Abstract

This study was aimed to determine theinhibiting factors of swimming exercise of eighth grade students at State Senior High School 1 Muara enim. This study was descriptive research with survey methods. The data collection technique used was questioners. The questioners were determining the internal and external factors including 29 items.  The population was Ten grade students at State senior High School 1 Muara enimtotaling of 130 students. Data analyses technique used was descriptive analyses. The results indicatedthat theinhibiting factors of swimming exercise of Ten grade students at State Senior High School 1 Muara enimwere 9 students (6,9%) had very high category, 22 students (16,9%) had high category, 56 students (43,1%)  had medium category, 40 students (30,8%) had low category and 3 students (2,3%) had very low category. Abstract

This study entitled Relationship of agility with basketball dribbling skills at students of Junior hight school 43 Palembang state, the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of agility with basketball dribbling skills at students of Junior hight school 43 Palembang state. The method used in this study is the Correlation research method. This research is a type of associative research by looking for the relationship between agility of the body towards the ball dribbling skills in basketball games. The research variable is everything in the form that is determined by the researcher to be studied so that information about it is obtained, then conclusions are drawn, samples in the study there are 25 students. To process the test results, statistical steps are used which are guided by the product moment correlation formula with 1. Test the correlation coefficient, 2. Significance test, 3. Determination test.The results of this study are from the calculation results show that the relationship or correlation coefficient between agility (X) and dribbling skills (Y) is rxy = 0.725. To see the strength of the relationship between the two variables, the authors refer to the guidelines made by Sugiyono (2012: 231) where the value of 0.725 in the interval between 0.60 - 0.799 which states that the relationship between the two variables is strong and Based on existing calculations, then α = 0.05 and n = 23, two-party test dk = n - 2 = 25 - 2 = 23 so that t table = 1.714 is obtained. It turns out that tcount is greater than t table, or 5.0484> 1.714. Then Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the relationship of agility with ball dribbling skills at students of Junior hight school 43 Palembang state. Keyword : Basketball, Agility, Dribbling skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of KK, KTP, and AK services in Samarinda Kota sub district and its factors influencing the effectiveness of KK, KTP, AKservices.The research used field research method which gives an overview on the effectiveness of KK, KTP, and AK services in Samarinda Kota sub district. Data collection techniques use observation techniques, interviews, and media questionnaires by selecting informants who play a role and are involved technically and functionally in service delivery to the community. The data obtained are then analyzed qualitatively and supported by quantitative data.The results showed that service implementation in Samarinda Kota sub-district, especially in the field of population administration and civil registration is done in accordance with existing mechanism and regulation which have been determined by seeing some service indicator such as simplicity is in very safe category with 6.67% and certainty of service procedure and tariff cost are in accordance with the value of 88.33% and 70% respectively, the security and convenience of facilities and infrastructure are in safe and comfortable category with 65% and 73.33% respectively, openness about the ease of obtaining information and provisions services in the categories easy and explained if requested with the value of 71.67% and 63.33% respectively, economical about the cost of KK rates, ID cards, AK category Rp 10,000 - Rp 15,000, equitable fairness with a value of 60%, the timeliness is in category 1 - 2 days, and the efficiency is an exact category with a value of 80%.  And the factors that affect the service is the resources apparatus, facilities and infrastructure, and public awareness. Keywords: Effectiveness, Public Service

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of the Parliement Secretariat staff, to find out the efforts that have been made to improve employee performance and to find out the obstacles found in improving employee performanceThis study uses a qualitative approach. qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of systematic explanations of the research conducted. With a qualitative approach, the researcher conducts research on a scientific setting, meaning the researcher sees the reality in the field. In this case the researcher observed the efforts made to improve the performance of the Banjar Regency Council secretariat staff.The results showed that the factors that influenced the performance of the Banjar Regency DPRD Secretariat employees were seen from the ability consisting of education, the employees were mostly high school educated, training followed only based on duties and responsibilities, motivation of non-permanent employees based on the benefits received did not meet life necessities, supervision carried out is informal, that is by giving direction only, the condition of facilities and infrastructure is still inadequate to support work, and the physical condition of the work environment is still under repair. Efforts that have been made to improve employee performance are by participating in training, giving motivation, improving the physical condition of the work environment and procuring computers and providing an opportunity to be able to continue formal education to a higher level. Keywords : Factors, performance, parliement secretariate staff

Abstract

This is a library-comparative research of the profit mechanism assessment and measurement of two calculation methods, which is between conventional models and sharia models. The approaches used in this study consists of four; normative approach, sociological approach, historical approach; and philosophical approach. The four approaches used with the aim to reveal the method of calculating profits with the Islamic accounting system. The data obtained from the literature is then processed by making reductions and classifications to draw the relationships pattern between the data found and the core problem of this study. The processed data is then analyzed to find answers to the problems of this research.This research finds that there are significant differences where the sharia system has more benefits. In Islamic accounting, the calculation model can encourage the economic growth of the people. Thus the element of sharia is clearly able to bring goodness and salvation (maslahah) in the life of mankind.The results of this study are intended to provide public knowledge and understanding of the sharia method which not only brings worldly benefits but also avoids the harm that affects the lives of the world and the hereafter. Abstract

The aims of this research were 1) to analyze the significant effect of individual characteristics on employees’ performance partially, 2) to analyze the significant effect of job characteristics on employees’ performance partially, 3) to analyze the significant effect of organizational characteristics on employees’ performance partially, 4) to analyze the significant effect of individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational characteristics on employees’ performance simultaneously. The types of research was causal research. The populations were employees at PT. Trans Nusantara Borneo (TNB), with 30 peoples as samples in this research and sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. The method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of research showed that individual characteristics have insignificant effect on employees’ performance partially. Job characteristics and organizational characteristics have significant effect on employees’ performance partially. Individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational characteristics have significant effect on employees’ performance simultaneously.                                                            Keywords: Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics, Organizational Characteristics, Employees’ Performance.
