Abstract

The impact of parenting parents who are addicted to online games on the development of children of two families in Patangpuluhan is the impact of the busyness of parents playing online games on parenting that is applied in the family which has an impact on children's development. So the purpose of this research is to describe how the form of parenting is applied by parents who experience online game addiction and the impact of parents who are addicted to the online game on child development. This research is a qualitative desktiptif study where in the data collection researchers used interviews, observation, and documentation. Interviews are aimed at parents who are addicted to online games, wives, children, and neighbors in the home environment. As well as observations made are observations of the activities of children and parents who are addicted to online games at home. Then checking the validity of the data the researcher used triangulation by taking several data sources and then comparing. The results of this study are parenting that is applied by parents who are addicted to online games is parenting. Where the two families have some similarities in caring for children, namely providing child freedom as they wish, does not impose household responsibilities on children, and parents still show power by scolding children when bad children at home. Caregiving has an impact on cognitive development and psychosocial development of children. Children experience delays in cognitive development due to lack of parental upbringing. In psychosocial development also experience problems in child supervision and care so that children can experience problems that are not known to parents. Abstract

This research theme is to increase the learning motivation of children of social workers. This research was conducted at the Yogyakarta PSAA Childcare Social Institution Budhi Bhakti Unit located in Kepek Hamlet Ledoksari Village, Wonosari District, Gunung Kidul. Based on previous research, there has been no research that discusses social learning to improve children's learning motivation at Yogyakarta PSAA Budhi Bhakti Wonosari Unit in Gunung Kidul. The researcher reviews or examines how to train social workers to increase children's learning motivation at PSAA and increase motivation to learn at PSAA Yogyakarta Unit Budhi Bhakti Wonosari. This study uses a type of qualitative descriptive research. The researcher collected data using interview techniques and documentation. Data limitations by using what happened and facilities and infrastructure to support the needs of children in learning, and the condition of children as practiced by workers at PSAA Yogyakarta Unit Budhi Bhakti Wonosari Gunung Kidul. The researcher obtained interview data from informants such as social workers, caregivers, social guides, psychologists, and foster children and profile documents and year-end archives from Yogyakarta PSAA Unit Budhi Bhakti Wonosari Gunung Kidul. The results of the study show that social workers to increase learning motivation towards children can be found in the form of Indirect Practices (indirect practice) consisting of working with schools and experts in the form of Direct Practice (direct practice) consisting of individual counseling activities, group counseling, group guidance, and monitoring (supervision). The obstacles in the service process for increasing motivation towards children are the human resources created by the institution.

Abstract

Peran IPSM Kota Yogyakarta terhadap pemenuhan hak anak jalanan adalah suatu cara atau proses untuk memberikan kebutuhan berupa hak pendidikan, kesehatan, tempat tinggal dan bakat-minat kepada anak jalanan yang berdomisili Kota Yogyakarta. Bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran IPSM Kota Yogyakarta dalam pemenuhan hak anak jalanan di Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan hasil data diperoleh dengan wawancara langsung dengan narasumber.  Pekerja sosial masyarakat adalah seseorang sebagai warga masyarakat yang mempunyai jiwa pengabdian sosial, kemauan dan kemampuan dalam penyelenggaraan kesejahteraan sosial serta telah mengikuti bimbingan atau pelatihan di bidang kesejahteraan sosial. Ikatan Pekerja Sosial Masyarakat merupakan wadah perhimpunannya Pekerja Sosial Masyarakat sebagai media koordinasi, konsultasi, pertukaran informasi dan pengalaman serta pengembangan kemampuan adsminitrasi dan teknis di bidang kesejahteraan sosial. Pendampingan anak jalanan yang dilakukan oleh IPSM merupakan peran aktif yang dijalankan untuk memberikan pemenuhan hak anak yang turun kejalanan. Proses rekomendasi program pelayanan dan pemberdayaan dilakukan secara terintegratif dan berkelanjutan dengan acuan tolak ukur yang memungkinkan untuk menilai sejauhmana perubahan yang telah terjadi. Dan yang nantinya akan menjadi acuan dalam pemberdayaan serta pengurangan anak-anak untuk turun ke jalanan. Peran IPSM dalam pemenuhan anak jalanan yakni hak memperoleh pendidikan, kesehatan, tempat tinggal dan bakat-minat. Peran IPSM Kota Yogyakarta dalam pemenuhan hak anak jalanan adalah pendampingan dan memberikan pelatihan untuk memberikan bekal untuk mengembangkan bakat-minat anak tersebut. Jadi peran IPSM adalah sebagai penghubung (broker)  untuk memberikan jalan serta ruang kepada anak-anak dan keluarga untuk melakukan hak sebagai anak dan orang tua. Abstract

Intervention to be done is parent child interaction therapy, by coaching, providing effective skills between parents and children together. This intervention helps parents interact with parenting and mentoring techniques in children, including overcoming the case of children as victims of divorce parents who then dititipkan in orphanages. The objective of the study was to obtain a description and to analyze the characteristics of the subject of the implementation of parent child interaction therapy to the behavior, to the emotional state, and to the social situation of the child as the victim of divorce. The research used quantitative method with single subject design type or N = 1 with the ABA pattern model where the measurements will be performed in each period. As the purpose of the study to describe the effectiveness of the implementation of parent child interaction therapy in the handling of cases of child victims of divorce. The main hypothesis in this study is that H1 = parent child interaction therapy is effective in handling the AN subject as a divorce victim or H0 = parent child interaction therapy is not effective in handling the subject of AN as a divorce victim. The results show that parent child interaction therapy is effective for treating AN children as the victims of divorce, both in terms of behavior, emotions, and also the social subject of AN. Interactions built between the parents and the subject will continue to improve if both are committed to continuing to apply this therapy in their daily lives. Abstract

Di Yogyakarta, data statistik mengindikasikan masih minimnya tingkat partisipasi difabel di jenjang pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Sampai dengan tahun 2004, anak difabel yang bersekolah adalah 63,24% di jenjang pendidikan SD dan SMP. Partisipasi difabel di ranah pendidikan tinggi jauh lebih rendah lagi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh banyaknya hambatan yang dialami difabel atau pun hambatan yang mungkin mereka alami. Tulisan ini ingin mengkaji bagaimana implementasi dari Permendikbud tersebut di PTN di DIY, yaitu di UIN Sunan Kalijaga dan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Alasan memilih kedua tempat ini karena kedua PTN ini banyak menerima mahasiswa difabel setiap tahun. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kampus UIN Sunan Kalijaga lebih baik dalam hal implementasi pendidikan inklusif yang menyangkut sarana/prasarana, layanan khusus untuk mahasiswa difabel, seleksi mahasiswa baru, dosen dan tenaga kependidikan, evaluasi pembelajaran dan fungsi layanan disabilitas Kata Kunci: Difabel, Pendidikan Inklusif, Studi Kebijakan
