Abstract

One of the successes of a company in facing intense competition amid the rapid development of telecommunications is by empirically testing the effect of Brand Trust and Perceived Value on Brand Preference, and Purchase Intention for branded cell phones. This research was conducted by hypothesis testing. This research is classified as cross sectional, namely the data in this study using the answers from the respondents when the questionnaire was given. The research findings indicate that Brand Trust has a positive effect on Brand Preference. Likewise, research findings also state that Perceived Value has a positive effect on Brand Preference. The results showed that Perceived Value had a positive effect on Purchase Intention. Furthermore, the results show that Brand Trust has no effect on purchase intention. Furthermore, the research findings show that brand preference has a positive effect on purchase intention. Further researchers can add other variables that have not been used in this study to be useful for the company and may consider conducting this research on other brands of different products/services and are expected to conduct similar research but conducted in different areas and are expected to add the number of research samples so that they can better describe the conditions of the population within the scope of research. Keywords : Trust, Value, Preferece, Purchase Intention Abstrak Keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan dalam menghadapi ketatnya persaingan ditengah pesatnya perkembangan telekomunikasi salah satunya dengan menguji secara empiris pengaruh Brand Trust dan Perceived Value terhadap Brand Preference, dan Purchase Intention untuk ponsel bermerek. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan hypothesis testing, Penelitian ini tergolong pada cross sectional yaitu data pada penelitian ini menggunakan jawaba dari responden pada saat diberikan kuesioner. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Brand Trust berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Preference. Demikian juga temuan penelitian juga menyatakan bahwa Perceived Value berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Preference. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Value berpengaruh positif terhadap Purchase Intention. Selanjutnya, hasil menunjukkan bahwa Brand Trust tidak berpengaruh terhadap Purchase intention. Selanjutnya, temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand preference berpengaruh positif terhadap Purchase intention. Peneliti Selanjutnya dapat menambahkan variable lain yang belum di gunakan dalam penelitian ini agar berguna bagi perusahan dan dapat mempertimbangkan untuk melakukan penelitian ini pada brand lainnya dari produk/jasa yang berbeda dan diharapkan untuk melakukan penelitian yang serupa namun dilakukan pada daerah yang berbeda dan diharapkan dapat menambahkan jumlah dari sampel penelitian agar semakin bisa menggambarkan kondisi dari populasi didalam ruang lingkup penelitian. Abstract

Cooked chicken dishes are the best-selling foods on Gofood during the 2019-2020 period. Changes in transaction trends bring benefits for entrepreneurs who have adapted online transactions especially Gofood partner. This paper will explain the relation between Gofood user demographic conditions, product attributes and food preferences. This study collecting data from 201 respondent around Jabodetabek, data processing is carried out using a biplot and boxplot. The findings of this study explain the general relationship and significant differences between groups of respondents regarding their preferences in purchasing cooked chicken dishes. These findings indicate that food business players must understand the demographic conditions within their reach to determine the business strategy that is considered the most effective. Keywords: Consumer Demographic, Food Preferences, Product Attributes. Abstrak Masakan ayam matang merupakan makanan terlaris yang ada di Gofood pada periode 2019 – 2020. Perubahan gaya transaksi memberikan keuntungan untuk pengusaha yang sudah mengadaptasi budaya transaksi secara online, terkhususnya mitra Gofood. Studi ini berusaha menjelaskan hubungan antara kondisi demografis, atribut produk dan preferensi pembelian makanan. Data diambil dari 201 orang responden yang tersebar di Jabodetabek, kemudian diolah menggunakan metode biplot dan boxplot. Hasil dari studi ini menjelaskan ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada setiap kelompok responden dalam preferensi pembelian masakan ayam matang. Temuan tersebut menguatkan bahwa penting bagi pelaku bisnis untuk memahami kondisi demografis konsumen, terlebih konsumen yang ada dalam area jangkauan bisnisnya. Untuk membentuk dan menerapkan strategi yang paling efektif. Kata Kunci : Demografi Konsumen, Preferensi Makanan, Atribut Produk.

Abstract

Karyawan berperan penting di dalam perusahaan terutama pada proses atau kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Studi ini memiliki tujuan menganalisis serta menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi pada kinerja karyawan di PT Harasoon Batindo. Jenis studi ini menggunakan explanatory research dan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner yang kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26. Total populasi pada studi ini yakni seluruh karyawan PT Harasoon Batindo sebanyak 105 responden. Teknik sampling yang dipakai pada studi ini yakni menggunakan non probability sampling dan sampling jenuh, yang mana total sampel sama dengan total populasi. Hasil studi memperlihatkan bahwa : (1) Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan PT Harasoon Batindo (2) Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Harasoon Batindo (3) Komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Harasoon Batindo (4) Kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi secara serentak mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan PT Harasoon Batindo. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Komunikasi, Kinerja Abstract Employees has an important role in the company, especially in the 's operational processes or activities. This research is to analyze and examine the influence of leadership, work environment and communication on employee performance at PT Harasoon Batindo. This type of research using explanatory and descriptive research. And the data collection method came from distributing questionnaires which were then tested using the SPSS 26 application. The population in this research is all employees of PT Harasoon Batindo as many as 105 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling and saturated sampling, where the number of samples is same as the total population. The results showed that: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant influence on the performance of PT Harasoon Batindo employees (2) The work environment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of PT Harasoon Batindo employees (3) Communication has a positive and significant influence on the performance of PT Harasoon employees. Batindo (4) Leadership, work environment and communication simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the performance of PT Harasoon Batindo employees. Abstract

Human resources are the main factors regarding the achievement of a company's success. The things that are often associated with employee performance are the work environment, communication and motivation. This study was conducted to determine whether there is an influence of work environment, communication and motivation on the performance of PT Harasoon Batindo employees. The technique used in this research is descriptive in the form of explanatory. The sample used as respondents in this research is 105 people who are also the entire population (employees of PT Harasoon Batindo) with a sampling technique of saturated sampling technique. The method in data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis by testing through the SPSS version 26 program. The test results show that the work environment has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, while communication has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, and motivation has a significant influence. and positive on employee performance. Simultaneously the work environment, communication and motivation affect the performance of employees of PT Harasoon Batindo. Adapun hal yang sering dikaitkan dengan kinerja karyawan adalah lingkungan kerja, komunikasi dan motivasi. Studi ini dilakukan supaya mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja, komunikasi dan motivasi pada kinerja karyawan PT Harasoon Batindo. Teknik yang dipakai pada studi ini yakni analisis deskriptif berupa explanatory research. Sampel yang digunakan sebagai responden pada studi ini berjumlah 105 responden yang juga merupakan seluruh populasi (karyawan PT Harasoon Batindo) dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa teknik sampling jenuh. Metode dalam analisis data yang dipakai yakni analisis regresi linier berganda dengan dilakukan pengujian melalui program SPSS versi 26. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, sedangkan komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif pada kinerja karyawan, serta motivasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif pada kinerja karyawan. Secara bersamaan lingkungan kerja, komunikasi dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Harasoon Batindo. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Komunikasi, Motivasi, Kinerja

Abstract

The achievement of goals in an organization is strongly influenced by employee performance. Every organization will try to work on the presentation of its employees so that organizational goals can be achieved. One of the variables that can affect individual presentations is workload and work discipline. Implementation evaluation is expected to find out the results or level of achievement of a worker. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which workload and work discipline significantly affect the shipping company at Sicepat Express Batam. In this study, the population of this study were all employees of Sicepat Express Batam, which collected 115 people and the sample taken was the number of delivery parts for Sicepat Express Batam, which amounted to 115 people, using the multiple linear regression analysis method, namely Y = 4.091+ 0.118 X1 + 0.803 X2. The results of the T test partially prove, the results of the study state that workload and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at Sicepat Express Batam employees and the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 58.2% employee performance is influenced by workload and work discipline variables, and 41.8% influenced by other variables. Abstract

Lazada online store has diminished guests, the abatement in web-based shop guests at Lazada can be said that purchaser buying choices at Lazada are still less alluring to general society, so focus on the Lazada online store to limit shoppers changing to other web-based store site locales. The requirement for factors that further develop buying choices at Lazada online stores, including on the web client audit and e-administration quality factors. The reason for the review was to decide and break down the impact of 1, to decide the impact of online client surveys on buying choices. 2.To decide the impact of e-administration quality influence buying choices. 3.To figure out how large the concurrent impact between online client audit and e-administration quality on buying choices. The examination utilized quantitative strategies. The examination test was 269 respondents. The test is handled with the assistance of SPSS. In light of the aftereffects of the review that internet based client surveys impact buying choices at Lazada online stores, E-administration quality affects buying choices at Lazada online stores, the concurrent impact of online client audits and e-administration quality on buying choices on lazada online shop. Abstrak Toko online lazada mengalami penurunan pengunjung, menurunnya pengunjung toko online di lazada ini dapat dikatakan keputusan pembelian konsumen di lazada ini masih kurang diminati kalangan masyarakat, maka di perhatikan kembali pihak toko online lazada untuk meminimalisir konsumen beralih ke situs website toko online lainnya. Persyaratan untuk faktor-faktor yang selanjutnya mengembangkan keputusan pembelian di toko online Lazada, termasuk online custemer review dan pengaruh e-service. Alasan peninjauan adalah untuk memutuskan dan memeriksa dampak 1. Untuk memutuskan dampak survei klien online terhadap keputusan pembelian. 2.Untuk memutuskan pengaruh e-service mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. 3.Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak sinkron antara online custemer review dan e-service quality pada keputusan pembelian. Eksplorasi menggunakan teknik kuantitatif. Uji eksplorasi sebanyak 269 responden. Tes ditangani dengan bantuan SPSS. Mengingat efek dari tinjauan bahwa online custemer review memengaruhi pilihan pembelian di toko online Lazada, e-service quality memengaruhi pilihan pembelian di toko online Lazada, dampak bersamaan dari online custemer review dan e-service quality pada keputusan pembelian di toko online Lazada. toko online lazada.
