Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the application of the flipped classroom model in various cooperative learning models, namely the Jigsaw model and the Think Pair Share (TPS) type. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis in this research is through the Miles Huberman Interaction model by testing the validity of the data through data triangulation techniques. The results of this research include: 1) the flipped classroom model can be applied in cooperative learning models, namely the Jigsaw model and Think Pair Share (TPS) type synchronously and asynchronously; 2) The stages in the Jigsaw model include: a) students are given the opportunity to watch videos, b) implementation of learning in class, c) lecturers facilitate discussion activities, and d) lecturers give quizzes/tests to check students' understanding of the material they have studied; 3) The stages in the Think Pair Share (TPS) type model include: a) Think stage, where the lecturer shares learning guides and resources in the form of videos/texts, students learn individually and independently; b) Pair where students choose group partners and discuss the material they have studied independently; and c) Share, namely: each group representative shares the results of their group discussion in class and the lecturer facilitates discussion activities and encourages students to be active in class discussions.

Abstract

Students see geography learning aims to instill awareness of spatial conditions in an environment, but as a rote lesson. Unlike teachers who use teaching materials that are by commercial nature. The existence of these problems, more efforts that are needed to develop digital geography teaching materials. The purpose of this research is to produce a product in the form of a digital encyclopedia.. This type of research is research and development with the ASSURE Analyze Learners model (analyzing student characteristics, learning styles, initial competencies, and curriculum analysis). State Objectives (formulating learning objectives), Select methods, media and materials (practical methods, Arcgis and Corel Draw media, volcanism and spatial materials as well as product development). Utilize Media and Materials; Require Learner Participation (product validation and trial) and Evaluate and Revise (evaluate and improve on the encyclopedia). Based on research that have been made so that it is known the value of each expert, namely 93% media experts, 85% material experts and 89% linguists, it shows that this encyclopedia has "very worthy" qualifications. When tested, students got an average score of 89% and 94% of geography teachers also had "very worthyt" qualifications. Therefore, this encyclopedia is very feasible and can be used as a support for learning geography.

Abstract

Ecoliteracy as a practical solution to environmental problems. In the learning process at school, there is still no media that supports ecoliteracy learning. The research aims to develop a progressive web app learning media that is feasible and effective in improving students' ecoliteracy. This research uses the Research and Development method with the ADDIE model stages. The research subjects were 70 students of SMAN 1 Pamekasan consisting of 35 students of class XI F (experimental) and 35 students of class XI E (control). Determination of research subjects using simple random sampling technique. Data collection used interviews, questionnaires, and tests with qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The research produced a learning media progressive web app based on environmental learning that is feasible and effective. The implementation results show that the progressive web app based on environmental learning is an innovative solution to improve students' ecoliteracy.

Abstract

Permasalahan pembelajaran IPS di sekolah sangat komplek. Permasalahan ini kaitannya dengan sudut pandang siswa, guru dan dukungan sarana prasarana di sekolah. Siswa sering mengeluh jenuh saat pembelajaran IPS. Sementara itu guru dalam penyampaian materi IPS lebih banyak menggunakan metode ceramah dan kurang kontekstual dengan kondisi riil di lingkungan sekitar. Sarana prasarana sekolah yang minim dan sulit menghadirkan kondisi riil materi-materi IPS yang sifatnya abstrak ke sekolah, semakin membuat kondisi pembelajaran IPS tidak diminati siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah (1) mengidentifikasi potensi lokal kawasan sebagai laboratorium outdoor pembelajaran IPS, dan (2) menganalisis langkah-langkah pembelajaran laboratorium outdoor berbasis kawasan lokal dan kesesuainya dengan materi IPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif di lokasi karst dan pesisir Kecamatan Puger, Kabupaten Jember, Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 4 titik lokasi di Kecamatan Puger Kabupaten Jember yang cocok untuk digunakan sebagai laboratorium outdoor yang dapat menjadi rekomendasi untuk mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran IPS. Rekomendasi langkah-langkah pembelajaran di laboratorium outdoor untuk pembelajaran IPS meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai desain dan pengembangan media pembelajaran augmented reality untuk mengenalkan keragaman budaya Indonesia khususnya rumah adat dan rumah ibadah. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kurangnya variasi pendidik dalam mengenalkan keragaman budaya dan kondisi peserta didik yang terbiasa menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan media pembelajaran augmented reality pada materi keragaman budaya kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian Design and Development (DD), dengan prosedur penelitian Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE). Validasi media pembelajaran augmented reality ini dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa. Uji coba media pembelajaran augmented reality ini dilakukan oleh pendidik dan peserta didik kelas 4 SDIT Al-Fitrah untuk mengetahui respon pengguna. Hasil penilaian dari sudut pandang para ahli mendapatkan nilai dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”, serta penilaian dari sudut pengguna juga mendapatkan nilai dengan kategori”Sangat Baik”. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, media pembelajaran augmented reality keragaman budaya sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.
