the effect of tourism revenues on the growth of small and medium enterprises (UKM) in Surakarta city.   This research was conducted in Surakarta City. The data used in this study is secondary data that is the original income of Surakarta, revenue of the tourism sector, and the growth of small and medium enterprises. Data collected from 2010 to 2016. The data analysis tool using path regression.   The results of this study can be concluded that the income of the tourism sector affect the local revenue; Tourism revenues affect the growth of small and medium enterprises; The growth of small and medium enterprises has an effect on the local revenue. It is also known that the growth of small and medium enterprises fully mediates the relationship between tourism revenues and local revenues.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were: (1) to measure the level of quality of services provided by Up3ad Wonogiri District given to customers. (2) to measure the suitability of implementation and customer expectations on the level of quality of services provided by Up3ad Wonogiri District.   This research was conducted at Up3ad Wonogiri District. The population in this study were all community/user of Up3ad in Wonogiri. In this study, samples were taken by 90 community/user with convinience sampling method.   Problem statement: (1) Is the level of implementation has been in accordance with the interests and expectations of customers, so as to satisfy community/user? (2) Is the quality of services provided by Up3ad Wonogiri District already at the level of satisfying community/user?   The results of this study can be concluded that in general the average level of the suitability of each dimension no one has reached 100 percent, so there are several dimensions that need to be improved, namely tangible dimension and the dimension of empathy. Dimensions closest customer expectations consist of dimensions of responsiveness, assurance and reliability. While community/user satisfaction index (CSI) to attribute the quality of services Up3ad Wonogiri amounted to 89.69%. These results explain that the satisfaction level of overall service quality attributes assessed from customer Up3ad Wonogiri has a level of  "Very Satisfied"

Abstract

The purpose of this research were: (1) To examine and measure the partial influence between social capital, human capital, and entrepreneurship motivation to business success on micro small medium business actors in Banjarsari sub district of Surakarta city (2) To know the most dominant factor of influence to the success of the business to small and medium entrepreneurs in Banjarsari sub district of Surakarta city   The study was conducted on UKM entrepreneurs in Banjarsari sub district of Surakarta city. The population in this study is all the UKMs in Banjarsari sub district which amounted to 18,916 UKMs. The samples taken as many as 50 UKMs. The sampling technique was done by simple random method.. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with data analysis techniques using logistic regression analysis.   The results of the study found that both partially and simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of social capital, human capital, and entrepreneurial motivation to the success of the business on small and medium entrepreneurs in Banjarsari sub district of Surakarta city. Social capital has the strongest influence among human capital and entrepreneurship motivation.   The success of the business in micro small medium enterprises in Banjarsari sub district of Surakarta city can be explained by the variable of social capital, human capital, and entrepreneurship motivation of 65.50%, while the rest 34, 50% explained by the variable outside the model of this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are as follows: (1) Testing the influence of intangible assets (intav) on the value manufacturing companies  of consumer goods sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. (2) Examine the effect of financial performance mediation (roa) on the influence of intangible assets on firm value. (3) Examine the effect of financial policy mediation (der) on the influence of intangible assets on firm value. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2015. The population in this study are all companies manufacturing of consumer goods sector totaling 43 companies. Then take 29 sample of companies with purposive random sampling method. The results of the study found that there is a positive and significant influence of intangible assets to the value of the firm. There is an effect of financial policy mediation on the influence of intangible assets on firm value. The effect of financial policy mediation effect on intangible assets is partial. This means that the intangible assets directly or indirectly influence through the financial policy to the value of the firm. There is an effect of financial performance mediation on the influence of intangible assets on firm value. The effect of financial performance mediation effect on intangible assets is full mediation. This means that intangible assets will improve financial performance first, then financial performance will increase the value of the firm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) to examine and measure the extent to which the partial effect of reliability, responsivness, assurance, empathy, and tangible to Customer Satisfaction  in PT KAI Purwosari station of Surakarta. (2) To understand the interaction effect simultaneously between the reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and tangible to the customer satisfaction in PT KAI Purwosari station of Surakarta. This research was conducted at PT KAI in Purwosari Station of Surakarta. The number of respondents who selected as sample by purposive sampling technique was 100 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research found that (1) There is a partial effect between reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsivness), assurance (assurance), empathy (empathy) and tangibles (tangible) towards customer satisfaction in PT KAI Purwosari station of Surakarta. (2) There is a simultaneous effect of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles to customer satisfaction in PT KAI Purwosari station of Surakarta. Customer satisfaction in PT KAI Purwosari Station can be explained by influenced of variable reliability, responsivness, assurance, empathy, and tangible amounted to 67.30% and the balance of 32.70% reflects the existence of other variables that are not observed in this study
