Abstract

Implementation of government procurement of goods/services requires competent human resources. The aims of this research are to describe and analyze the evaluation, effectiveness, driving and inhibiting factors of Policy Implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 16 of 2018 in Filling Functional Positions During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The scope of this research is to evaluate the filling of functional positions for the manager of the procurement of goods and services in the Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of Mojokerto Regency for the 2020 period. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the filling of functional positions for the manager of the procurement of goods and services in the Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of Mojokerto Regency has been running although it has not yet reached the target due to several factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan antara social demoghrafi, personal attitude, dan contextual terhadap motivasi dann minat mahasiswa berwirausaha, Penelitian ini didesain dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatifyang ditujukan untuk melihat pengaruh antar variabel dalam penelitian. Tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah tehnik nonprobability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden.alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala simantik differensial. Alat pengolahan data menggunakan structure equation modeling. Pengolahan data penelitian dimulai dengan pengujian analisis factor confirmatory (CFA) eksogen dan endogendan menghasilkan terpenuhinya syarat CFA eksogen dan endogen. Sehinga hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh social demografi, personal attitude, dan kontekstual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha, social demografi, personal attitude, dan kontekstual tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan motivasi berirausaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha.

Abstract

A company needs human resources to organize, manage, run, and control the resources owned by the company. Companies generally expect good performance from each employee in carrying out the tasks assigned by the company. Quality employees are able to realize the aspirations and goals of the company by presenting good performance. This study aims to examine the effect of placement on employee performance, examine the effect of job training on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. EJ International Eyelashes Purworejo. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample and obtained a sample of 95 respondents. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that had been tested and met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22.0 for windows. The conclusion of this study is that placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
