Manazhim Journal is an interdisciplinary publication of original research and writing on islamic education management. This journal was published by Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) STIT Palapa Nusantara Lombok - NTB which was published twice in a year (biannualy), February and August with a minimum of 5 articles. The journal aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of education and plays an important role in promoting the process that accumulated knowledge, values, and skills. Abstract

Interest is a tendency to give encouragement in paying attention to something that has an influence on experience or a tendency that makes the subject feel interested in something. Interest which is accompanied by a sense of pleasure in education and the work that is aspired to be one of the factors that encourage individuals to decide to choose a study program. So if the individual chooses a study program according to their interests, it can bring better results in their career or future because with the interest to continue their higher education , it is hoped that later they can be a stepping stone to get a better future than before. This phenomenon is the determining process in choosing a study program. This study aims to determine the influence of family factors on student interest in choosing Islamic Education Management study program and to determine the influence of peer factors on student interest in choosing Islamic Education Management study program. This type of research is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The research population was all students of the Islamic Education Management study program. Sampling using proportional random sampling technique. This research instrument used is a questionnaire (questionnaire). This research uses multiple linear regression data analysis technique using the SPSS for windows version 18 calculation tool. The results showed that the family factor (X1) did not have a significant effect on the students' interest in choosing the Islamic Education Management study program and the peer factor (X2) had a significant positive influence on the students' interest in choosing the Islamic Education Management study program at STIT Palapa Nusantara Lombok – NTB. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the family factor variable is not able to explain well the high and low interest of students choosing the Islamic Education Management study program and the peer factor variable is able to explain well the high and low interest of students choosing the Islamic Education Management study program at STIT Palapa Nusantara Lombok - NTB . This study provides information that family factors have no significant effect on students' interest in choosing an economic education study program.

Abstract

In an organization or company the management has a big role in the performance of its employees. Training in the form of motivation has an influence on the speed of decision-making that is strategic or business in nature. Previous research believes that a good educational background, skills, and cognitive abilities are the main factors causing the most dominating success in decision making. In the current era, the level of stress and work pressure is getting higher because mostly all professionals are required to be able to achieve the main goal of the company's business strategy, namely speed in making decisions. This study aims to describe, analyze and explore how the effects of multitasking on employees business decision making. The research data collection involved 3 respondents. Data were collected through interviews and observations. Researchers go directly to the field to get accurate and in-depth data through various relevant sources. This study found that in addition to proper training and motivation, there are other things that cause the decision process to be hampered, namely pressure factors, differences in perceptions, and excessive stress levels resulting in job fragmentation.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the Child Friendly School Program (SRA), the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the SRA Program, as well as the benefits of implementing the SRA Program at SMPN 1 Gunungsari. The SRA program is a program that is expected to ensure the fulfillment of children's rights, such as getting protection to protect children from cases of violence that can occur in schools. This research used qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the implementation of the SRA Program includes (1) SRA policies, (2) trained educators and education personnel of KHA and SRA, (3) implementation of child-friendly learning processes, (4) child-friendly facilities and infrastructure, (5) participation children, (6) the participation of parents, alumni, community organizations, and the business world, has not running optimally. This is because there are inhibiting factors in the form of the absence of a special SRA curriculum, funds that are still minimal, the absence of a special SRA team, and the participation of parents of students is still lacking. However, there are efforts in the form of supporting factors including the existence of human resources, infrastructure resources, and financial resources that can be optimized. In addition, there are benefits from implementing the SRA Program for schools, teachers, students, and the community.

Abstract

Without neglecting other competencies, pedagogical competence and professional competence are absolute competencies possessed by an educator (teacher). This study aims to determine the efforts made by PPKn teachers in developing pedagogic competence and professional competence during the new normal covid-19. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the efforts made by PPKn Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri teachers in Mataram City in developing pedagogic competencies and professional competencies were: (1) Attending education and training; (2) Participate in MGMP activities; (3) Participate in online workshops or seminars; (4) Seek and follow the development of information through electronic media, and; (5) Reading books or scientific journals.

Abstract

Community Supervisor according to Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System (SPPA) in Article 1 paragraph (13) is a functional law enforcement official who carries out community research, guidance, supervision, and assistance to children in and outside the criminal justice process. This research aims to find out the role of Community Supervisors in assisting Children Who Face The Law at the Correctional Center Klas II Mataram. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subject in this study is the Community Supervisor. Data collection techniques use observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study shows that the Community Supervisor in assisting children who face the law consists of assistance at the investigation stage, the prosecution stage, the trial stage, and the trial. The internal factors that affect the Community Supervisor in assisting children who face the law are Human Resources, the area of work area, and the budget of funds. While external factors consist of cooperative relations with other agencies and coordination with parents / guardians and the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out 1) the role of the HMPS PPKn FKIP UNRAM organization, 2) Soft Skill improvement of students of the PPKn FKIP UNRAM study program, 3) The role of the HMPS PPKn FKIP UNRAM organization in improving soft skills. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of survey. The subjects in this study were the chairperson and secretary of the HMPS PPKn FKIP UNRAM 2021. Meanwhile, the informants in this study were the division coordinators related to soft skill development. The informants of this study were determined by purposive sampling technique, namely by using certain considerations so that the data from the informants were not arbitrary. Data was collected by using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model which consisted of three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that (1) the Organization of HMPS PPKn FKIP UNRAM has an important role to students of the PPKn FKIP UNRAM study program seen from the potential development work program carried out at any time according to the division, (2) Improvement of soft skills in the HMPS PPKn FKIP Unram organization, ( 3) The organization of HMPS PPKn FKIP UNRAM has an important role for students in improving soft skills in the Civics study program, it can be seen from the habituation process carried out by work program activities continuously and repeatedly.

Abstract

Learning using nearpod can make learning interactive, effective, innovative and besides that it can also increase students' motivation in learning. This study aims to determine the application of nearpod application learning in Civics subjects at MTsN 2 Mataram. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the application of nearpod application learning in Civics subjects was carried out through 3 stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The supporting factors for implementing the nearpod application learning are ready-to-use materials, various features or content, student human resources, and learning motivation. While the inhibiting factors consist of the internet network and the limited number of students.

Abstract

Madrasas are part of formal organizations where the head of the madrasa is the highest leader in a madrasa organization, of which employees, staff and students are members. A madrasa principal must have a role as an educator or as an educator. As an educator, you must have the right strategy in increasing educational professionalism. Most of the principals of madrasas are still unable to carry out their role as an educator, because they do not know what to do as an educator. The Head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darussalimun NW Sengkol, in carrying out his role as an educator, emphasizes three developments, namely first, mental development in fostering mentality, a madrasa head needs to make a regulation for teachers and students. As the head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darussalimin NW Sengkol did in the first instance, he carried out the existing regulations and students and teachers were given great appreciation for those who carried them out well. secondly, the moral development of the madrasah principal of MTs Darussalimin fosters the morale of students and teachers by doing a good job from himself, for example arriving early and throwing trash in its place. The third physical coaching physical development that is carried out is activating extra curricular at the madrasa.

Abstract

Lecturers/educators in learning have a vital role, especially in building the integration-interconnection paradigm in students. Lecturers/educators must be able to bridge students by combining religious knowledge and general science. This paper aims to determine how the implementation of integration-interconnection in Ulumul Hadith learning at the Sociology Study Program of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The research method in writing this article uses a qualitative research type. This study collects data from the field by producing descriptive data in words or verbal (narrative). Data were collected through active participation observation and documentation methods. The approach used is phenomenological. The collected data will be analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis model, namely data reduction, display, and conclusion. This study found that integration-interconnection in Ulumul Hadith learning has been formulated by lecturers/educators in RPS. As for its application in integration-interconnection learning is implemented in five levels, namely the philosophical level, the level of research methods and approaches, the material level, the strategy level, and the evaluation level. In general, integration and interconnection in Ulumul Hadith learning in the Sociology Study Program has been implemented.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) To find out the efforts made by the village government in handling child marriage in Saba Village, Janapria District, Central Lombok Regency. 2) To find out the factors that influence the village government's efforts in handling child marriage in Saba Village, Janapria District, Central Lombok Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The subjects in this study were the village head and village staff and the informants were community leaders and the head of the hamlet. Data was collected by means of observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis was carried out by data reduction and data presentation. The results showed that 1) there were 2 efforts made by the Saba Pemdes in dealing with child marriage, namely preventive efforts and repressive efforts. Preventive efforts include socialization related to child marriage, discussions and posyandu. Repressive efforts include receiving reports, mediating to parents, mediating to children, handling cases and advocating. 2) There are inhibiting factors for pemdes efforts including the parental factor, the drop-out factor in children's education, the low level of family economics, the customary offense factor and the free association factor. 3) There are supporting factors for pemdes efforts, including support factors from the child's parents and the education factor that the child is currently taking, which reduces the chances of child marriage.
