Abstract

The 2019 election in Bengkulu city has ended. Still, it does not require that there may be aspects that need to be observed and studied scientifically, especially how the involvement of online media is in the popularity of a party, so this study seeks to analyze political news. Analysis of political news will focus on the aspect of emphasis on the whole news section by journalists and the completeness of the whole news through framing analysis of the Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki model. So that the formation of the political power in question can be observed in the results of an in-depth analysis of the strengths or weaknesses of the news management party about the Bengkulu City DPW PAN on Guidelinesbenngkulu.com; (1) Journalists emphasize the title, source credibility, photos and graphics, although the emphasis on photos and graphics is not too much. (2) completeness of the whole news; there are still many news sections that have not described the how-to section, so it seems shallow; there are some parts of the news paragraph that are not following the background information; all news does not include the location of the interview; the entire news section from the title, leads, content, to the closing of the news, is following the completeness of the overall news. All political news about the Bengkulu City DPW National Mandate Party is opinion news.

Abstract

Excessive direction is called ifrath, and not being angry is called tafrith/ shortage. While placing anger at the right time is called i'tidal / balanced. The main problem of this research, how is anger in Islam and its relevance to mental health? This research uses a type of library research (library research) with a descriptive analysis approach. The results showed that feeling annoyed and angry is a human thing to happen. One of the things that are affected when holding anger is a disturbance to one's mental health. Mental health can be disrupted because you always hold on to frustration, hurt, to disappointment. Indeed, anger that arises can be turned into something harmful or beneficial. Anger triggers the body to decide to defend or fight. These emotions trigger responses, such as fear, excitement, to anxiety. The body will be filled with hormones that cause stress, such as adrenaline and cortisol. Frequent temper tantrums will harm your heart health. Anger can trigger physiological changes that affect the blood, temporarily increasing the risk of a heart attack or related problems. Thoughts and emotions can affect health. Emotions that are free and can be expressed naturally will not affect health. However, depressed emotions (especially fear or negative feelings) can drain mental energy, negatively impacting the body and causing health problems.

Abstract

This article discusses the concept, principles and indicators of religious moderation following the al-Qur'an and Hadith. Qualitative with a literature approach is the method of choice in this article. This study conveys the concept of religious moderation in Islam as an effort to direct Muslims to be the best with indicators of noble character, helping each other, respecting the views of others, spreading goodness and justice, having noble character, not blaspheming and demeaning each other, not blaming each other, and not feeling most correct. Then, the values of religious moderation are found in Q.S al-Baqarah verse 143: 1) Tawassuth is an attitude that is not extreme, practising religious teachings without reducing or exaggerating, and not taking sides or leaning towards one group; 2) Tawazun is an effort to balance life for the world and the hereafter; 3) I'tidal can be interpreted as an effort to be a just human being in various matters for peace and not taking sides with anyone.
