Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are the supportyng system of the economy of the people who are expected to become an integral part of the people economy. SMEs are also expected to overcome the obstacles that poverty. One of the participating office are implement eradication program is Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Medan, in 2012 has implemented several programs supporting reduce poverty in the city of Medan. Type research descriptive and techniques of collecting data with an informer a lock (key informen) and a questionnaire to 50 people msmes picking up medan with uses the technique ball of snow. The results of research shows the existence of different activity that is performed dept. of cooperatives to develop msmes with convention of various seminars and training to increase knowledge and skill

Abstract

Prosperous Sumatra program implementation by PT. Bank of North Sumatera in Medan developed around it needs tobe analyzed and the extent oftheir impact on the empowerment of women. Research designused inthis study used a qualitative research approach, the study siteis located around PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pembantu Pasar Melati, research objectin this study were women who received a Prosperous UMKM Sumut loans from PT. Bank of North Sumatra, sampling technique using Snowball and purposive sampling techniques. The results are as follows:The Role of PT. Bank of North Sumatera in offers UMKM loans through credit programs aimed Sumatera Prosperous empower women through PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pembantu Pasar Melati is a partner or partners to women who become borrowers UMKM loans of Sumut Sejahtera program that seeks to empower women.

Abstract

The concept of the management of the fishing pole so that the chart can be viewed through three perspectives, namely sustainable economically, socially and ecologically sustainable. This research aims to identify what institutions are involved in the management of a fishing pole in Sibolga Ilir village, Sibolga Utara district Sibolga city. This research is a descriptive study of qualitative. The technique of collecting data through observation, interview, spreading the now, as well as the study of librarianship. The results of research is an institution managing a fishing pole is a chart Department of marine, Fishery and animal husbandry Sibolga Port Administrator, Sibolga and Sibolga Ilir Village. This research is a descriptive study of qualitative nature. The technique of collecting data through observation, interview, spreading the now, as well as the study of librarianship. The results of research is the concept of management of the chart of the stake in Kelurahan of Sibolga Sub-district Ilir Sibolga Utara, Sibolga unsustainable due to the not yet established boundaries and the safe zone to the establishment of the fishing pole, use chart chart of excessive fishing pole that gives rise to an indirect impact on the structure of the tropical rainforest and the direct impact on the habitat.

Abstract

Good Governance emphasizes attention to realize that there are some essential elements in good governance namely Accuntability, Participation, predictability, and Transparency. Another important thing is not to lose should be fulfilled in the realization of good governance is to honor law enforcement presence that is jointly supervised by public. This study aims to examine the reality of the phenomenon of conflict between the discourse of anti-corruption commission (KPK) with the Indonesian National Police (INP) related discourse “gecko versus crocodile”. This study will look at how the existence of Civil Society in conducting excitations to the creation of good governance in Indonesia, Study on chaotic discourse Versus the Police Commission. This research was descriptive qualitative method of data collection techniques using analytical approach to literature and media discourse. The results of this study indicate the presence of public power that collectively perform excitation in to the realization supermacy of law.

Abstract

Voter participation was the subject not the object of mobilization, so he has the independence to build awareness, formulating options as well as expressing his choice. This study highlights the problem of voter behavior Female Ethnic Batak Toba in Lingkungan XIV Kelurahan Sidorame Timur Kecamatan Medan Perjuangan Medan in the direct election of Mayor/ Deputy Mayor of first and second round of Field in 2010 by using the factors: 1) Ethnicity 2) Political Preferences Family 3) Gender 4) Identification of Party 5) Political Money 6) Image of the candidate. Studies using random sampling by involving women sample 79 ethnic Batak Toba. Results of the study it was concluded that candidate a dominant factor affecting voter behavior in the first and second rounds. It is evident from the distribution of the answers of respondents regarding the candidate's image, where the indicator lights placed first of four (4) indicators that are offered that as much as 79.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the participation of the community in the implementation of development programs in the villages of Teulaga Tujoh Kecamatan Langsa Barat Kota Langsa and to knowing the factors supporting and restricting the execution of development in the villages of Teulaga Tujoh Kecamatan Langsa Barat Kota Langsa. Descriptive research method using kualitative with the literature and key informants answer results. The study results conclude partisipation community Teulaga Gampong Tujoh (Pusong) Subdistrict of Langsa Timur in the context of the development of coastal protection is still in the stage of manipulation as well as intense as the explanation of notice Arnsteindalam the concept of a ladder of participation.

Kadin as the receptacle of communication the whole power of the business world is ready to become a partner constructive for local governments to formulate policy probisnis to be able to create a climate of business world that is more conducive and spur development daerah.mengacu to the spirit of regional autonomy ( the chamber of commerce and industry kadin ) indonesia affirmed its commitment to enhance the role of economic growth and functions in helping the region. This research is research descriptive with the approach of qualitative and an informer in this research is people being regarded as having information a lock ( key informer ) required in the area of research. The results of research obtained shows that there are 3 the role of kadin north sumatra who was the deliberation of kadin north sumatera related to revitalize the role of advocating, service and development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the Government’s role of the GayoLues District whilw realizing The Farmers Society Movement Welfare Programme (GEMASIH) in order to improve the welfare of farmers and the obstacles encountered in the effort to improve the welfare of the farming community.The type of this research is descriptive. The results clarify that the government’s role in the development of the welfare GayoLues farmers are realized through the implementation of the tasks and work associated with the development of the agricultural sector in the district of Gayo been implemented. Nevertheless there are still some side action effectiveness and quality of human resources that need more intensive attention in the future
