Abstract

The rejection of the RKUHP is voiced throughout the country. In the demands of students, the RKUHP was canceled. The emergence of RKUHP became a controversy so there was a lot of resistance from the community. One of the bills is expanding the definition of rape. In RKUHP, rape occurs as long as there is male to female violence. "Including rape and criminal offenses as referred to in paragraph (1) includes acts of: a. Intercourse with someone with his consent, because the person believes that the person is a legitimate husband / wife". Thus reads Article 480 paragraph 2 ". That definition, a husband can rape his wife. With the condition that the wife does not want to have intercourse and the husband will use violence When compared to the Criminal Code used today, there has been a shift in the definition of rape. Because, "rape" in the RKUHP can be done by a legitimate partner. While in the Penal Code, rape occurs when the perpetrators and victims are not bound by marriage. The method used is the use of diction in the written language. Formulation of the problem 1) How is the husband and wife's response to the polemic of RKUHP article 480. 2) How is the use of the rape diction in the Law? The results of the study can be concluded that, the responses of some respondents with the status of husband and wife are not supportive of the ratification of the Act, because there is no word of rape in marital ties, and has been regulated by the law on sexual violence in the household. The use of diction section article 480 in terms of accuracy, accuracy, harmony is not fully applied to the criteria for using diction. In the controversy article 480 verse 2 that uses the word multi-interpretation it should be reviewed. The word rape, including the popular diction, is inappropriate for article 480 paragraph 2. According to the government RKUHP article 480 paragraph 2 is an article that protects women. But the reader's point of view, in the relationship of husband and wife there is no term raping.

Abstract

Pemerintah desa sangat berperan dalam setiap kegiatan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di desanya serta harus mampu menjalankan tugasnya dalam melaksanakan pembinaan masyarakat, pembangunan serta pemberdayaan masyarakat desa . Sejalan dengan hal ini, maka penelitian ini berujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pemerintah desa dalam rangka pelaksanaan pembangunan masyarakat desa di desa Bontomanai Kecamatan Mangarabombang Kabupaten Takalar. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang memberikan gambaran mengenai permasalahan yang diteliti serta menyajikan data dan menganalisisnya. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara serta observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pemerintah desa dalam rangka pembangunan masyarakat desa sudah cukup baik, dengan beberapa indicator yang dikemukakan oleh Beranndian dan Russel yakni kuantitas kerja, kualitas kerja, pengetahuan kerja, kerjasama, kreativitas dan kualitias pribadi pemerintah desa dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan sehingga masih perlu ditingkatkan. Adapun indicator yang belum tercapai adalah pengetahuan kerja dan kreativitas pemerintah desa yang masih kurang dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the reading behavior of Takalar 1 High School students by using the information selection process analyst . The research was conducted because it was motivated by the low level of literacy in Indonesian society , including in Takalar District in the midst of the huge penetration of information technology . Research carried out by using a qualitative narrative method . Informants from the group of students is determined by random stratification , while the informant of the group of employees of the library is determined based on criteria specified . Results of the study showed that the behavior of reading students SMA Negeri 1 Takalar not support to the direction of the acceleration of literacy because they are actively doing the selection of the information that is up to him . Selection of these include selective exposure , selective attention , and selective retention . Selection is done based on the needs of affective , needs the integration of social , and needs escapist. Suggested perform interference to evoke the need cognitive them in order to conduct read them not just read for the need to look for entertainment and fun self

Abstract

ABSTRACT This Study aims to review infromation filtering system, explain the procec of decision making, and find out the factors that support infromation filtering in the process of the decision making. The research was conducted as a case study at the office of Spatial Planning and Building Service, Makassar. The data were colected through observations, interviews docomentation, and library research, and were analysed by using the qualitative analysis with the spradly model, analysis of domain and tasxonomi to describe the result of the study. The result several that information filtering is used in making decisions, estabilishing policies, and conducting internal and extenal activities at the Office of Spatial Planning and Building Services, Makassar, Information filtering is also used as a besic referance in making decisions and developing regulations. Communication accure in meetings, and information is given in reports and reutine information channel. Futhermore, the factor that support the information filtering system are : availability of data information, the open process information filtering in making decisions, good knowledge about the scope of the problem, responsibility for assigned tasks, and communication in the organisation (internal and external) and all working units.Key Word: Information Filtering

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pariwisata merupakan sektor yang paling potensial mendatangkan devisa dan paling mudah menciptakan lapangan kerja. Dalam konteks ini aktivitas ekonomi secara langsung akan meningkat serta memberi dampak baik dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat maupun dalam menunjang peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesiapan daerah dalam pengelolaan program kepariwisataan baik bagi peningkatan pembangunan maupun bagi peningkatan aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif serta pemilihan informan secara purposive sampling. Adapun teknik pengolhan dan analisis data dengan tahapan yaitu : reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi analisis studi kasus dengan mengambil kasus-kasus pada program kepriwisataan yang telah dilksanakan. Hasil penelitian penunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kepariwisataan masih perlu ditingkatkan sehingga dapat mendorong pengingkatan aktivitas ekonomi di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar.
