Abstract

A website can be used as a tool to convey information, therefore the functionality of a website must be measured, the size of a website, good or not, can be measured by the usability method. In a government website in this case is the website of the district government of mamaju, a simple study of the website of the district of mamaju has been carried out, and the results are found that the website users feel the functionality of the website is said to be lacking, to ensure that what is felt by the user is in this case done further research using the usability method to measure the district of mamaju. The mamaju district website can be visited on page www.mamujukab.go.id , the variable usability method used to measure the website is learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. Measurements were made to a sample of website users totaling 74 people, the data analysis technique used was the mean method, and questionnaires were distributed using a Likert scale. From the results of this study, it was found that the learnability value was 2.81, the efficiency value was 2.62, the memorability value was 2.53, the error value was 2.11, and the satisfaction was 2.50. then the overall value obtained at 2.51 which means that the website mamuju district into the category of not good.

Abstract

PT Infomedia Solusi Humanika is an outsourcing company that works with PT. Telkom Indonesia, electing employees who will go up / level, but a few months later the level obtained by the employee dropped or decreased level because that will be held re-election for all employees in the Fulfillment division using the Profile Matching calculation (Matching Profile). In the Profile Matching Method, there is a Gap, that is, if the employee's value approaches the value of the gap, the employee's opportunity to level up is even greater. The criteria used for evaluating employee performance are Personal Data criteria, Job Performance criteria, Job Attitude criteria, and Behavior criteria. After analyzing using the Profile Matching method for 28 employees of PT. Infomedia Humanika Solutions obtained rankings and known to be the most superior employee among other employees. For data analysis calculations used Linear Regression analysis. The results of the analysis found that the criteria that had the most influence on employee ranking were the Job Performance criteria and the least influential criteria were the Work Attitude criteria.

Abstract

 PT. Cahaya Boxindo Prasetya is a company engaged in the manufacture of carton boxes or boxes. The company's activities also include cutting and printing services using machinery and human power. The problem faced in this company is the difficulty of predicting the amount of inventory of raw materials that will be  included in the production. The remaining raw materials for production will be used as the final stock to get the minimum, the goal is to reduce excess stock Overcoming this problem, fuzzy logic is used to predict raw material inventories by focusing on the final stock. In this study using Fuzzy Sugeno, with three input variables, namely: initial inventory, purchase, production, while the output is the final stock. Determination of prediction results using defuzzification using the average concept of MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). The results obtained, using the Fuzzy Sugeno method can predict the inventory of raw materials with a MAPE value of 38%.

Abstract

Higher education as an institution engaged in the field of science can take advantage of technological developments. One of them is in terms of flexibility and efficiency of students in accessing the data they need related to academic activities in higher education such as student value information. This study aims to make it easy for students to be able to access value information easily. The development model used in this study is a prototype by making an application using NFC and JSON technology as a message format. This research was conducted at STIKOM Binaniaga Bogor with 60 students as samples of application trial subjects. The results of the analysis showed 85.63% of the level of appropriateness of the application, it shows with NFC technology and the application can facilitate students in getting information on student academic values.

Abstract

Motorized vehicles are the transportation media needed today because moving motorized vehicles make time and energy efficiency. Motorbikes are an ideal transportation medium for traversing increasingly crowded cities. Along with the increasing number of vehicles caused by the community's need for transportation, this means that it is directly proportional to the community's need for vehicle maintenance services such as garage services. At present, the workshop is required to have a different mindset and operational concepts. Excellent service quality for the survival of the company. Good service quality, will satisfy and then make customers become loyal to continue to use these services. Therefore, to get better services, interactive media are needed to increase the level of customer satisfaction. The composer uses the certainty factor system method in the android-based online workshop application so that it can help damage anything discussed on the vehicle and provides solutions obtained from the android-based online workshop application service with the optimal level of customer satisfaction so that it will be able to create loyalty for customers of transportation vehicle users.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technology is needed in the quality of high school science. The quality of knowledge influences relevant knowledge, ways of teaching, a technology used, and planning of courses. At STIKOM there are many courses that require computer laboratories, where these courses will not be effective if taught in theory. Every one or more courses conducted by a computer laboratory are taught by a lecturer and a laboratory. Assistant, if the Lecturer cannot teach Lab. The assistant will replace as a teacher according to the instructions given by the Lecturer. The problem is the difficulty in determining a suitable time schedule for the Lab. Missing assistants, like Lab. Assistant who is still in college or has a job. Unequal distribution of subjects in each Lab. Assistant. Therefore we need a system to provide scheduling recommendations for lab assistants. Simulated Annealing Algorithm uses the input of the ability of time from each lab assistant. and is chosen based on the amount of energy added if selected in one course and if the same amount of energy will be chosen randomly. The results of the feasibility test questionnaire conducted obtained proper results on users with a percentage of eligibility of 76.3% and very feasible on system experts with a percentage of eligibility of 90%.

Abstract

Cijujung 04 State Elementary School is one of the basic educational institutions that is always developing with the number of students increasing from time to time. Cijujung 04 Public Elementary School is a state school, this school is located in the Cikupa-Nagrak village of Cijujung village, cibungbulang sub-district, Bogor Regency. Public elementary schools or other private elementary schools also have very important data. One of them is a master book. The student handbook is a data set of students studying at the school. Student Parent Book is one of the most important parts of the management of this institution. The notes in the master book must be complete. Includes, student biodata, student grades, and student achievement results from the first semester to graduate school. However, in its implementation so far it has been ineffective and inefficient because it is carried out manually, namely by writing data in a thick ledger or a master book. The teacher also had difficulty finding student data in the parent book and also sought students for prospective recipients of PIP assistance. A system is needed that can be used by teachers to find student data in the parent book and also look for students for potential recipients of PIP assistance. Nested queries or queries are queries that have other queries in them. By using the nested query method in the parent book system, the search process for prospective PIP recipient students can be searched as needed because in the parent book system has a student search feature based on the desired category. Based on the nested query method. From the results of the distribution of questionnaires to test the system distributed to informatics engineering system respondents obtained a percentage of system eligibility of 87% so that it can be categorized as very feasible, while the results of distributing questionnaires to user respondents obtained a percentage of system feasibility of 94.5% so that it can be categorized as very feasible

Abstract

Flamboyan Posyandu is a place that makes it easy for parents to check their toddlers, toddlers, and children underneath in a stable condition or not early on. In the Posyandu, Flamboyan still does not have a nutritional grouping for children, due to the difficulty in grouping children's nutrition which requires facilities that are now available at the Posyandu. With the development of the Posyandu system to classify children based on nutrition using the Prototype method, the grouping that did not yet exist and was difficult could be carried out. The development of the Posyandu system has obtained the feasibility value obtained from 4 respondents, the value obtained is 86.96% which means the development of the Posyandu system is very feasible to use.

Abstract

Some developer very capable of developing good quality working applications, but they don’t have the right value and price for their products, and it is because they did not use the right method to calculate the size of the product and valuate them correctly, most of them use analogy and expert judgment to perform their product sizing and valuation. This situation will create inconsistency in doing the pricing and it will create disadvantages for both developers and users. Function point analysis provides a methodology to perform software size calculation using algorithmic approaches that gives comprehensive and consistent results. In this document, I will explain step by step the processes of calculating the Function point using FPA procedures by implementing calculation formula of EI, EO, EQ, ILF, EIF, and VAP. I also will implement them to calculate the size of the “XIbar” application system, especially module customer care and customer info. By doing all these activities I hope will provide simple templates and procedures for calculating the size of application software that can be used easily by developers, students, and others who need it.

Abstract

Skripsi  dapat dikelompokkan berdasarkan topik dan metode . Hasil pengelompokkan skripsi dapat memperlihatkan bagaimana pola kesesuaian topik dengan metode penelitian. Penelitian ini mengelompokkan  skripsi Program Studi Sistem Informasi STIKOM Binaniaga Bogor. Semakin bertambahnya penelitian skripsi menyebabkan semakin banyak pula mahasiswa yang kemungkinan mengambil penelitian yang hampir mirip baik dari sisi tema, objek, atau metode  dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini melakukan  clustering Judul Skripsi mahasiswa Program Studi Sistem Informasi dengan menggunakan algoritma Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering berdasarkan topik dan metode yang terdapat dalam judul . Untuk mengetahui kesesuaian topik dengan metode dilakukan proses menghitung jarak antar objek dengan menggunakan Manhattan Distance. Metode skripsi yang paling pendek jaraknya adalah metode yang paling sesuai  dengan topiknya. Dari hasil proses perhitungan jarak antar data dihasilkan jarak terdekat sebesar 1, sehingga dapat diketahui urutan kesesuaian metode pada topik yang dipilih sesuai  dengan hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode single linkage, Hasil dari perhitungan tersebut kemudian di implementasikan pada sistem pengajuan judul skrpsi. Hasil uji dari sistem pengajuan judul skripsi  tersebut diperoleh presentase tingkat kelayakan sebesar 82 %.
