Abstract

Some developer very capable of developing good quality working applications, but they don’t have the right value and price for their products, and it is because they did not use the right method to calculate the size of the product and valuate them correctly, most of them use analogy and expert judgment to perform their product sizing and valuation. This situation will create inconsistency in doing the pricing and it will create disadvantages for both developers and users. Function point analysis provides a methodology to perform software size calculation using algorithmic approaches that gives comprehensive and consistent results. In this document, I will explain step by step the processes of calculating the Function point using FPA procedures by implementing calculation formula of EI, EO, EQ, ILF, EIF, and VAP. I also will implement them to calculate the size of the “XIbar” application system, especially module customer care and customer info. By doing all these activities I hope will provide simple templates and procedures for calculating the size of application software that can be used easily by developers, students, and others who need it.

Abstract

Dalam   Pengembangan System Informasi, rumusan System Requirement merupakan bagian yang sangat  penting, karena menentukan isi dari  system informasi yang dibangun. Requirement harus mencakup komponen data, Hardware, Software, Sumber Daya Manusia, Network, organisasi dan procedure, dan komponen  lainnya.  Bentuk Requirement system informasi bervariasi sesuai dengan paradigma dan teknik pengembangannya. Paradigma penyusunan antara lain pendekatan function driven, data driven, dan object driven.  Teknik penyusunannya dapat menggunakan  pendekatan Top down  atau bottom up atau pendekatan lainnya.Sebelum  pengembangan   system informasi dilakukan perlu dibuat arsitekturnya   yang  mencakup komponen apa saja yang harus ada dalam system. Komponen tersebut menjelaskan fungsi dan perannya dalam mendukung operasi system informasi yang dikembangkan. Untuk mendukung proses pengembangan arsitektur dan kebutuhan system informasi dapat menggunakan tools yang dbuat oleh john zachman yaitu zachman Enterprise Architecture Framework. Zachman framework mempunyai  tiga variable utama yaitu pertama dinamakan Interrogative Communication, kedua  dinamakan Reification Transformation dan  ketiga yang dinamakan cells. Dengan menggunakan Zachman Framework, diharapkan  membantu pelaksanaan  pengembangan system informasi khususnya perumusan Requirement SIM   yang baik

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has transformed numerous activities, including training, which now held frequently with online learning. Web development training is one of training activities carried out in accordance with SKKNI standard, which’s greatly required in digital era. This web development training is delivered by the organizers and partners from universities. One of them is the Bandung State Polytechnic's Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics (JTK POLBAN). The training consists of five different activities: preparation, pre-test, implementation, post-test, and evaluation. This training was delivered utilizing various learning methods and the effectiveness of training was evaluated using pre-test and post-test results. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it know that Project Based Learning (PjBL) had the greatest impact on students’ ability to master subject. The effectiveness of learning for web development training using PjBL with online learning is deemed less effective,because the value only increases by 4.81% from pre-test to post-test. The number of participants was decreased by 65.91% after it was implemented. This was influenced by various factors, including technology, psychology, finance, time management, and balancing daily activities with education. Improving learning effectiveness can be accomplished by condensing implementation’s schedule to accommodate the endurance of participants from generation Z / iGen. ABSTRAKPandemi COVID-19 mengubah berbagai macam pelaksanaan kegiatan, termasuk kegiatan pelatihan yang saat ini sering diselengarakan dengan pembelajaran online. Pelatihan pengembangan web merupakan salah satu kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dengan standar SKKNI yang diperlukan pada era digital. Pelatihan pengembangan web ini dilakukan oleh penyelenggara dan bekerja sama dengan mitra perguruan tinggi, dimana salah satunya adalah Jurusan Teknik Komputer & Informatika Politeknik Negeri Bandung (JTK POLBAN). Pelatihan dibagi menjadi 5 macam kegiatan yaitu, persiapan, pre-test, pelaksanaan, post-test dan evaluasi. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan berbagai metode pembelajaran yang kemudian diukur Efektivitasnya menggunakan nilai pre-test dan post-test. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran melalui kuesioner diketahui bahwa yang paling mempengaruhi penguasaan materi adalah Project Based Learning (PjBL). Efektivitas pembelajaran untuk pelatihan pengembangan web menggunakan PjBL secara online dinilai kurang efektif, hal ini dikarenakan hanya terdapat peningkatan nilai sebesar 4,81% dari pre-test terhadap post-test. Pelaksanaan pelatihan secara online ini juga mengalami penurunan jumlah peserta sebesar 65,91%, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor penghambat yang dihadapi peserta seperti teknologi, psikologis, keuangan, manajemen waktu, dan keseimbangan antara kegiatan sehari-hari dengan pendidikan. Peningkatan efektivitas pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dengan cara memadatkan jadwal pelaksanaan yang menyesuaikan dengan daya tahan dari peserta yang berasal dari generasi Z / iGen.Kata Kunci: Project Based Learning; Pelatihan Pengembangan Web; SKKNI; Pembelajaran Online; Efektivitas Pembelajaran.

Abstract

Quality is a vital part of a successful organization. Quality is important to a process and result. A good process produces a good product, while a good product is produced through a good process. In project management, quality is used to assess project success. Quality is the degree to which the inherent characteristics meet requirements, while project quality is the process of meeting business objectives according to the project charter. The journal entitled 'Analysis of Quality in PMBOK-Based Project Management', discusses the definition, types, and processes of quality management, intending to explain projects and the process of managing them. The benefit is to explain knowledge about quality and its management. The method used is identification, description of the concept of project quality management, analysis of the management planning process, quality control, and conclusions. This research describes the quality management process, including quality control. The main input utilized in the process including Project Charter, PM Plan, Project Documents, EEF, OPA, Approved CR, Deliverables, and Work Performance Data. The Tools and technic utilized in the process include Expert Judgement, Data Gathering, Data Analysis, Decision Making, Data Representation, Test, and Inspection Planning/ audit, Design For X, Problem Solving Quality Improvement Methods, and Meetings. The results obtained from the above process include the main results consisting of QM Plan, Quality Metrics, Quality Reports, Test Documents, CR, QC Measurements, Verified Deliverables, and Work Performance Information.

Abstract

In the tourism business, the use of geospatial, sometimes known as geospatial information systems, is essential to the collection of data in various different ways. A collection of historical data and a set of tools to enable decision-making are both components of a geographic data warehouse. In this study, we investigate the requirements for developing a recommendation of spatial data warehouse (SDW) that makes advantage of the implementation the geographical data analysis and data visualization in tourism sector. Methodology of this research using qualitative analysis. The SDW Tourism sector technology model, on which work has been going on for some time, will be a driving factor in this study that aim to create a recommendation for integrated tourism data environments to assist with decision-making. It is possible to bring together in a single location not only non-spatial data but also spatial data, as well as applications that are now running on multiple platforms and databases. The output of this research makes a recommendation to construct a spatial data warehouse based on existing data, and diagram of how the data from the data warehouse will be used in the tourism sector.
