Abstract

Islamic Municipal Bonds (sukuk) is one out of fund sources that can be used by regions for financing regional development projects. However, discussion about the Islamic Municipal Bonds issuing in Indonesia are still in the form of discourse. The aims of this study are to analyze the problem of issuing Islamic Municipal Bonds in Indonesia, and to find the best solutions and strategies for launching sukuk in Indonesia. The method that used in this research was the concept of Tawhidy String Relation (TSR) combined with the Delphi and the Analytical Network Process (ANP). The 2 (two) main problems that become obstacles and also root causes in the publishing of Islamic Municipal Bonds are low literacy of sharia and legal and regulatory barriers. The implication of this research was that sharia economic actors could improve economic and financial literacy of sharia. Meanwhile, regarding legal and regulatory issues, the government must encourage the creation of harmonization of laws and implementing regulations that provide legal certainty and accelerate the implementation of the issuance of regional sukuk in Indonesia. Finally, by publishing the Islamic Municipal Bonds, there is an increase in cross-sectoral economic activities based on sharia economics.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of Third-Party Funds, Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and Return on Assets on Credit Distribution. As well as the role of ROA which becomes mediation in PT. XYZ. This study uses samples in the form of publication balance sheet reports from PT. XYZ in the period 2019-2021. This research is a quantitative research using SEM PLS techniques through the help of smart pls 3.0 software. The results of the study found that DPK significantly affects PK, with a statistical T value of 6,556 > 1.96 and the original sample of -0.773. The absence of influence of NPL on PK due to its statistical T value of 0.868 < 1.96 and the original sample of -0.146 has a negative relationship to credit distribution. ROA has no direct influence on PK with a statistical T value of 0.006 < 1.96 and the original sample of -0.002 has a negative relationship meaning to PK. DPK had a significant negative influence on ROA with a statistical T value of 2,966 > 1.96 and the original sample of -0.657 having a negative relationship direction. There is no effect of NPL on ROA with a Statistical T value of 0.205 < 1.96 and the original sample of 0.056 has a positive relationship to ROA. NPL has no influence over PK through ROA mediation with its Statistical T value of 0.001<1.96.

Abstract

The performance of an educational institution is considered to have a negative impact due to the high percentage of students who do not graduate on time. Therefore, the number of students must be calculated and anticipated, so this paper needs to propose a model for predicting student graduation rates and predicting the time of graduation for each student. The K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method and algorithm were developed using Case-Based Reasoning (CBR). The research was conducted with training data taken from data from students who had graduated, and as a trial, the sixth-semester student data was used. The research attributes required to consist of the grade 1 to semester 5 of the achievement index (IPS) and the students' age. Model testing is carried out with four scenarios where the distribution of training data and testing data is also needed as support. The experimental results show that the stability of the data accuracy value on CBS using the KNN algorithm is found in the 90% training data scenario and 10% test data, namely 90.24% with the closest neighbors K = 5, K = 7, and K = 9. It can be concluded that the model. The resulting prediction system can predict whether students will graduate on time or not. This research will be helpful if implemented in higher education performance to increase student achievement to graduate on time.

Abstract

Current global businesses focus on interacting with customers by creating an online brand community to create market venues to be more successful. However, creating a venue for brands comes with a high challenge in terms of managing the media and the activities to be unique and draw in more customers. This research aims to study and confirm the online brand community components in gadget products, which are the products that many people talk about and exchange their experiences in terms of the brands. To understand the major component of creating an online community, the researcher collected the data using an online questionnaire with 400 people who had purchased electronic accessories or gadgets through an e-commerce channel. The result from the analysis of the confirmation components revealed that the online brand communities consist of three following components: the feeling of inclusiveness within the communities, shared norms and traditions, and the feeling of responsibility towards the communities.
