Abstract

ABSTRACT The main purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of interest rate, inflation, and exchange rate on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Indonesia. Data obtained in this research is secondary data from the years 2010-2015, which is accessed through the website  www.bkpm.go.id and  www.bi.go.id. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this research indicate that interest rate with a regression coefficient -46,571 and a significance level 0,807 greater than 0,05 which means the interest rate had no significant effect on FDI in Indonesia, inflation has a regression coefficient -146,704 with a significance level 0,021 smaller than 0,05 which means inflation had significant negative effect on FDI in Indonesia, the exchange rate has a regression coefficient -0,178 with a significance level 0,015 less than 0,05 which means that the exchange rate also had significant negative effect on FDI in Indonesia, and interest rate, inflation, and exchange rate has a significant effect on FDI in Indonesia simultaneously with the F count > F table that is 34,021 > 2,74 or the Sig. F (0,000) < a = 0,05

Abstract

ABSTRACT PT. Nicepro Megatama is a company that have business on produce of product or raw material food become serve food, fluency of production process at this company effected by determination of appropriate employee number. This study aim to find out the optimaiitzation of employee need based on work load analysis at PT. Nicepro Megatama. This study is descriptive. Data collecting method by using interview, documentation and observation. Data analysis technique was conducted by qualitative descriptive method. Planning of employee and employee need at PT. Nicepro Megatama based on the work laod can be concluded that in 2014 mean of employee will be need for each month is                      35 people to produce meat by mean of 2.078 kg. while number of employee that has been exist at PT. Nicepro Megatama in 2014 by mean is 42 people. Thus it compare that mean of employee in 2014 with mean of employee total that should be exist, hence in 2014 has been occurred over labour at each month as much of 7 people.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The number of cooperatives in West Java, including the three largest in Indonesia as many as 25.563 units in 2014.However, growth in the number of cooperatives, was not followed by the public interest to become members of the Cooperative. Based on Compass Survey 2015, only 17% of respondents were interested in becoming members of the cooperativeBased on the gap between the number of cooperatives that continue to increase, but the public interest to become members of the cooperative are low, then the study was conducted. The research objective was to determine the factors supporting and hindering SMEs to become members of cooperatives sharia. By using a reference Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to formulate the determinants of interest MSMEs become members of cooperatives sharia. These factors will be used to construct a model of consumer education.Descriptive method used to describe the SMEs. Collecting data using the techniques of observation, interviews and questionnaires.The results showed the determinant of the greatest interest to encourage the interest of SMEs are eligible members of sharia is the Evaluation of Behavior Beliefs, followed by the Normative Beliefs, Behavioral Beliefs, and Motivation to Comply. And determinants of interest that become an obstacle MSMEs to become cooperative members sharia is Control Beliefs and Perceived Power. Interest in the SME entrepreneurs to become members of the cooperative is high enough.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Village Credit Institutions is one of Microfinance Institutions are growing rapidly in the province of Bali and is one of the institutions that are at the level of village customs. The standard for assessing the health level has been determined by Bali Governor Regulation No. 11 Year 2013 on a quantitative approach over five (5) factors that affect the condition and development of financial institutions, the Capital, Assets Liquidity, Management, Earning and Liquidity. Besides these five factors, overshooting the lending limits are also taken into account as a reduction of the total value of health outcomes.Based on the discussion that has been described in previous chapters, it can be concluded that the rating of the capital factor results obtained from the CAR ratio was 19.79%, with a credit score of 100%, which is still relatively healthy. Factor is the ratio KAP Earning Assets was 0.20%, with a credit score of 100% and CPRR ratio was 130.83%, with a credit score of 100%, which is still relatively healthy. Assessment management factor of 25 questions or statements of general management and risk management 85 values obtained are still relatively healthy. The earnings factor is the assessment of the ROA ratio was 3.13%, with a credit score of 100% and ROA ratio was 77.71% with 89.16% credit scores are still relatively healthy. Liquidity factor is the ratio of liquid assets was 31% with a credit score of 100% and the LDR is 71.46% with a credit score of 100% were classified as healthy. Rate the latter is the calculation of the legal lending limit in 2015 is not a violation of the legal lending limit. Complications health assessment results in 2015 were awarded with 97.4% categorized as "healthy".

Abstract

ABSTRACTUMKM in national economy play an important role and strategic for the economic growth, not only in developing countries like Indonesia but also in developed countries. Nine district of a city that has the potential strategic support revenue in the area.Local revenue Bali Province to decrease from year 2015 it is only of 41,29 %, is much lower compared to last 2014 of 60,92 %. Which is due by UMKM sector.This condition is making UMKM very reasonable and potentially more empowered.In 2010, especially UMKM sector experienced a decline in the value exsport from year to year, declined significantly. From research exploratif to the field , problems identification , with AHP ( analitical hierarchy process ) found way UMKM, in Bali Province , who improve significantly sales good for the domestic market and exports Bali Province .This empowerment , in acceleration regional economic growth , job creation and the increase in competitiveness UMKM products .The research results show factors barrier UMKM, namely capital , human resources , access banking , of the nature of products lifetime short , and the limited market access good in the market national and international .Program under the jurisdiction of UMKM in Bali Province be done in collaborate with the government , banking , soe , cooperatives , lpd , bumd , college collaborated through an incubator business .Based on the research done , can formulated policy recommendations , under the jurisdiction of program partner between the government and UMKM in Bali Province. The government needs to simplification licensing procedure, cheap and fast through one roof.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The level of competition in the Indonesian automotive companies are very strict.Indonesia is a potential market for automotive companies, especially motorcycles.In addition, consumers also have different considerations and perceptions of the brand image, pricing, sales, and quality of products before making a purchase decision.The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of variable Brand Image, Price, After Sales, and Product Quality to Buying Decision Motorcycles Yamaha Nmax (Case Study on Yamaha Nmax Buyer in Yamaha Waja Gunung Agung Dealership). The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear analysis to determine the impact of variable Brand Image, Price, After Sales, and Product Quality to the BuyingDecision.The results of this study show variable Brand Image, Price, After Sales, and Product Quality, has a partial effect and significantly by 74.6% to the buying decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Entrepreneurial Management on the performance of culinary SMEs in the city of Bekasi, West Java. The variables used are Entrepreneurial Orientation measured through dimensions: Innovative, proactive, risk-taking, autonomy, competitive aggressiveness and entrepreneurial management variables are measured through dimensions: strategic orientation, commitment to opportunity, commitment to resources, control over resources, management structure, awards philosophy and culinary performance. The population in this study is the SMEs in Bekasi. The sample in this research is 70 entrepreneurs.  Using purposive sampling as the sampling technique.The data collection technique  is using questionnaire and for the data analysis technique is using multiple regression method. The results of the analysis conclude that there are a significant effects of Innovative, Proactive, Autonomy, Competitive Aggressiveness, Honorable Philosophy and Growth Orientation to the performance of culinary SMEs while Variables Strategic orientation variables, resource orientation, management structure, and entrepreneurship culture have no significant effect on performance variables. Jointly, all these variables are significant to the performance of SMEs.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT The aims of this research that relate the using of castle massa BPC-1 as raw material of red ganesha statue prothotype (l 14 cm – w 9 cm – h 17 cm)  are: (1) To calculate cost of good manufactured red ganesha statue prothotype by activity-based costing method; (2) To determine cost price red ganesha statue prothotype by cost-plus pricing method; and (3) To recognize profititability red ganesha statue prothotype by gross profit margin, operating profit margin, and net profit margin method. The research results shew that: (1) The cost of good manufactured red ganesha statue prothotype (l 14 cm – w 9 cm – h 17 cm) was Rp 74.531,63 each unit, that followed by: Unit-Level Activity Cost Rp 65.940,69, Batch-Related Activity Cost Rp 3.578,66, Product-Sustaining Activity Cost Rp 4.006,53, dan Facility-Sustaining Activity Cost Rp 1.005,75; (2) The cost price red ganesha statue prothotype (l 14 cm – w 9 cm – h 17 cm) was Rp 96.891,12 each unit, that followed by: cost of good manufactured Rp 74.531,63, profit margin Rp 11.179,75, operating expense Rp 11.179,75 (marketing expense Rp 7.453,17 and general & administrative expense Rp 3.726,58). The actual cost price of red ganesha statue prothotype was undervalue about Rp 7.691,12 each unit than theoretical cost price; and (3) The Profit margin red ganesha statue prothotype (l 14 cm – w 9 cm – h 17 cm) was Rp 9.167.391,20 for gross profit margin, Rp 4.583.696,00 for operating profit margin, and Rp 4.258.116,30 for net profit margin.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the effect of economic growth, local income, general allocation fund, special allocation fund toward capital selling budgeting. Location of study is Gianyar regency. Object in this study as follows: local income, general allocation fund, special allocation fund and gross domestic regional bruto per capita. data analysis technique has been applied in this study is simple regression analysis which beforehand conducted classic assumption test. The result shows that economic growth have positive and significant effect toward capital selling in Gianyar regency, local income have positive and significant effect toward capital selling in Gianyar regency, general allocation fund have positive and significant effect toward capital selling in Gianyar regency, special allocation fund have positive and significant effect toward capital selling in Gianyar regency.

Abstract

This research  aims to discuss the opportunities and challenges of the sharia financial aspects and digital marketing as a driving force for the development of Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research uses descriptive explorative approach and developed by using literature review approach or literature study. The theory or conceptual approach is done by referring from several sources, such as books, scientific journals, and the internet. All existing ideas are combined in a single frame of thought. The results show that the development of digital technology and the shari’a finance is increasing rapidly, in addition to being a challenge for the business world has also become a great opportunities and potential for economic and business improvement. Businesses must be able to follow the changing trend by utilizing information technology to drive business activities and increase competitiveness. Businesses must be able to create change and new innovations in the company that are able to create opportunities and new markets by utilizing information technology and the development of digital convergence in the community. On the other hand, MSMEs can be encouraged by some policies either from the government or the business peoples of MSMEs by utilizing the traditional community structure and Shari'ah Micro Finance Institution (BMT), product design and innovation, strengthening human resources, Policy on MSMEs Products, Exhibition and Maximizing the Role of Women and maximize the implementation of MSMEs policies.
