Untuk merespon tantangan globalisasi dan perubahan yang terjadi saat ini, pegawai Negeri sipil harus dapat belajar secara ekstensif untuk memenuhi permintaan operasi organisasi. Karyawan diminta tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme mereka, tetapi juga memiliki kemampuan untuk menangani beberapa operasi organisasi lainnya. Selain itu karyawan juga diminta untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri akan keberhasilan dalam menjalankan operasional yang dibebankan kepada mereka. Permasalahan mengenai kinerja merupakan permasalahan yang akan selalu dihadapi oleh pihak manajemen , karena itu manajemen perlu mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan tersebut akan membuat manajemen dapat mengambil berbagai kebijakan yang diperlukan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya agar sesuai dengan harapan manajemen. Dalam penelitian ini adapun sudut pandang penulis dalam melihat potensi kinejera pegawai dari sudut pandang internal masing-masing individu pegawai, melalu pendekatan self leadership, self efficeacy, dan kecerdasan intelektual.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory research. jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berada di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Mojokerto dengan jumlah 120 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik random sammpling, dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% sehingga ditemukan responden sebesar 92 responden.
Dalam penelitian ini analisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS Ver 22. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1) Self leadership, self efficacy, dan kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai ; 2) Self leadership berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3) Self efficacy berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai ; 4) Kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai dan 5) Kecerdasan intelektual dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai daripada variabel lainnya yaitu self efficacy dan self leadership.

Kodiklatad Polytechnic is one of the educational institutions in the Kodiklat TNI AD that conducts science and technology education. The education system applied in this institution is a combination of the education system that applies in the Army and the educational system that applies in the higher education environment. The application of the Basic Tri Pattern of Education remains valid and is integrated with the semester credit system that is commonly applicable in universities. The output of this education is that soldiers not only obtain superior attitudes and behaviors, mastery of knowledge and skills that are reliable and soldiers who are willing but also obtain a degree that is recognized by the Directorate General of Higher Education Ministry of Research and Higher Education. The utilization of teaching staff at the Kodiklatad Polytechnic needs to be professionally managed so that the balance between the needs of the teaching staff and the interests and abilities of the educational institution is realized. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of educators at the Kodiklatad Polytechnic to achieve maximum performance. This study aims to examine the effect of Self-financing on Training quality and the impact on learning motivation of trainees at UPT BLK Singosari-Malang. This research is important because in the researchers knowledge it has never been studied before and can contribute to Singosari BLK UPT to determine appropriate Self-financing and training. The study population was 60 participants who had attended training at UPT BLK Singosari during 2019 using Self-financing. Because the samples are small, this study uses a census sample, where a total of 60 people are sampled. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Data was obtained by distributing a list of questions about the Self-financing variable and Training quality in relation to learning motivation to respondents. The data obtained were analyzed by multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that Self-financing directly has a significant effect on Training quality variable. Self-financing directly has a significant effect on variable Learning motivation. The Training quality directly has a significant effect on Learning motivation variable. Self-financing indirectly has a significant effect on Learning motivation mediated by Training quality.

Job opportunities and unemployment reduction become priority for human development in Malang City. Therefore, this study will examine the effect of job fair on unemployment reduction moderated by job opportunities. This study purposes are follow: 1) Knowing the effect of job fair on job opportunities in Malang City, 2) Knowing the effect of job fair on unemployment reduction in Malang City, 3) Knowing the effect of job opportunities on unemployment reduction in Malang City, 4) Knowing the effect of job fair on unemployment reduction mediated by job opportunities in Malang City. This is a survey research using explanatory research. This research was conducted in Malang City. This study used samples of 96 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire and filled in by respondents. From data obtained, a moderation analysis is done to examine the effect each variable. This research has four findings. First, job fair has positive and significant effect on job opportunities. Second, job fair has positive and significant effect on unemployment reduction. Third, job opportunities have positive and significant effect on unemployment reduction. Job opportunities mediated the effect of job fair on unemployment reduction.

The bank plays an essential role in the Indonesian economy. Service quality and employee performance have become a priority for human development in Malang City. Therefore, this study will examine the effect of training on employee performance mediated by service quality. These study purposes are as follow: 1) knowing the effect of training on service quality of Bank Jatim in Malang Region, 2) knowing the effect of service quality on employee performance of Bank Jatim in Malang Region, 3) knowing the effect of service quality on employee performance of Bank Jatim in Malang Region, 4) knowing the effect of training on employee performance mediated by service quality of Bank Jatim in Malang Region. This is a survey research using an explanatory approach. The research location was Bank Jatim in Malang Region, which 48 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire and filled in by respondents. From the data obtained, mediation analysis is done to examine the effect of each variable. This research has four findings. First, training has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Second, training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Third, Service quality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Service quality mediates the effect of training on employee performance.

This research aims to analyze the effect of accounting expert of audit committee on earnings management. This research also assesses the role of audit committee on earnings management with audit committee status as moderating variable. The population is all of firm’s which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling is used to collect data. Data used financial statements and annual report companies from Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Moderated regression analysis (MRA) is used to analyze the hypothesis. The result shows that accounting expert of audit committee has negative effect on earnings management. Yet, variable of audit committee status cannot moderate the relationship between accounting expert of audit committee and earnings management in Indonesia.

Penelitian penjelasan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel self motivation, budaya organisasi serta kepuasan kerja pada kinerja personel BAGTUUD Politeknik Angkatan Darat. Penelitian ini melibatkan 42 orang sampel yang diambil secara sensus dari personel BAGTUUD Politeknik Angkatan Darat. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Self motivation mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dari personel Bagtuud di Politeknik Angkatan Darat; (2) Budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dari personel Bagtuud di Politeknik Angkatan Darat; (3) Kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dari personel Bagtuud di Politeknik Angkatan Darat; (4) Self motivation mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dari personel Bagtuud di Politeknik Angkatan Darat; (5) Budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dari personel Bagtuud di Politeknik Angkatan Darat; (6) Self motivation mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja dari personel Bagtuud di Politeknik Angkatan Darat; (7) Budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja dari personel Bagtuud di Politeknik Angkatan Darat. Karakteristik Individu dan Kompetensi merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatnya kinerja khususnya bagi personel Bidang Umum dan Keyangan di Politeknik Angkatan Darat, karena dengan mempunyai karakteristik individu yang baik serta tingkat kompetensi yang tinggi maka akan membuat kinerja dari personel Bidang Umum dan Keuangan di Politeknik Angkatan Darat menjadi meningkat pula. Penelitian penjelasan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik individu, kompetensi, motivasi terhadap kinerja Personil Bidang Umum Dan Keuangan POLTEKAD Malang, dengan melibatkan 31 orang personel Bidang Umum dan Keuangan Poltekad secara sensus. Data penelitian terkumpul melalui kuesioner kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja; 2) Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja; 3) Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja; 4) Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja; 5) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja; 6) Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja melalui Motivasi Kerja; dan 7) Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja melalui Motivasi kerja. This research was conducted to analyse and describe about the attractiveness of Sariayu Hijab Shampoo advertisement for female students of State Polytechnic of Malang.This research employed qualitative approach mainly descriptive analysis, the location of research was in State Polytechnic of Malang. The informants used were female students of State Polytechnic of Malang who had watched the advertisement through Youtube. The result of interview was treated as primary data which was used to gain description about the attractiveness of Sariayu Hijab adverstisement. The result shows that the advertisement was used to remind, persuade and inform in the process of developing a product brand image.In addition, hiring Alyssa Soebandono as the brand ambassador of Sariayu Hijab shampoo has been proved to create attractiveness to present choices to consumers to buy the shampoo for hair treatment especially for women who wear hijab. The use of visual elements and picture in the advertisement is a company method to feature the product being introduced to the public. This is in line with the image being developed by the company which is focused on describing an Islamic beauty product as well as a shampoo for women with hijab.Therefore, the use of brand ambassador fits with the image of a beautiful woman who has good personality to attract consumers mainly and finally increase the sale of the shampoo. The use of electronic advertisement by the company has been proved to be effective since it causes consumers buy the product after watching the ad. It shows that the information being delivered to consumers about the advantages of Sariayu Hijab shampoo can be well accepted by public.

Latar belakang penelitian adalah Salah satu kegiatan yang menunjang pariwisata Kota Batu adalah penyediaan akomodasi berupa tempat-tempat penginapan yang memadai bagi wisatawan yang masuk Kota Batu. Puluhan Hotel berbintang dan ratusan hotel non bintang seperti homestay dan vila, siap menyediakan fasilitas akomodasi bagi pengunjung Kota Wisata Batu. Peningkatan jumlah hotel tersebut merupakan indikator yang menunjukkan semakin tingginya persaingan jasa perhotelan. Salah satu indikator keberhasilan hotel dalam memperoleh pelanggan adalah dengan memberikan jaminan kepuasan. kepuasan konsumen adalah perasaan senang atau kecewa seseorang yang muncul setelah membandingkan kinerja (hasil) produk/jasa yang dipikirkan terhadap kinerja (hasil) yang diharapkan. Kepusan merupakan salah satu indicator keberhasilan dalam kinerjanya sehingga dapat menjamin terjadinya loyalitas pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas pelayanan jasa terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Hotel Purnama, (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Hotel Purnama, (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas pelayanan jasa terhadap kepercayaan konsumen pada Hotel Purnama, (4) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas harga terhadap kepercayaan konsumen pada Hotel Purnama. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 87 pelanggan, analisis data menggunakan model struktur (Inner Model). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kualitas pelayanan, kualiats harga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
