Abstract

Today, the development of ethics and Syariah business behaviour need to note. It is undeniable that globalization has brought great influence on how the behavior of businesses today, therefore influence to the deterioration of ethical standards. Then the Priest of Islam reconstruct how ethics and behaviors that are considered authentic coming from Islam. Ethics in business conduct in business syariah Islam teaches that every human being should uphold the values of honesty, trust, professional and work together. Based on the concept of justice, togetherness in the business and there is no element of riba. An accountant must have business ethics in the presentation of financial statements because it must be able to present information that can encourage economic actors to act fairly, honestly and properly, and able to provide other information such as basic information for calculating zakat. Another goal may be adopted from the goal applied in western countries for that purpose do not conflict with Islamic law.

Abstract

UU No. 6/ 2014 about village (Desa) and PP R.I No. 22/2015 about Village Money (Dana Desa/DD) which is funded by APBN, it could be positively in improving village development for getting infrastructure more better and contributing national economy impact. Detailed of DD for each districts should be allocate through fairness based on basic allocation and formula allocation, that counted by number of people, number of poverty, size of village and geographic reached index that distribute in phase one and two about 40% and phase three about 20%. Descriptive analytic through primer and secondary data used to gain the understanding of DD allocation for each sub district and dused to get the barriers of distribution phenomena in Lhokseumawe 2015. Lhokseumawe, one of districts in Aceh Province that covered 68 villages just got village money (DD) about 1.14% from Aceh Total. Detailed DD that received for 4 sub districts in Lhokseumawe, since the largest to smallest, Blang Mangat, Banda Sakti, Muara Dua and Muara Satu. Caused, Blang Mangat has 22 villages (dominant) compare than other components such as number of poverty, hardly index to reach the village, number of people and large of village. Transfer of Village money absolutely received lately by village authority in every phase. It caused by transfer lately from central/region government and also the complexity of documents disbursement in the first of village money national program. Due to the victorious goal of disbursement village money (DD), in the future transfer for village should be on time as UU said as well, and the villagers can use it as their initial action plan and also government should provide assistance by coming to each village for document disbursement and responsibility.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of macroeconomic variables (gross domestic product, Exchange Rates, and Social Politics) to Net Capital Inflow Indonesia. This study uses multiple linear regression model. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of annual namely from 1995 until 2013. Based on the results of the estimation can be concluded that the variable gross domestic product and the exchange rate (appreciation) associated positive and significant effect on Net Capital Inflow Indonesia, while socio-political dummy variables negatively related to net capital inflow Indonesia. To be able to increase net capital inflow Indonesia, the government needs to target economic growth in order to encourage domestic investment and maintaining political stability and security to invest in Indonesia. In addition the government also needs to maintain exchange rate stability in order to Net Capital Inflow not contracted. Although socio-political variable is not significant, domestic political stability remains a determinant of investment decisions and capital investment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship of Gross Domestic Product, Exchange Rate and Inflation. Analysis used multiple regression analysis instruments with Vector Autoregressive (VAR) model and using quarterly data from 1990.1 to 2015.4 periods. The results of this research show significant relationship between Gross Domestic Product, Exchange Rate, and Inflation. For the next research, the author suggests to employ different variables to further investigate relationship variables toward output in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the socio-economic impacts of the traffic jams in the city of Banda Aceh. Data used in the form of primary data obtained directly from the respondents in the field using a questionnaire, distributed to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is by using Purposive Random Sampling. Data were analyzed descriptively. These results indicate that the impact of the congestion a great effect on economic social road users, including visible side benefit is lost from the costs incurred, as well as congestion occurs makes the use of fuel oil increased as the engine starts much longer, and when viewed from the impact more socially visible from the pressure/stress and air pollution perceived road users due to congestion.
