Berpartisipasi di dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan secara aktif dengan dilandasi oleh motivasi berprestasi yang tinggi, mahasiswa baru dapat mengaktualisasikan diri. Selain itu, memiliki kemampuan yang lebih dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa baru lainnya yang tidak berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan diantaranya mampu membangun karakter mahasiswa yang lebih matang dalam berpikir, cakap dalam sosialisasi dengan lingkungannya dan kritis disaat menyikapi adanya suatu permasalahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa baru dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan.Peneliti menggunakan teknik cluster sampling yaitu cara penetapan sampel oleh peneliti secara random atau acak dalam kelompok atau gugus bukan individu dari populasi yang sudah ditentukan.Hasil analisa data koefisien korelasi yang menunjukkan ada hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa baru dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan di Universitas Muhamadiyah Malang dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar (r = 0,608 : p 0,000 < 0,5) yang artinya sangat signifikan. Kata kunci: Mahasiswa baru, Motivasi berprestasi, Organisasi kemahasiswaan, Tingkat partisipasi. By participating instudent organization sactively based on high achievement motivation, new students can express themselves. Also, it has a greater ability than the other new students who do not participate actively in student organizations including student is able to build a more mature character in thinking, good at socializing with their environment and critical when addressing the existence of a problem. purpose of this study was to determine how the relationship of achievement motivation with a new level of student participation in student organizations at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Researchers used a cluster sampling technique for determining the sample by the researchers randomly or randomly in groups or clusters rather than individuals from populations that have been determined then the sample clusters.The results ofdata analysis the correlation coefficientss how no relationship between achievement motivation with a new level of student participation in student organizations at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang with the correlation coefficient (r=0.608 : p 0.000<0.5 ) a very significant meaning. Status pernikahan dan perbedaan gender sering dikaitkan dengan kebahagiaan. Penelitian psikologi diharapkan dapat menjadi jawaban atas perdebatan terkait kebahagiaan, perbedaan gender, dan status pernikahan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan gender dan status pernikahan seseorang dengan kebahagiaan. Sebuah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dilakukan pada 201 sivitas akademika di Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukan bahwa gender tidak menjadi variabel yang berhubungan dengan kebahagiaan. Jenis pekerjaan berkaitan secara signifikan dengan kebahagiaan seseorang (rÂ = 0,15;Â p <Â 0,05), status pernikahan secara positif berkorelasi dengan kebahagiaan (r =Â 0,21;Â p <Â 0,01). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perbedaan gender secara statistik tidak signifikan memengaruhi kebahagiaan denganÂ F(1, 197) = 0,28;Â pÂ = 0,60, tetapiÂ status pernikahan memprediksi kebahagiaan denganÂ F(1, 197) = 8,45;Â pÂ = 0,00, yang mana kebahagiaan pada orang yang belum menikah (4,26Â Â±Â 0,78) secara signifikan lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan yang telah menikah (4,87Â Â±Â 0,78) dengan (t19,09Â =Â -3,07;Â pÂ = 0,01). Selain itu, tidak terdapat signifikansi interaksi antara perbedaan gender dan status pernikahan pada kebahagiaan denganÂ F(1, 197) = 0,58;Â p =Â 0,45. Seseorang yang telah menikah memiliki kecenderungan kebahagiaan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan seseorang yang belum menikah. Hasil studi ini tidak dapat menjadi rujukan utama dan informasi yang berisi mekanisme sebab-akibat. Studi selanjutnya memerlukan keterlibatan dan dinamika faktor psikologis lain sebagai variabel yang dapat memprediksi status pernikahan dan kebahagiaan seseorang.Â

Mental Toughness and Competitive Anxiety become psychological factors in sports because especially the players are teenagers. Research on sports psychology is currently developing so it is interesting to study especially on futsal players. Thus, this study aims to examine the effect of mental toughness on competitive anxiety in futsal players. This research is in the form of a survey (n=80) on futsal players in Sumbawa Besar City. Simple regression analysis was used to determine the effect of mental toughness on competitive anxiety in futsal players. The results showed that mental toughness had a significant effect on competitive anxiety. Thus, futsal players who have high mental toughness will reduce competitive anxiety that arises when competing. The findings of this study provide input to the Futsal Association (AFKAB) of Sumbawa Regency to prioritize mental strengthening programs for futsal players so that they are more optimal when competing.

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between self-control and juvenile delinquency in students. The approach used is quantitative with a correlational type. The sampling technique was quota sampling with a sample size of 57 students. The instrument in this research uses a scale in the form of a questionnaire. The research results show that there is a negative and significant relationship between self-control and juvenile delinquency in students with a correlation coefficient of -0.795 with a sig value. (p) = 0.000 or p < 0.05, which means that the higher the self-control a student has, the lower his juvenile delinquency will be. Likewise, vice versa, the lower the self-control a student has, the higher the level of juvenile delinquency

This research aims to find out how body image influences alienation among adolescent girls in Sumbawa Besar district. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 269 samples. The research instrument consists of two scales, namely the body image scale and the alienation scale. Based on the findings of research conducted in Sumbawa Besar Regency, it can be said that the body image variable has a small influence on alienation with a coefficient of determination (R square) value of 0.456. and the two variables have a strong relationship based on the correlation coefficient (R) value, which is 0.676. There is an influence of body image on alienation among female teenagers in Sumbawa Besar district. The result is a significant n of 0.000 (<0.05).

South Korean culture, especially K-pop, has achieved great global popularity. However, this popularity has also brought about a new phenomenon, namely fan culture which leads to intense fanaticism. This fanaticism often leads to aggressive behavior that occurs between competing fans. The approach used is quantitative research. The type of research used is quantitative correlational. The population in this study were EXO (EXO-L) Lombok fans, totaling 198 people. The technique used was purposive sampling and used a Krejcie table to determine the number of samples of 115 samples. Based on the findings of the research conducted, it can be said that there is a weak but significant positive correlation in the bigotry variable and the aggression variable with a correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.287 (indicating the same direction). There is a relationship between fanaticism and aggression in EXO fans with the result p = 0.002 (with p < 0.01). These findings indicate that the higher the fanaticism shown by a fan, the higher the aggression towards the music group EXO and vice versa, the lower the fanaticism, the lower the aggression too. Advice for EXO fans to support idols with a positive attitude by respecting criticism, and using social media wisely can create a healthy and mutually supportive environment, which not only strengthens the relationship between idols and fans but also provides a positive example for other fans around the world

This study aims to investigate how social support impacts work-family conflict among married teachers in Alas District, Sumbawa Regency. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The study's population comprised all married female teachers working at the junior/senior high school level in Alas District, Sumbawa Regency, totaling 97 individuals. The sampling method employed was total sampling, resulting in a total sample size of 97 participants. Findings indicated a significant relationship between social support and work-family conflict among married female teachers in Alas District, with a significance level of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Social support was found to contribute 40.9% to work-family conflict, while 59.1% was influenced by other variables.

Performance really needs to be considered, where performance is used as an expression of a person's ability to carry out a job. Good performance can be seen from the directive leadership style. Where leadership style is the way a leader influences the behavior of subordinates, so they are willing to work together and want to work productively to achieve organizational goals. In addition to leadership style, motivation is also needed in improving performance. Then performance can also be influenced by the discipline of human resources in the environment. This research was conducted at Company 1 Battalion B Pioneer, where there are still obstacles in improving the performance of its personnel including those related to directive leadership, where there are still Company 1 Battalion B Pioneer personnel aged over 40 years and in rank (Nintara and Tamtama) as well. many senior personnel. So this study aims to analyze the influence of directive leadership style, motivation, and discipline on the performance of Company Personnel 1 Battalion B Pioneer – Brimob Sumbawa. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique used by the researcher is a saturated sample, that is, the entire population is used as a sample. Where the number of personnel of Company 1 Battalion B Pioneer – Brimob Sumbawa is 120 personnel. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers by distributing questionnaires. The data were analyzed using a statistical software (statistical software) in the form of a statistical package for social science (SPSS) application. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1) The directive leadership style has no effect on the performance of the personnel of Company 1 Battalion B Pioneers – Brimob Sumbawa; 2) Motivation affects the performance of Company 1 Battalion B Pioneer personnel – Brimob Sumbawa; 3) Discipline affects the performance of Company 1 Battalion B Pioneer personnel – Brimob Sumbawa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dukungan sosial terhadap mental toughness dalam diri pemain basket di Kota Sumbawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster sampling dengan jumlah sampel keseluruhan berjumlah 115 orang pemain basket di Kota Sumbawa. Instrument penelitian ini terdiri dari dua skala yaitu skala dukungan sosial dan skala mental toughness. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat adanya pengaruh positif yang kuat dan signifikan antara dukungan sosial terhadap mental toughness dalam diri pemain basket di Kota Sumbawa dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,658 dengan nilai Sig. (phitung) = 0,000 atau p < 0,05 semakin tinggi dukungan sosial yang didapatkan maka semakin tinggi mental toughnessdalam diri pemain basket di Kota Sumbawa, serta adanya kontribusi atau sumbangsih dukungan sosial sebesar 0,433 terhadap mental toughness dalam diri pemain basket di Kota Sumbawa Besar.
