Abstract

The results of the study showed that the results of the community satisfaction survey on public service types of population administration in Mekarsari District Barito Kuala Regency based on the Community Satisfaction Index Value (IKM) was 77.25 which was included in the "Good" category, where the highest satisfaction value was for the service procedure element , and Cost / Tariff (3.6) and the lowest satisfaction value is for the Handling of Complaints, Suggestions and Inputs with a value (2.1). Efforts to improve service performance: (a). make proposals to add employees to the district government, (b). maximizing available resources, (c). Open opportunities for school children and students who want to carry out an internship program, (d). For the quality of human resources, provide opportunities to improve their competence, both advanced studies and attending education and training, (e). While other efforts related to facilities and infrastructure such as computer equipment, the sub-district has also proposed additional procurement of computer equipment to the district government.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of the Parliement Secretariat staff, to find out the efforts that have been made to improve employee performance and to find out the obstacles found in improving employee performanceThis study uses a qualitative approach. qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of systematic explanations of the research conducted. With a qualitative approach, the researcher conducts research on a scientific setting, meaning the researcher sees the reality in the field. In this case the researcher observed the efforts made to improve the performance of the Banjar Regency Council secretariat staff.The results showed that the factors that influenced the performance of the Banjar Regency DPRD Secretariat employees were seen from the ability consisting of education, the employees were mostly high school educated, training followed only based on duties and responsibilities, motivation of non-permanent employees based on the benefits received did not meet life necessities, supervision carried out is informal, that is by giving direction only, the condition of facilities and infrastructure is still inadequate to support work, and the physical condition of the work environment is still under repair. Efforts that have been made to improve employee performance are by participating in training, giving motivation, improving the physical condition of the work environment and procuring computers and providing an opportunity to be able to continue formal education to a higher level. Keywords : Factors, performance, parliement secretariate staff

Abstract

The results of the study show that 1) The role of the Village Head in the developmentof the Village in Mekarsari Subdistrict as a policeman, innovator and stabilizer bycarrying out various plans, proposals and actions in achieving a better villagedevelopment goal. 2) Obstacles of the Village Head in carrying out village developmentin Mekarsar District, Barito Regency, among others: a) The still low quality of HumanResources or education of officials and the community who carry out the Villagedevelopment process in Mekarsari District. b) Limited budget for village developmentin Mekarsari District. c) Low allowances for the Village Head so that the level ofwelfare of the village head is very low. d) Lack of supervision and guidance to theVillage Head from the Regional Government. 3) Solution of the Village Head inimplementing Village development in Mekarsar District, Barito Kuala Regency, amongothers: a) Improving the quality of Human Resources and education of officials and thecommunity who carry out the Village development process in Mekarsari District. b)Propose additional budgets for village development in Mekarsari District. c) Increasingbenefits for the Village Head so that the level of welfare of the village head becomesbetter. d) Improve supervision and guidance to the Village Head from the RegionalGovernment, so that the implementation of development runs smoothly.

Abstract

Abstract: The research objectives were to determine the implementation of the 2018 Madrasah Aliyah Darul Azhar School Operational Assistance Fund for Tanah Bumbu Regency, to evaluate the implementation of the School Operational Assistance Program, and to determine the impact of the Implementation of the School Operational Assistance Program. The research method uses the evaluation method with descriptive evaluation research design, the approach in this study uses a phenemenological approach that is possible to reveal the reality that describes the situation comprehensively with the real context of the Implementation of the BOS Fund Program at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Azhar Tanah Bumbu 2018 The results show that the implementation of the Operational Assistance Program for Madrasah Aliyah Darul Azhar Schools in Tanah Bumbu Regency in 2018 has been going well, it is necessary to emphasize the socialization, communication, and resources of the implementation of the RKAM Program and the BOS LPJ Fund, as well as the impact of good BOS Fund assistance on indicators. which is beneficial for students and helps with madrasah operational costs. Abstraksi: Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Implementasi Program Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Darul Azhar Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu Tahun 2018, mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Operasional Sekolah, dan untuk mengetahui dampak Implementasi Program Bantuan Operasional Sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode evaluasi dengan desain penelitian evaluasi deskriptif, pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenemenologis yang dimungkinkan untuk mengungkap realitas yang menggambarkan keadaan secara komprehensif dengan konteks nyata Implementasi Program Dana BOS di Madrasah Aliyah Darul Azhar Tanah Bumbu 2018 Dari Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Program Bantuan Operasional Sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Darul Azhar Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu tahun 2018 telah berjalan dengan baik, perlu ditekankan sosialisasi, komunikasi, dan sumber daya Implementasi Program RKAM dan Dana LPJ BOS, serta dampak bantuan Dana BOS yang baik terhadap indikator yang bermanfaat bagi siswa dan membantu biaya operasional madrasah.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to prove whether there is an influence between liquidity, solvency, and activity on the net profit margin. The variables studied are part of financial ratios, namely, current ratio (CR) as a proxy for liquidity, Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) as a proxy for solvency, and Total Asset Turnover (TAT) as a proxy for activity, all three are independent variables. Meanwhile, Net Profit Margin (NPM) is a proxy for probability which is the dependent variable. Researchers used quantitative research methods, namely data obtained from secondary data in the form of financial statements. As for this research, the researcher uses multiple regression analysis method, with the help of SPSS version 23 software. value R2 is 0.616 or 61.6% which means that the independent variable (current ratio, debt to asset ratio, total asset turnover) is the influence on the dependent variable (net profit margin), while the remaining 37.7% is explained by other variables. Simultaneously (F test), liquidity proxied by CR, solvency as proxied by DAR, and TAT activity have a positive effect on NPM but not significant, but partially (t test), only TAT has a significant effect on NPM. Meanwhile, CR and DAR have no significant effect on NPM. Key Words: Financial Ratios, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Net Profit Margin (NPM) Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah terdapat pengaruh antara likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan aktivitas terhadap net profit margin. Adapun variabel yang diteliti adalah bagian dari rasio keuangan yaitu, current ratio (CR) sebagai proksi dari likuiditas, Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) sebagai proksi dari solvabilitas, dan Total Asset Turnover (TAT) sebagai proksi dari Aktivitas, ketiganya merupakan variabel independen. Sedangkan Net Profit Margin (NPM) sebagai proksi dari probabilitas yang merupakan variabel dependen. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian Kuantitatif, yaitu data yang diperoleh dari data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan. Adapun dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda, dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 23. Nilai R2 adalah 0.616 atau sebesar 61.6% yang berarti bahwa variabel independen (current ratio, debt to asset ratio, total asset turnover) merupakan pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen (net rofit margin), sedangkan sisanya 37.7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain. Secara simultan (uji F), likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan CR, solvabilitas yang diproksikan dengan DAR, dan aktivitas TAT berpengaruh positif terhadap NPM akan tetapi tidak signifikan, akan tetapi secara parsial (uji t), hanya TAT yang berpengaruh signfikan terhadap NPM. Sedangkan CR dan DAR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NPM. Kata Kunci: Rasio Keuangan, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Net Profit Margin (NPM)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the compensation system at PT. Blessings of our Banua. The research method used is descriptive method, data collection techniques using documentation, observation and interviews, while the data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. The results show that the Compensation System implemented by PT Berkah Banua Kita is a time system, where salaries are given every month based on the Regency/City Minimum Wage and Incentives Per Quarter, Overtime Wage System is given to employees who exceed the workload of more than 40 hours of work per week. . The Compensation Policy implemented is Direct Financial Compensation including basic salary according to the City Minimum Wage and Incentives given every three months, Overtime Wages, Holiday Allowances (THR) given during Religious Holidays such as Eid al-Fitr and Leave Allowances which are still given to Employees, Indirect Financial Compensation, namely through the provision of Health and Employment benefits and Non-Financial compensation. Keywords: Direct Financial Compensation, Salary, Benefits, Incentives, City Minimum Wage ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Sistem Kompensasi Pada PT. Berkah Banua Kita. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah Analisa Kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Kompensasi yang diterapkan oleh PT Berkah Banua Kita adalah sistem waktu, dimana gaji diberikan setiap bulan berdasarkan Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota dan Insentif Per Tri Wulan, Sistem Upah Lembur yang diberikan kepada Karyawan yang melebihi beban kerja diatas 40 Jam Kerja perminggu. Kebijakan Kompensasi yang dilaksanakan adalah Kompensasi Finansial Langsung meliputi gaji pokok sesuai Upah Minimum Kota dan Insentif yang diberikan per Tiga Bulan Sekali, Upah Lembur, Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) yang diberikan pada saat Hari Raya Keagamaan seperti Idul Fitri dan Tunjangan Cuti yang tetap diberikan kepada Karyawan, Kompensasi Finansial Tidak Langsung yaitu melalui pemberian tunjangan Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan dan kompensasi Non Finansial Kata Kunci : Kompensasi Finansial Langsung, Gaji, Tunjangan, Insentif, Upah Minimum Kota

Abstract

This study aims to determine the promotion mix at the Banjarmasin State Polytechnic Business Administration Study Program and to find out the obstacles faced and the efforts made related to the implementation of the Promotional Mix. This study uses descriptive methods, data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis.The results of this study indicate that the Business Administration Study Program in carrying out promotional activities is said to be still less than optimal related to promotions that are carried out only limited to advertising and publicity that are not paid to attract new prospective students to the Business Administration Study Program, the obstacle faced is the limited funding for promotional activities, and efforts are being made to increase other promotional mix activities to support existing activities, namely collaborating on other study programs, utilizing assistance from the extended family of the Business Administration Study Program, conducting promotions in learning activities for students, one of whose duties is to design promotions. and carry out promotional activities from other mixes such as public relations and direct marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the competence of Human Resources at PT. Main Vistra, to find out the obstacles faced in fulfilling employee competencies and the efforts or alternative solutions faced. To obtain valid data in research using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using documentation, observation, and interviews, with qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the human resource competencies at PT. Vistra Utama started with the recruitment process, which included administrative tests, written selection, and interviews, then continued with placement and development. Furthermore, the efforts made or alternative solutions that need to be made related to increasing competence are the need for cooperation with associations in the field of martial arts within the Banjarmasin City community in terms of recruiting prospective outsourced employees,  carrying out the On The Job Training and briefings held by PT Vistra Utama and Conduct work evaluation every six months or once a year.

Abstract

Abstract : The research has the following objectives to determine: (1) the role of the Purun Village Community Information Group (KIM) in increasing the income of the Purun craftsmen, (2) the constraints on the role of the Purun Village Community Information Group (KIM) in increasing the income of the Purun craftsmen, (2) the solutions in overcome the constraints of the role of the Community Information Group (KIM) of Kampung Purun in increasing the income of Purun craftsmen. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research form. Researchers used data collection techniques Interview, Observation, and Documentation. The results of the research show: (1) The role of the Community Information Group (KIM) of Kampung Purun in increasing the income of Purun craftsmen is an effort that can be a connector for delivering information to the community. In the role of the Community Information Group (KIM) of Kampung Purun, it is stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information No. 8/ Per/ M. Kominfo/6/ 2010 concerning Development and Empowerment of Social Communication Institutions. Community information groups including the Community Information Group (KIM) of Kampung Purun in increasing the income of Purun craftsmen, (2) Constraints on the role of the Community Information Group (KIM) of Purun Village in increasing the income of Purun craftsmen regarding aspects of the lack of quality of craftsmen, availability of marketing channels and available for business development, and (3) constraints on the role of the Purun Village Community Information Group (KIM) in increasing the income of purun craftsmen by improving the quality of craftsmen/HR in each business field, increasing funding independently, and building Keywords: Community Information Group, Income, Purun craftsmen Abstrak : Penelitian memiliki tujuan sebagai berikut untuk mengetahui : (1) peranan Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) Kampung Purun dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pengrajin purun, (2) kendala peranan Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) Kampung Purun dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pengrajin purun, (2) solusi dalam mengatasi kendala peranan Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) Kampung Purun dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pengrajin purun. Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data Wawancara, Observasi, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan : (1) Peranan Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) Kampung Purun dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pengrajin purun merupakan upaya yang dapat menjadi penyambung penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat. Dalam peranan Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) Kampung Purun ini tercantum pada Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika No.8/Per/M.Kominfo/6/2010 tentang Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Lembaga Komunikasi Sosial. Kelompok informasi Masyarakat termasuk Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) Kampung Purun dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pengrajin purun, (2) Kendala peranan Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) Kampung Purun dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pengrajin purun menyangkut aspek kurangnya kualitas pengrajin, ketersediaan saluran pemasaran serta dan yang tersedia untuk pengembangan usaha, dan (3) Kendala peranan Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) Kampung Purun dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pengrajin purun dengan meningkatkan kualitas Pengrajin/SDM pada masing-masing bidang usaha, Menambah pendanaan secara swadaya, serta membangun. Abstract

Abstrak Peranan pegawai sub bagian fasilitasi penyelenggaraan pengawasan sekretariat DPRD dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pelayanan Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana prosedur pelaksanaan fungsi peranan dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pelayanan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. (2) Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana pelaksanaan fungsi peranan pegawainya. (3) Kendala yang dihadapi oleh pegawai sub bagian fasilitasi penyelenggaraan pengawasan sekretariat DPRD dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pelayanan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Penelitian memberikan hasil bahwa (1) Dapat mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pelaksanaan fungsi peranan pegawai sub bagian fasilitasi penyelenggaraan pengawasan sekretariat DPRD dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pelayanan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. (2) serta pelaksanaan fungsi peranan pegawainya. (3) kendala dalam pelaksanaan fungsi peranan pegawai sub bagian fasilitasi penyelenggaraan pengawasan sekretariat DPRD dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pelayanan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu terdiri atas, a). alat transfortasi yang masih kurang. Saran utama harus lebih propesional dalam memfasilitasi kegiatan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu dan harus lebih mengutamakan kerjasama Tim yang baik. The research gives the result that (1) Can find out how the procedure for implementing the role of the employees of the sub-division of facilitation oversight of the DPRD secretariat in the implementation of the service functions of members of the Tanah Bumbu Regency DPRD. (2) as well as the implementation of the functions of the employee’s role. (3) the obstacles in the implementation of the function of the emplyoees role in the facilitation of the DPRD secretariat oersight in the implementation of the service functions for members of the Tanah Bumbu Regency DPRD consist of, a). Transportation tools thet are still lacking. The main suggestion should be to be more professional in facilitating teh activities of members of teh Tanah Bumbu Regency DPRD and must prioritize good team cooperation.
