Abstract

The research carried out in the village Tetehosi I sub district of Gunungsitoli Idanoi. While the issues raised with respect to this research is how the public participation in the utilization of the funds of the National Program for Community Empowerment in Rural Areas to the welfare of society. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach. Results of research and discussion explains the different types of public participation in the National Program for Community Empowerment in Rural Areas in the village Tetehosi I sub district of Gunungsitoli Idanoi. With the participation of the community is able to create an effective development according to the needs of the community so that it has a significant impact on the progress of public welfare.

Abstract

Authority possessed through the village to take care of and organize their peoples then becomes imperative that the village through village pemrintah need a budget in the implementation of the authority in the village, ni Research aims to see manfaatalokas village funds (ADD) for the people of the District of Kuala KapatenLankat Blankahan village. The research method used is by using smber manifold qualitative data through interviews and documentation. From research conducted in the know that the village fund allocation (ADD) derived from financial balance of central and local government are present at very affects the growth rate of each village. Similarly with the village Blankahan with ADD is now the village Blankahan greatly helped in carrying out rural development in stages in order to realize the welfare of society. On the other hand related to the presence of ADD, the village administration Blankahan need to improve knowledge of the village administration in managing the human resources and financial use ADD as expected from the legislation in force.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is "How to influence the implementation of the principles of Good Governance Effectiveness Against Employee Work Integrated Service Unit VI office of the Regional Revenue Office Terrain". Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the expansion districts on the socio-economic conditions of people in the District Pamatang Sidamanik. The socio-economic indicators in this study can be seen from the income, education, health and housing. The method used in this research is quantitative. The data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 (one hundred) respondents consisting of community. Furthermore, the data that is processed by techniques Product Moment Correlation Test, significant, and the coefficient determinant to see how big the effect of variable X to variable Y.

Abstract

The Organization must develop its own human resources so that the organization develop. Employee development efforts i.e. mutation with the process of the transfer of functions, responsibilities and status of employees. Boost morale of mutation with the new environment. Morale is an employee-owned enthusiast-level to complete its work. The purpose of this research is to know the mutation effect positive or negative towards the morale of civil servants at KPP Pratama Kota Pematang Siantar. The method used is quantitative. The data processed by the correlation coefficient and the determinant Moment Product to see the great influence of the variable X against Y variable. Based on the results of the research of the variable X and Y variables, then retrieved rxy= 0.404 showed a mutation effect on morale of civil servants of KPP Pratama Kota Pematang Siantar and the magnitud is 16,32%

Abstract

Organization is a formal system that consist of two or more people which cooperating to complete a specific goal. Management which is a tool to reach that goal consist of 6 (six) element, which is men, money, method, materials, machines and market. Human is the most important element because human control the other 6(six) elements. Education, training and job promotions are the important element in improving the effectiveness of work. Education and training is the organization learning process in order to imptove the competence of candidates for civil servants and civil servants itself. While job promotion is an important role for each emplotee, because the presence of job promotion means there is a recognition of the abilities and skills of the employee to occupy a higher position. The conclusion states that the education and training and promotions are simultaneously influence the work effectiveness of an employee at Sibolga Secretariat Office. It makes clear that education and training and promotions largely determines the work efficiency and effectiveness of working employee at Sibolga Secretary Office.
