Abstract

Dissent unity eventually will be depleted little by little, fraternity will be depleted. Differences of opinion are prohibited from the Qur'an and Sunnah. Solutions dissent is read fiqh books are there, if any argument then the next step please Takhrij Hadith worship in terms of sanad and matannya. If there is already a noble task argument then we next return track  sanad and the Hadith of as matan. If there are differences of opinion then restore the Qur'an and Sunnah. The aimmatul schools wrote the opinion, because of the limited sunnah they found they were not wrong. Our job resume their message, if there is sunnah that sohih, then resume practicing sunnah that you leave our opinion. Aimmatul the four schools and in others is Sunnah wal Jamaah sect, not a school of their names. If the four schools of Sunnah wal Jamaah sect of course we too should Sunnah wal Jamaah. Finally was reached a people who are united to cling to the Sunnah wal Jamaah, much of the dissent. The motto of dissent is grace neglected, then reached common understanding that grace according to the duties of the Prophet was sent rohmatal lil'alamin.

Abstract

This paper discusses techniques and ways of dealing with problems in the household, which at the core of the problem in this paper is how to manage conflict in the household according to Islamic teachings. To answer this problem, the author uses qualitative methods through the Qur'an and the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad which tell about solutions to overcome conflicts in the household.In this paper, the author finds that Rasulullah SAW provides many descriptions in managing conflicts in the household, even the concepts put forward by the Prophet Muhammad have been popularized by intellectuals of the New Age, of course, with different language editors.This study is very interesting to discuss, especially in the era of the Covid 19 pandemic because at this time the economy in Indonesia was affected by the pandemic, yet other aspects were exacerbated by Cocid 19 so that it also resulted in conflicts within households which inevitably had to be addressed wisely .

Abstract

The aim of this research is that it is hoped that this research will contribute in terms of science and open up new opportunities for future researchers to examine more deeply the development of Islamic law in the field of human rights. The research method used is a qualitative methodology in the form of thematic research or library research. The results of this study, the researcher got several points or conclusions, including the source of the determination of human rights which is far different between Islamic studies that originate from the al-Qur'an and ḥadis and the West with philosophical guidelines without revelation guidance.

Abstract

Criminal psychology is the science of psychology (behavioral and psychiatric conditions) villains and all related directly or indirectly to the acts committed and the consequences. Criminal psychology in this case also studied the behavior of individuals in particular and why it appears social behavior or criminal nature. According to psychologists, the crime is a human behavior that is unlawful.

Abstract

Dilihat dari lintasan sejarah yang  panjang, walaupun secara kuantitas munculnya organisasi-organisasi perempuan di Indonesia sebagai component civil society yang cukup besar. Akan tetapi masih belum sepenuhnya mampu memperbaiki posisi dan kondisi kaum perempuan. Pada masa Orde Baru perkembangan organisasi perempuan di Indonesia begitu berkembang secara pesat. Akan tetapi, ada kesan bahwa organisasi perempuan pada era ini mengalami hegemoni bekerja hanya untuk kepentingan Negara saja, belum menjadi gerakan social yang memperjuangkan sebuah transformasi social dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

This article describes the statute of wills to non-Muslims, which is the main formula in this paper is about how the legal status of wills to non-Muslims, especially regarding wills related to property, so to answer this problem here the author uses a qualitative method, namely seeking from books that discuss this topic, which the author then concludes with the deductive method.In this paper, the author finds that in determining the will to non-Muslims there are disputes among the ulama of the mazhab, some of which are of the opinion that it is haram and some are of the opinion that it is permissible. Even in Indonesia, there is a concept, namely wills, which is an alternative for judges to distribute inheritance to adopted children. Not only that, many experts also interpret the concept of the mandatory will to give to close relatives who do not get an inheritance even though they are in great need of it materially, this is the solution to cover the problem even though the close relative is non-Muslim, as long as the non-Muslim is not an infidel harb namely infidels who fight against Islam.This study is very interesting to study, considering the plurality of Indonesian citizens who of course there is brotherhood between Muslims and non-Muslims, including the rise of interfaith marriages, this study must be developed as their reference in addressing this kind of problem.
