Abstract

Perilaku asertif perempun Minangkabau dan Batak implikasinya dalam layanan bimbingan konseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku asertif perempuan yang berlatar budaya Minangkabau dan Batak. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 245 (114 siswa Minangkabau dan 131 siswa Batak) yang dipilih dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala perilaku asertif dengan tingkat reliabiltasnya sebesar 0,930. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Independent Sample T-Test dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 20.00. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhanrata-rata perilaku asertif perempuan pada kategori sedang, dimana rata-rata perempuan berlatar budaya Minangkabau sebesar 68,36% sedangkan pada perempuan  berlatar belakang budaya Batak sebesar 65,88%. Secara umum, terdapat perbedaan perilaku asertif perempuan Minangkabau dan Batak, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.001. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada konselor dalam proses permberian layanan konseling harus menggunakan teknik penstrukturan, terutama menjelaskan azas kerahasiaan dan azas keterbukaan pada tahap awal konseling kepada siswa. Abstract

The spread of a COVID-19 pandemic has made restlessness, anxiety, stress even depression in society. It also encountered by the students who are undergoing an online learning process, the online learning systems with different learning weights than usual make students depressed and even stressed. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to reveal the level of Junior High School students' stress learning during the COVID-19 pandemic reviewed from gender differences. This research is a comparative quantitative study aimed to compare the difference in learning stress levels of students. This research involved 78 students of State Junior High School 24 Kerinci as respondents. The research data was obtained by using the learning stress scale developed by researchers and analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test. The results of this study show that there is no difference in learning stress levels among male and female students during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa di SMK N 59 Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini, yaitu : kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimen (eksperimen semu) dengan menggunalakn desain one group pre- test, post- test designt. Data dan sumber penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MM 2. Dengan teknik penarikan sampel teknik non random sampling, yaitu dengan metode sampling purposif ( purposive sampling, menjadi 9 siswa dari jumlah populasi siswa kelas XI. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa gambaran motivasi belajar siswa di SMKN 59 Jakarta, saat pre test berada pada kategori sedang dan post test kategori tinggi dibuktikan dengan nilai uji statistic ≤ Ttabel, yaitu 0 ≤ 5, maka kesimpilan dari penelitian ini adalah Ho ditolak H1 diterima, artinya terdapat perbedaan hasil antara pre- test dan post- test, adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa setelah dilakukannya layanan bimbingan kelompok, dengan kata lain layanan bimbingan kelompok efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMK N 59 Jakarta.

Abstract

Problem solving must be owned by everyone, because in life everyone must have a problem, for that the importance of improving problem solving skills. This study focuses on women who are victims of domestic violence. The effects of domestic violence are a matter of concern, because some victims prefer to be quiet rather than sharing family problems with others or counselors. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. Sampling uses a purposive sampling technique that is using certain criteria. The number of samples was 64 people (ages ranging from 25-56 years). The instrument used was a problem harassment instrument for victims of domestic violence who had 34 items. The results showed a solution to the problem of victims of domestic violence from counseling, ethnicity, and education services, M = 106.45, Md = 106.00, Mode = 85.00. Women victims of domestic violence who have done counseling and counseling services are better able to solve family problems than those who have never had counseling, and education influences the problem solving of women victims of domestic violence.

Abstract

Academic procrastination can be defined as a person's tendency to delay activities related to academics. We can find procrastination at every level of education, especially in college. One of the causes of procrastination in students because college students have greater responsibilities and demands than before. This research analyzed the effectiveness of role playing in information services to reduce student academic procrastination by uses a quantitative methods. The type of this research is Quasi Experiment with The Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The sample of this study were students majoring in Curriculum and Educational Technology, with 32 students in experimental group of and 32 students in control group. The research instrument used was a Likert Scale model, then it was analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and Rasch model. The results of this study generally indicate that information services using role playing are effective to reducing academic procrastination for students
