Abstract

Gisik Cemandi Village, Sedati districts is a village located in the coastal area of Sidoarjo Regency. This geographical condition has resulted in the hamlet of Gisik Cemandi having abundant natural resources and economic potential so that it can be developed and utilized as a business unit in the form of BUMDesa. The formation of a BUMDesa has a significant role to play in accelerating the economic development of Gisik Cemandi Village in realizing an independent village and a more prosperous community. However, due to several social problems, the formation of BUMDesa in Gisik Cemandi Village has not yet been realized. This study aims to determine the urgency of establishing BUMDesa in Gisik Cemandi Village through SWOT analysis (Strengths and Opportunities also Threats and Weakness). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study describe the formation of BUMDesa in the village of Gisik Cemandi, Sedati sub-district, Sidoarjo district, which is very much needed based on a SWOT analysis, which shows that the formation of Bumdesa is crucial to support the welfare of the village community and the economic sustainability of the village of Gisik Cemandi.

Abstract

Anxiety during pregnancy almost occurs in all pregnant women in each trimester of pregnancy especially in Primigravida mothers. Anxiety during pregnancy is caused both physically and psychologically. One of the anxiety lowering therapies is Dhyana meditation or Mind concentration. By practicing meditation or concentration of thought get used to being happy at all times, in all even difficult situations, it will gradually free the dir from posikological problems such as anxiety, disappointment and stress. Purpose: this study is to analyze the influence of Dhyana Education on Knowledge in Lowering anxiety in pregnant women. This study uses quasi experiment method and one group pretest-posttest approach. The samples in this study were taken in total sampling as many as 49 pregnant women. Method: Research tool using Dhyana Education questionnaire in lowering anxiety in pregnant women, statistics test using sample paired T-Test. Result: this study shows there is an educational influence of Meditation on knowledge in lowering anxiety in pregnant women primigravida value p= 0.000 (p-value<0.05). Conclusion: Dhyana education affects knowledge in lowering anxiety during pregnancy.

Abstract

The argument for equality before the law in the criminal justice system has not yet contributed to justice to justice seekers. This can be proven in the criminal justice system in Indonesia, where the Public Prosecutor as state attorney who represents the public interest as well as the victim, does not get legal standing, and has no legal standing. law to undertake a legal reconsideration effort. in the course of the criminal justice practice has broken the positivistic legalism which is marked by the emergence of decisions of the Supreme Court which grant the request for reconsideration by the Public Prosecutor. In this case also the decision will be used as a jurisprudence in the future for the same case. Therefore, it is interesting to study and analyze, by formulating two problems, what are the considerations of the Supreme Court in accepting legal remedies for review by the public prosecutor, how to redesign the legal standing of the review by the public prosecutor. This research is a juridical-normative legal research with data collection methods, namely literature study and descriptive-qualitative analysis. The conclusion of this research, the judge in granting the request for reconsideration by the Public Prosecutor, among others, applied the Equality of Arms Principle for a fair trail trial, secondly, revised the Criminal Procedure Code regarding the expansion of the subject of the applicant for legal reconsideration efforts, such as that contained in the Draft Criminal Procedure Code

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out the influence between the economic growth, education, unemployment, and poverty in Malang City from 2005 to 2019. Secondary data of the study was obtained through the Central Bureau of Statistics website in East Java and Malang City. The method used was quantitative research using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model. From the results of the study can be concluded that economic growth has a positive and significant impact on poverty in Malang City. This is known according to t count more than t table (2.668 ≥ 2.201) and the significance level of 0.022. On the other hand, education cannot significantly influence the poverty in Malang City with the t count less than t table (1.309 ≤ 2.201) and seen from the significance level of 0.217. Meanwhile, unemployment has a positive and significant impact on the poverty in Malang City seen from the t count more than t table (6.052 ≥ 2.201) and from the significance level of 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about the effects of economic growth, distric minimum wages, and unemployment on poverty in Madiun Regency in 2002-2019. This research utilizes secondary data sources which are data collected by researchers through the statistical center of East Java and Madiun. By adopting a quantitatibe approach method through multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model. This study is able to show an increase in the economy along with the distric minimum wage,so that the influence variabel of economic growth and distric minimum wages on poverty in Madiun Regency is considered to have a significant effect and negative. However, unemployment variabel on poverty in Madiun doesn’t have a significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how Erich Fromm's views on love, as well as to see the position of love in the whole building of Erich Fromm's Humanistic Ethics, especially in the social life of modern society today. The research method used to achieve these goals is literature study. Erich Fromm has a unique view of love. Love according to Erich Fromm is art. The art of love is manifested in active actions and is fully recognized by humans as subjects. Erich Fromm's view is his criticism of society who misunderstands love. This misunderstanding causes love to fail to become a way out of human alienation. People during Erich Fromm's time practiced love passively, namely positioning themselves and others as objects of love. More or less the same thing is still experienced by modern society today. In his ethics, Erich Fromm is of the view that humans must go through a harmonious individuation process so that they can achieve a productive character. This productive human character is capable of being the real subject or actor in the act of thinking, working, and loving. In modern times, the use of the internet in all sides of people's lives creates both convenience and difficulty for humans to become productive individuals so that they can become artists of love.

Abstract

The purpose of the research for indicate the impact of the lifestyles and location on the buying decision in OKUI Kopi 3.0 Surabaya. This type of quantitative research by distributing questionnaires using purposive sampling technique to 63 respondents. The data analysis used the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method based on the component which uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. The result of this research reveal that the lifestyles and location variables take a positive effect on buying decision of OKUI Kopi 3.0 Surabaya. With a high lifestyle of the customer and a location or place to comply this lifestyle that is easily accessible to consumers, it will increase consumer decisions to make purchases.

Abstract

Asmat regency has a mushy soil system, and nearly all of Asmat's buildings are constructed on swamp. As a result, wood has become the most important infrastructure necessity in Asmat, and people are harvesting wood from the forest to meet this need. The regulation on timber retrieval in Asmat will be governed in Perbup Asmat No 8 Tahun 2019, which was published with local wisdom in mind. This is an observational legal study, in which data was gathered through interviews and literature reviews. The data analysis method in this study was done qualitatively. Following that, the data was systematically analyzed in order to gain clarification on the topics to be addressed. The Asmat Local Government's authority to administer forests is immediately taken away with the enactment of Law 23 of 2014. As a result, Perbup Asmat No. 8 Year 2019 no longer applies as a guide to the rules for taking timber and forest products in Asmat. Since the vast Asmat forest, which is divided by a massive river, is only protected by two government employees, the province's authority over forest management has weakened forest surveillance in Asmat. Positive logging legislation is becoming more difficult to implement. If the implementation of positive law is not applied, the current laws will undoubtedly be broken. However, if the positive laws are applied, the group would be unable to take wood from the trees, resulting in the Asmat people's economic demise. This is due to the fact that wood has become the Asmat people's primary need.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of exchange rates, inflation, money supply, external debt, and gross domestic product on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia in the quarter of 2016 to 2020. Secondary data in this study was obtained through the website of the Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia. This study used quantitative methods and used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model. It can be concluded that the exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves, the amount of money supply and external debt has a positive and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves, while for inflation and external debt has a positive but insignificant influence on foreign exchange reserves.

Abstract

The Puncak Jaya people are an indigenous people who still use customary law to resolve criminal cases. The use of customary law to settle criminal cases in Puncak Jaya is thought to be more successful because it can fully resolve criminal cases. Since the use of positive state legislation to resolve criminal proceedings is considered incapable of meeting the interests of both parties and may lead to tribal wars. Polri is a law enforcement agency tasked with maintaining stability and enforcing positive law in the resolution of criminal cases. The issue would then arise as the community is more likely to use common law to resolve criminal cases. This study was conducted in Puncak Jaya Regency, and it is a normative juridical study in which the data for this study was collected through a literature review. The state recognizes the existence of customary law, as specified in Article 18B paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution. Because of cultural customs, the Puncak Jaya community tends to resolve criminal cases using customary law. Besides, customary law is thought to be more able to accommodate the interests of those involved in criminal proceedings, owing to the presence of customary fines as punishment for customary offenses. The National Police, in carrying out its function as a law enforcement officer, must be aware of the presence of customary law as a state-recognized law and live in the Puncak Jaya culture. Finally, law enforcement's function is to ensure that all parties involved in criminal cases are satisfied.
