Abstract

Kecemasan merupakan salah satu kekhawatiran terbesar yang dialami oleh semua individu. Kecemasan ini menghasilkan hal negatif di berbagai aspek kehidupan, khususnya pada aspek akademis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimen deskriptif kuantitatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan pada santri Pondok Pesantren. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 78 orang santri Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda Singosari Malang dengan menggunakan Taylor Manifest Anxiety Scale (TMAS) yang terdiri dari 50 item. Analisis penelitian menggunakan Z-Score. Berdasarkan analisis ditemukan bahwa sebesar 14,1% atau 11 santri mengalami kecemasan dengan tingkat tinggi. Sementara yang mengalami tingkat kecemasan sedang  sebesar 66,7% atau 52 santri dan sisanya sebesar 19,2% atau 15 santri mengalami tingkat kecemasan rendah. Kata kunci: Kecemasan, Santri pondok pesantren     Anxiety is one of the biggest worries experienced by all people. Anxiety produces negative in many aspects of life, especially in the academic aspect. This research is a quantitative non-experimental descriptive aims to determine the level of anxiety on the male boarding school. The sample as many as 78 people Nurul Huda Islamic boarding school students Singosari Malang using the Taylor Manifest Anxiety Scale (TMAS) consisting of 50 item. Analysis of studies using the Z-Score. Based on the analysis it was found that 14.1% or 11 students with a high level of anxiety. While experiencing the anxiety level was at 66.7% or 52 students, and the remaining 19.2% or 15 students experienced low levels of anxiety. Keywords: Anxiety, Boarding school student

Selain itu, memiliki kemampuan yang lebih dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa baru lainnya yang tidak berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan diantaranya mampu membangun karakter mahasiswa yang lebih matang dalam berpikir, cakap dalam sosialisasi dengan lingkungannya dan kritis disaat menyikapi adanya suatu permasalahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa baru dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan.Peneliti menggunakan teknik cluster sampling yaitu cara penetapan sampel oleh peneliti secara random atau acak dalam kelompok atau gugus bukan individu dari populasi yang sudah ditentukan.Hasil analisa data koefisien korelasi yang menunjukkan ada hubungan  antara motivasi berprestasi dengan tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa baru dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan di Universitas Muhamadiyah Malang dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar (r = 0,608 : p 0,000 < 0,5) yang artinya sangat signifikan.   Kata kunci: Mahasiswa baru, Motivasi berprestasi, Organisasi kemahasiswaan, Tingkat partisipasi. By participating instudent organization sactively based on high achievement motivation, new students can express themselves. Also, it has a greater ability than the other new students who do not participate actively in student organizations including student is able to build a more mature character in thinking, good at socializing with their environment and critical when addressing the existence of a problem. purpose of this study was to determine how the relationship of achievement motivation with a new level of student participation in student organizations at the University of  Muhammadiyah Malang. Researchers used a cluster sampling technique for determining the sample by the researchers randomly or randomly in groups or clusters rather than individuals from populations that have been determined then the sample clusters.The results ofdata analysis the correlation coefficientss how no relationship between achievement motivation with a new level of student participation in student organizations at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang with the correlation coefficient (r=0.608 : p 0.000<0.5 ) a very significant meaning.   Keyword: Achievment motivation, Freshman, Student organization, The level of participation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran stres kerja dan strategi coping pada karyawan bank bagian teller. Metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran stres kerja teller bank meliputi stressor yaitu resiko pekerjaan tinggi, adanya konflik/komplain, peningkatan jumlah nasabah, dan fasilitas perlengkapan kantor kurang baik. Gejala stres kerja yaitu otot tubuh tegang, konsentrasi terganggu dan menurun, suasana hati mudah buruk, kurang konsentrasi saat berkomunikasi, dan menjadi pendiam. Dampak stres kerja yaitu merasa ingin keluar dari pekerjaan karena tekanan kerja dan sering melakukan kesalahan pada saat bekerja. Dampak bagi orang lain yaitu hubungan dengan orang lain menjadi kurang harmonis, seperti dengan orang tua, pasangan, anak ataupun rekan kerja. Strategi coping yang digunakan adalah perpaduan antara strategi coping berfokus emosi dan strategi coping berfokus masalah. Coping berfokus emosi yang digunakan seperti mencari hiburan dengan jalan-jalan, makan bersama teman/rekan kerja, sedangkan coping berfokus masalah yaitu berusaha menjelaskan kepada nasabah ketika ada konflik.  Kata kunci: Stres kerja, Strategi coping, Teller bank   The purpose of this study to know the description of work stress and coping strategies of a teller. Researcher use interview dan observation to colecting data. The results showed that the job stress of a bank teller include stressor that is high risk work, conflicts or complaints, increasing number of customer, and office facilities are not properly fulfilled. Stress symptoms are muscles tense, concentration to be disrupted, and be withdrawn after work. The impact of job stress includefeels like to get out of work due to work pressures and often make mistakes at work. Impact for others are relationships with others become less harmonious, as a parent, soulmate, child or colleagues. The coping strategies used is a blend of emotion focused coping strategies and problem focused coping strategies. Emotion focused coping is used as entertainment like walking around, eating with friends or colleagues. Problem focused coping such as trying to explain to customers when there is conflict. Abstract

Di sebuah perusahaan insentif bisa memunculkan berbagai persepsi di antara para karyawan yang dapat memicu terjadinya konflik kerja diantara mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi insentif dengan konflik kerja karyawan di Perusahan Roti Salwa Trenggalek.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimen. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian pengepakan Perusahaan Roti Salwa Trenggalek sebanyak 40 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala persepsi insentif dan skala konflik kerja yang diberikan kepada responden secara langsung.  Uji validitas penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi product moment,  dan uji reliabilitasnya menggunakan alpha cronbach. Sedangkan analisa datanya menggunakan product moment. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif dan sangat signifikan antara persepsi insentif dengan konflik kerja dengan korelasi (r) sebesar -0,509 dan nilai probabilitas kesalahan (p) sebesar 0,001. Hal ini berarti semakin negatif persepsi karyawan tentang insentif yang diberikan oleh Perusahaan Roti Salwa maka semakin kuat konflik kerja mereka. Adapun sumbangan efektif persepsi insentif dengan konflik kerja sebesar 25,9%.   Kata kunci : persepsi insentif, konflik kerja     Incentive system generates various perceptions among the employee that leads to job conflicts among the employees. The study aimed to know the correlation between the employees’ perception on the incentive system and the employees’ job conflicts at Salwa bakery, Trenggalek.The study employed non experimental quantitative design. The research subjects were 40 employees of packaging division at Salwa Bakery, Trenggalek. The data collection was conducted by distributing the scale of incentive perception and job conflicts directly to the respondents. The validity and the reliability were tested by the product moment correlation and alpha cronbach consecutively. Afterwards, the data were analyzed by the product moment.The findings showed a significantly negative correlation between the employees’ perception on the incentive system and the employees’ job conflicts with the correlation (r) = -0,509 and the error probability (p) = 0,001. It indicated that employee’s negative perception on the incentive system significantly correlated with the employees’ job conflicts at Salwa Bakery. In addition, the perception was able to affect the job conflicts with the value of 25,9%.   Keyword: Perception on incentive system, Job conflict

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self concept dengan adversity quotient pada kepala keluarga difabel tuna daksa di Kabupaten Jombang. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif korelasional.Subyek penelitian adalah kepala keluarga difabel tuna daksa yang sekaligus menjadi anggota Ikatan Penyandang Cacat (IPC) Jombang.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 orang, 21 laki-laki dan 9 perempuan.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala self concept dan skala adversity quotient, skala tersebut menggunakan uji validitas product moment dengan realibilitas item pada skala self concept 0,940 sedangkan pada skala adversity quotient 0,965. Teknik analisa data menggunakan t-test, dimana diperoleh (r=0,516) dan (p=0,01).Hasil analisa data menunjukkan koefisien determinan variabel (r2) sebesar 26% yang artinya self concept memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap adversity quotient sebesar 26%.Dengan demikian, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self concept dan adversity quotient pada kepala keluarga difabel tuna daksa dimana kedua variabel tersebut berhubungan kuat dan berkorelasi positif.   Kata kunci: Self concept, Adversity quotient, Kepala keluarga difabel tuna daksa   The aimed of this research to find out relations between self concept with adversity quotient to person with disabilities as family head in Jombang Regency. Research method used is correlational quantitative method. Subject is person with disabilities as family head who also a member of Ikatan Penyandang Cacat (People with Disabilities Institution - IPC) Jombang. Sampling technique used purposive sampling. Research subject consisted of 30 people, 21 male and 9 female. Data collection method uses self concept scale and adversity quotient. The scale applied product moment validity test with item reliability in scale concept scale 0,940 while in adversity quotient 0.965. data analysis uses t-test where they found (r=0,516) and (p=0,01).Data analysis, it shows that variable determinant coefficient (r2) for 26% which means self concept give effective contribution to adversity quotient for 26 %. So, it shows that there’s significant relation between self concept and adversity quotient in person with disabilities as family head where both variables have strong relation and positive correlation.   Keywords: Self concept, Adversity quotient, Person with disabilities as family head

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Self Regulated Learning (SRL) dengan prestasi akademik siswa akselerasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuatitatif korelasional dengan subjek sebanyak 52 siswa akselerasi kelas X yang tergabung dari tiga sekolah yakni SMAN 4, SMAN 5, dan SMAN 8 Kota X. Peneliti menggunakan skala likert yaitu Responden akan diminta untuk menyatakan kesetujuan atau ketidaksetujuan terhadap lima pernyataan dalam lima macam kategori. Untuk mengetahui prestasi akademik, peneliti menggunakan raport semester ganjil.Hasil pengujian korelasi menggunakan Korelasi Spearman dapat diketahui bahwa antara Self Regulated Learning (SRL) berkorelasi dengan Prestasi Akademik, karena nilai signifikansi dari Korelasi Spearman untuk SMAN 04 (sebesar 0,000), SMAN 05 (0,018) dan SMAN 08 (0,011) lebih kecil dari pada α (0,05). Korelasi yang didapatkan sebesar 0,823, 0,567, dan 0,615 yang keseluruhannya berkorelasi positif, artinya semakin tinggi skor Self Regulated Learning (SRL) maka Prestasi Akademik yang tinggi dan sebaliknya siswa dengan Self Regulated Learning (SRL) rendah memiliki Prestasi Akademik rendah.   Kata kunci : Self regulated learning (SRL), Prestasi akademik, Akselerasi     The aim of the research was to know the the correlation between Self Regulated Learning (SRL) with academic achievement  for the accelerated students. The research used the correlational qualitative approach with 52 accelerated students on the tenth grade as the subjects. These students were merging from three schools which consist of SMAN 4, SMAN 5 and SMAN 8 in X city. For measuring the Self Regulated Learning (SRL), the researcher used Likert scale. In this way, the respondents are asked to make the agreement and disagreement for five statements in five categories. To know the academic achievement of students, the researcher used school report in odd semesters.The result of correlation test using Spearman correlation was known that Self Regulated Learning (SRL) was correlated with the academic achievement. The significance value from Spearman correlation of SMAN 04 was 0,000, SMAN 05 was 0,018 and SMAN 08 was 0,011 smaller than α (0,05). the whole of correlation was positive with value 0,823,0,567 and 0,615. It means, the higher score of Self Regulated Learning (SRL) the higher of the academic achievement. Just the opposite, the lower score of Self Regulated Learning (SRL) the lower of the academic achievement.   Keywords: Self Regulated Learning(SRL), Academic achievement, Acceleration

Tempatnya dilakukan di toko busana Mayang Collection. Subjek penelitian adalah 62 yang terpilih berdasarkan teknik insidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunkan skala store image dan loyalitas konsumen.Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh r=0,653 dengan nilai probabilitas kesalahan (p)=0,000 yang berarti hubungan positif antara store image dengan loyalitas konsumen, dimana semakin positif store image konsumen maka akan semakin tinggi pula loyalitas konsumen. Sebaliknya semakin negatifstore image konsumen maka akan semakin rendah pula loyalitas konsumen. Adapun koefisien determinan variabel (r²)store image dengan loyalitas konsumen adalah sebesar 0,426. Dengan demikian sumbangan efektif dari store image dengan loyalitas konsumen adalah sebesar 42,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu value atau nilai (harga dan kualitas),  convenience and Availabity (kenyamanan dan kemudahan), satisfaction (kepuasan), service (pelayanan), guarantee or warranty (garansi atau perbaikan produk).   Kata kunci: Store image, Loyalitas konsumen     This research aimed to know relation between store image and consumer loyality.This research is quantitative research. Place of research is done in cloth shop Mayang Collection and done during two weeks. In this research research subject is 62 chosen Mayang Collection cloth shop consumers based on technique insidental sampling. This research done by propagating two scales, which is scale store image and consumer loyality.From research which has been done obtained r=0,653 with mistake probability value (p)=0,000 is meaning positive relationship between store image with consumer loyality, where increasingly positive store image consumer hence excelsior would also consumer loyality. On the contrary increasingly negativity store image consumer hence would increasingly low also consumer loyality. As for variable determinant coefficient (r²) store image with consumer loyality is 0,426. Thereby effective contribution from store image with consumer loyality is equal to 42,6%, while the rest equal to 57,4% influenced by other variable of which is not checked in this research that is the price and quality, convenience and Availabity, satisfaction, service, guarantee or warranty.   Keyword: Store image, Consumer loyality

Abstract

Perlunya pelayanan pendidikan khusus bagi anak cerdas istimewa dan bakat istimewa merupakan upaya agar siswa berkembang sesuai dengan potensi yang dimilikinya. Dari beberapa penelitian yang dilakukan, banyak ditemukan siswa akselerasi dan memiliki bakat intelektual tinggi mengalami penurunan prestasi belajar. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis faktor penyebab underachiever pada siswa akselerasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu mendiskripsikan data-data yang ada. Subjek penelitian berjumlah empat orang yang dipilih dengan kriteria tertentu dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara semi terstrukstur dan observasi non partisipan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang menyebabkan underachiever pada siswa akselerasi berasal dari faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi motivasi subjek memasuki kelas akselerasi bukan karena prestasi melainkan karena tujuan tertentu, adanya self efficacy yang rendah pada diri subjek terutama pada pelajaran matematika, kesulitan membagi waktu, dan motivasi belajar yang rendah. Sedangkan untuk faktor eksternal meliputi adanya permasalahan yang terjadi dalam keluarga, guru dalam pola ajar yang masih monoton, bahkan cara mengajarnya tidak jauh berbeda dengan anak pada umumnya. Kata Kunci: Underachiever, Siswa Akselerasi The need for special education services for children and special talents smart special is an attempt to enable students to develop according to its potential. Of the few studies conducted, many students found to have a knack acceleration and high intellectual achievement decreased. The research objective was to analyze the factors causing acceleration underachiever on students using a qualitative approach, which is to describe the existing data. Subjects numbered four people selected by specific criteria using the method of data collection in the form of semi terstrukstur and non-participant observation. To test the validity of the data sources used triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study, suggesting that the factors leading to students underachiever acceleration comes from internal and external factors. Internal factors include the motivation of the subject into accelerated classes not because of performance but because of the specific purpose, the low self-efficacy on the subject, especially in math, difficult to share time, and low motivation. As for the external factors include the existence of problems that occur in the family, teachers in the teaching pattern is monotone, even a way of teaching is not much different than children in general. Abstract

Banyaknya kasus suap diantara pegawai lapas merupakan persoalan serius yang berindikasi adanya gejala organizational citizenship behavior  (OCB) yang rendah dilingkungan lembaga pemasyarakatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran OCB pada pegawai lapas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif non ekperimental. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai lapas klas 1 Lowokwaru Malang. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 55 orang dengan teknik sampel insidental.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala, yaitu skala OCB adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan Z-score.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan dengan Z-score menunjukan bahwa ada 33 orang (60%) memiliki OCB sedang, 8 orang (15%) memiliki OCB rendah, 6 orang (11%) pegawai memiliki OCB sangat tinggi, 5 orang (9%) memiliki OCB tinggi, sedangkan sisanya 3 orang (5%) pegawai yang memiliki OCB sangat rendah.   Kata kunci : Organizational citizenship behavior  (OCB)   Many employee of the prison do the bribery cases are a serous problem that indicated the presence of symptoms of oraganizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is low penitentiary environment. The purpose of this study is to know the description of  OCB. This study is the quantitative non-experimental descriptive studies. The population in this study was all employees of the prison of class 1 Lowokwaru Malang. Samples were taken amounted to 55 people with incidental sampling techniques Data collection methods used the scale, the scale of OCB as for data analysis method that used Z-score. Based on the results of data analysis was done with Z-score indicates that there are 33 people (60%) had middle OCB, 8 people (15%) had low OCB, 6 people (11%) employees have a very high OCB, 5n peole (9%) have high OCB, while the remaining 3 people (5%) employees have a very low OCB.   Keywords: Organizational citizenship behavior  (OCB)

Abstract

Keyakinan seseorang akan kemampuannya untuk mencapai tujuan (Self efficacy)  diperlukan siswa untuk dapat  menghadapi Ujian Nasional (UN) dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self efficacy dengan kecemasan dalam menghadapi ujian nasional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini 70 siswa SMK kelas 3. Metode pengumpulan data adalah skala, dengan skala likert. Metode analisa data adalah korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar -0,615dan (p) = 0,000 hal ini menandakan adanya hubungan negatif yang sangat signifikan antara variabel self efficacy dengan variabel kecemasan. Hal ini berarti apabila self efficacy tinggi maka kecemasan menghadapi ujian nasional rendah, dan sebaliknya jika nilai self efficacy rendah maka kecemasan dalam menghadapi ujian nasional tinggi. Nilai koefisien determinan ( ) = 0,378, yang bermakna bahwa variabel self efficacy mampu menjelaskan variabel kecemasan menghadapi ujian nasional sebesar 37,8%, sisanya sebesar 62,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata kunci: Self efficacy, Kecemasan a person's belief in his/her ability to achieve the goals is need student to convince the students could face the national examination well because students sometime get an anxiety in facing the national examinations. Otherwise, if the students have high self-efficacy then the students will have low anxiety because those students are already convinced of their ability. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of self-efficacy with the anxiety of facing national examinations. The type of this research is quantitative research. The populations in this study are the students of 3rd grade of vocational school. The methods of collecting the data is scale, by using Likert scale. While the method of data analysis used product moment correlation..Based on the data analysis, it obtained that the correlation of coefficient (r) is -0.615 and (p) = 0.000 it indicates that there is a relationship of negative direction which very significant between self-efficacy variable with the anxiety variable. This means if the self-efficacy is high so the anxiety of facing national exams is low and the vice versa if the value of self-efficacy is low, the anxiety of facing national exam is high. The value of determinant coefficient (R2) = 0.378, which means that the self-efficacy variable could explain the anxiety variable of facing national exams at 37.8%, the other is 62.2% influenced by other.
